Could there have been one when Prue and Dr.Griffiths died? From what we have seen, a time ripple is a disturbance in time which stops a destined event from occurring and alters the course of history. We know that Prue was never supposed to die and the powers of the Warren line were expected to culminate with the arrival of the Charmed ones. Could Prue's death have changed the course of history by making the Charmed ones weaker than they were supposed to be? Could it have been the reason why Wyatt was born and his powers surpassed the Power of Three? The Prophesy told us that three sisters will vanquish ALL kinds of evil, but the Charmed ones' children still continued fighting demons after the sisters got older. It practically means that the prophesy wasn't fulfilled. What do you think of it? Evil cannot go for a walk or balance should be broken They prophesy was about the birth of hte three sisters destined to become the more powerful ever seen and this happened with Prudence, Piper and Phoebe, they were the Power of Three The death of Prue, that the Elders could have avoided if they wanted it, changed the story During the third season, Piper seemed destined to die, if someone had to die I agree that the Elders'ld have to step in after the exposure of the magic, if the sisters were together, Shax'ld be vanquished The Elders knew nothing about Paige, so I can suppose they didn't care of the Power of Three, maybe they feared it, as Gideo'll fear Wyatt Or maybe they were distrustful because they had seen in the future how the sisters's power will grow and were willing to give up a sister, to weaken the Power of Three |

"177: What if Piper and Leo adopted Tyler?" I recently watched this episode and I thought about how well the three of them got along, and how good of a fit it might be. When Piper had Wyatt and Chris, to me, she acted a little obnoxious at times. With Tyler, she was calm and got through to him without treating him like a little kid, but at the same time was able to get him to do what she said. Someone of his age seemed a better match than starting from the beginning with babies. Although I'm not sure if the whole thing would have worked out. At that time, it was almost too dangerous for the Charmed Ones to be in that house, let alone a powerless 11-year-old. And at that time, they didn't know exactly when they'd be fighting the Source. For all they knew, it could have been months of demon attacks before he finally came, and that environment could be very dangerous. And I'm not sure if it's something that Tyler would really want either. Maybe if they were more ordinary-level witches that only occasionally dealt with magic, it would be okay. But Tyler seemed to crave normalcy, and I don't think he'd get it with Piper and Leo. But personality-wise, all three of them did fit well together. If there have to be kids involved in the show, I'd rather them be a bit older. Otherwise, it just changes the show too much. If Tyler did stay with them, they'd have to get through the Source stuff before officially adopting him. Then maybe Piper and Leo would have stopped trying to have their own baby, at least for a while, as they got used to having Tyler around. That would put off or maybe even stop Wyatt from being born altogether. It also might change the priorities of everyone else in the house. Paige might decide that it's better for her new nephew to see her working hard at a normal job where she still gets to do good in the world, and she wouldn't quit being a social worker. Phoebe might decide to go more of a counselor route instead of some meaningless love advice column, because she also wants Tyler to see her helping people and making more of a meaningful difference in the world. Overall, I think it would ground everyone a lot more. Paige and Phoebe might have better careers (or careers at all, in Paige's case), and Piper would get over herself a bit and not turn so self-centered as she did when she became pregnant. Maybe it's because I have two daughters, but I consider Piper anything but selfish I'ld have liked to see Tyler again, as I'ld have liked to see Derek with his manticora son Anyway, I believe Paige had enough of her job as social worker, being a witch was more important and her job was moving to the background |

I was always fully convinced that the Jenkins sisters were able to kill the Charmed Ones, by surprise
As Esmeralda, I think that the Titans/Paige's death story was the cover story cooked up by Chris and Bianca
Chris told he never wanted to change too much the future but he changed a lot, dying
It was his death who turned away the sisters from the Elders and upset Leo making him manipulable by the Avatars
In the original timeline, they never knew who kidnapped Wyatt, Leo lingered serenely an Elder, the sisters went on with their witch life
And their powers kept on growing, so the Triad understood that only infiltrating their darling pupil in the family they could access the Book of Shadow and kill th Charmed Ones by betrayal

IMo, Paige'ld be the rebel one
She was painted like a girl with many artistic interests, a strong dream of traveling and free relationships
It makes sense she'ld get tired of her job and wished to change, less sense than she agreeded to live with her sisters
Paige should carry on her life, be involved when necessary, develop a discontinuous relationship with magic and a conflicting relationship with Piper and Phoebe, maybe becoming attached more to Phoebe or to her aunt role

