I didn't know that Piper and Leo actually had Malinda. I thoght that changed. Also aren't paiges girls supposed to be twins?

Yes, Kern confirmed that Piper and Leo had a third child, a daughter named Melinda (although a different person from the Melinda seen in "Morality Bites").
And yes, Paige's daughters are identical twins.

Personally, tho, I'd still prefer a prequel rather than a sequel. Grams, Patty, Victor, Sam, Little Prue, Little Piper, Little Andy, even Little Phoebe (although then the kids would be powerless) and possibly Baby Paige would be GREAT fun! And then if they made it into an alternate universe one where we'd never know for sure what was coming, oh, that could be fun! Getting Jennifer, Finola, James and the guy who played Sam to agree would probably be as tough as getting Shannen back (especially Finola and I can't see anyone else playing Patty), but if they could... A show that would not get many viewers, it would get canceled after maybe 2 seasons. You have to consider that it has to be a show for the entire audience, fans of Charmed and those who is yet to watch Charmed. All you would reach with this one is only those who already are fans of Charmed. Just look at what happened to that Enterprise series that was a prequel to Star Trek, not even the fans of Star Trek wanted to use time on it and it got canceled after just 3 seasons due to lack of viewers. A Next Generation thing is not bad, but don't center it around Wyatt or Chris. Jump far into the future instead, maybe 100 years after that the show we already know takes place. A time where demons, warlocks etc. is back on full force and where the future Halliwells has powers unlike anything seen before. The powers of Wyatt & Chris is to close to the original powers of the 3 girls, skip a couple of generations forward where the Halliwell powers has advanced in such a way that they hardly look like the originals, since they in that time has been mixed together with powers from other good witch families or magical beings that has powers unlike the original Charmed powers. |