Like this theory
This could explain the sudden and undue Grams's decision to destroy the sisters's powers, maybe she was under some brainwashing by the Elders
The Elders never helped and always tried to frighten off the sisters
When they saw a glimmer of the possibility that there was still a link between Phoebe and Cole, here it comes Coop, a cupid able to understand exactly what Phoebe needed, which no man, though deeply in love, can be capable of doing
When Zankou was about to destroy the sisters, they did not even take care of healing Piper's wound
When Paige tried to go back to a normal witch life, here it comes a whitelighter role
When the Manor was destroyed, the Elders not even sent anyone to see if they were survived or injured
If they were linked, how could nobody know of Gideon's awful fellowships?
And why they weren't able to help Prue and Piper, when the time rewinded?

I also believe that an Angel of Destiny could chime in, there were always likely to do it in the sisters's lives

He'ld have remained a dark and disturbing shadow, the most powerful evil that plots and sends assassins without bother to ntervene personally
Otherwise the writers'ld conceive the Source as a demon consumed by too strong powers, such as Gollum withthe Ring: this would justify the birth of his Charmed Ones obsession

Apocalypse Not, Kill Billie Vol. 2 and Womb Raider I agree Kill Billie Vol 2 would be the perfect final of Charmed, it'ld leave open all the hypotheses and the possibilities, now a reboot'ld be more simple Apocalypse, Not shows well-organized evil, serious and dangerous antagonists Womb rider shows how powerful Phoebe and Cole's son could have been |

1) So Did Paige actually die in 5x21? (Didn't Chris say that he borrows money of her in the future?) 2) Did the Power of Three die on this day? 3) Did the Titans shift the balance of power from good to evil when TCO's were vanquished. 4) We're Piper and Phoebe still made God's to defeat the Titans (remember Piper really did it all herself in the end) 5) Did Leo still become an Elder, regardless of Chris's interference? and leave Piper instead of going to Valhalla and coming back because he was suspicious of Chris? 6) Leo must of come back and reconciled with Piper to conceive Chris. Why was this? Or see Number 9. 7) In the original timeline did Chris come back? This one is confusing. 8) Was it actually a waste of time for Chris to come back to the present? 9) Was Leo made an Elder after Paige died and after Chris was born 10) When the tour guide in Chris Crossed says that the Charmed Ones were finally vanquished... Is this just Piper and Phoebe (if Paige is dead). How were they killed? 11) Chris and Wyatt obviously went to Victor. Did Dumain or an imaginary friend get the Wyatt after this? 12) Was Chris actually more powerful than Wyatt because he was half Elder half Eldest living Charmed One vs. Wyatt who was the first born Whitelighter/Charmed One? I can say what I gathered 1- Paige never died, it was a Chris's lie When he orbed near Phoebe, Phoebe was on the brink of tossing her vials, Chris did only what evidently she'ld do In addition His cover story was Titans story And Bianca didn't tell "keep Paige alive" but them, she was talking of the Charmed Ones 2- Paige didn't die, so the Power of Three didn't die In Chris Crossed, the tour guide was talking about the Charmed Ones, not about Piper and Phoebe Halliwell 3- I belive that Chris took credit doing what Leo did Surgical strike is the key word: if he was afraid to change too much the future, soo afraid that he allowed that some Elders were killed in order to not change the future, it's impossible he did something different as to turn the sisters into Goddesses and Leo into an Elder 4/5 - if you think that Chris lied and only took credit for what Leo and the sisters did, all the Titans affair happened in the same way Leo decided to use the Goddesses power, saved the day and was rewarded by the surviving Elders joining them 6-In the original future Leo became an Elder and, without Chris in the way, lived with the Elders 7- Chris came back from the original timeline and gave rise to a different timeline 8- Maybe he risked to make the situation worse In the original future, Leo and the sisters never discovered who kidnapped Wyatt They undervalued the baby's trauma because they never knew it was a friend that kidnapped and tried to kill Wyatt If they knew, also Chris'ld know it But not knowing about his teacher and friend's betrayal, Leo never went crazy or conspired with the Avatars More likely, Leo became too much protective with Wyatt 9-No Leo became an Elder during Titans crisis 10- The tour guide talked of the Chamred Ones, Piper, Phoebe and Paige, she said thay they were killed together, not Paige before and then Piper and Phoebe How were they killed? I'll bet on Christy and Billie 11- When Piper died, Wyatt was sixteen, too old for an imaginary friend 12- Wyatt's huge power came from the magic day in which he was born Elders powers aren't genetic, their power pass through an Elder to another, so Chris inherited orbing whitelighter power from Leo, nothing more And I think Leo was an Elder in both timeline Half Elder make no sense ad half witch or half whitelighter |

Deja vu All Over Again is my favorite, I love the circle time idea
But I am also a fan of AHBL and not because of Doherty, I am not a fan of actors and actresses, if I don't like a plot, you'ld be Julia Roberts or Ben Affleck, I don't care
It was for the wealth of the episode, full of emotions and drama, intense, quick
We know nothing of the innocent, even the sisters know nothing of what is happening and get wrong, when they seem to have gained great security as witches, they make a mistake that leads to a disaster
As often happens in Charmed, follow your own feelings and not the reason is dangerous
The sisters believe it was right that Phoebe tries to save the man she loves, a cold calculation would make it clear that it might no be worth the risk
For the last time, the Source is full of mystery and power, and no one'ld bet about Phoebe and Leo's safeness
For the last time, Piper'll follow without looking at someone else's ideas, she'll never do the same mistake, she'll learn to trust her judgment and feelings
Prue'll pay for her daredevilry personally but also in the reality of Morality Bites this attitude had led her to be rich and alone
It's as the all chickens came home to roost: the joyful baby sister who needed love, risks her sisters life because of love, the middle sister too insecure risks her sisters life because of her inability to claim her reasons, the resolved big sister risks her sisters life because of her stubbornness

Cole is smart, full of knowledge of human world, lover of good life, beautiful things and accostumed to power: he'ld be a great Source
We can't know from what future Bacarra went, maybe there is a timeline in which Cole is that great Source he was destined to be

Ken, Kyle, Steve, Mike, Ken again, Brian, Joel, Martin, Peter, Paul, Tony....it's the typical list of stupid teens flirtations
Indeed, the Cupid told Phoebe he knew why she wasn't able to fall in love really
Cole was smart, he had his dossier about Phoebe, perfect to overcome her fears
The invite to watch Kill it before it dies was the right move, Phoebe thought she had found her beloved Billy in Cole
Phoebe was a smart young woman but totally inexpert about what you feel when you fall in love, it was her first time, she swallowed the bait
Her big mistake was she didn't understand that Belthazor was no only the big bag red and black demon but Belthazor lived in Cole's personality too
Even if Cole didn't use Belthazor's powers, that personality, hungry for power, bent on commanding, cynic and cold was part of him, as it was proved when Cole lost his powers
Phoebe thought there were two separate persons, human Cole and demon Belthazor and she'ld live happily with Cole
She was naive

*sigh* Unfortunately that's what happens when you're infatuated - you see your "love" through rose-colored glasses - s/he can do no wrong. Love is when you see all sides of the person, accept all sides, and love them anyway, something Phoebe couldn't do with Cole (she couldn't accept that he was half-demon, and since he was raised by his demonic mother, much more demon than human), the way Piper wouldn't do with Leo (she wouldn't accept that he was an angel - she was only happy with the errand boy). They were both infatuated with them as what they wanted in a boyfriend/husband, which was so much less than what the guy truly was. Hence why I never use the word "love" when speaking about those couples, except in fanfics. Phoebe fell in love with Cole Turner, not with Belthazor, how'ld a normal woman fall in love with Belthazor? Cole told her he'ld live as a normal man and she believed him, because she loved him, but it was not so easy for Cole to keep the promise Whitelighter or not, Leo is a sweet guy, perfect for Piper, he hadn't a different and secret personality, only a different job and when Leo left the Elders,he has to change his life but I think Piper helped him a lot Why errand boy? A woman with a job has the right to ask her husband to help out |

I agree with what Sol wrote in another thread, Whitelighters are not dead,they are resurrected so they are living persons, above all they are able to die: if you can die,first you must be alive
I think that the Elders simply feared a witch with whitelighter powers because they wanted command over the witches and if a witch can orb, can go to Up There also
It's all about the power, maybe Wyatt was wise

I would prefer other couples
Piper and Leo are perfect, but if it wasn't possible, I think Piper and Henry
I don't like Prue and Cole, too similar leading persons, I'ld like better Prue and Bane
I often told I'ld like to see Phoebe and Brent Miller, as many women grown up without a father, she is attracted by more adult men
It's difficult to find a man for Paige, she was a free spirit, maybe Drake was fit fo her

When a tragedy happens, everyone feels responsible in some way and wonders if it could be possible to avoid it
The Power of Three was the only way to stop Shax, Prue'ld have to ponder and wait for Phoebe, not hurry into a dangerous hunt
