Oh that sounds like the biggest cop out I've ever heard in this series, it's bad enough Prue wasn't mentioned if rarely in 6/7 series. But for the actual last episode EVER to disrespect SD's fans, and fans of the character Prue is down right disgusting.

I know, its rlly horrible and just not fair! To not even show a picture, flashback of her, and to barely mention her name. Her mentionings sucked, nothing special. Her mentions were just all about where is prue, where has she gone? Nothing about how much they miss Prue, how much she had helped the sisters, or without her the sisters would not be where they are today, she's been with them every step of the way!

-- Plus I thought close to the end of the episode, they should have visited her grave, where they would mourn, laugh, and cry- cry tears of sadness and tears of happiness. It wouldv'e been such a sad but amazing moment- a moment that would've lasted in our hearts forever.

Hit the nail on the head. I liked this episode. It would have been perfect if Charmed made season 4 season1. That way the fans would not know who Prue was besides a fallen sister and Charmed One. Though I'm not sure about how the total number fans would have been with Shannen not being with it in the first place. But in reality Prue was in it for three years, and with this finale she has been disrespected outrageously! It's sad that Season 7's Season(Which pretty much ruined her power of Astral Projection) Finale had more to deal with Prue than the Series Finale. If it was just a Season Finale I would be fine, but at least show some respect towards her

In Forever Charmed, I understand Patty being surprised because this timeline was before That 70's Episode since Patty and Victor were still together. Grams is the one that doesn't make any sense. But I can overlook it since Charmed's middle name is inconsistancy.

No, either their whitelighters hit them with memory dust, or patty was being driven crazy by grams and did a spell on her (and considering she didn't mind being taken back before the "time yank" this is what happen), or to preserve the future they cast a memory erasure spell on each other/together.

That or she's old, a dingbat, and such where she'd forget her head if it wasn't attached to her neck (There are days I can't remember what i was doing 5 minutes ago, you think I am going to remember something 3-5 years ago?)

Ofcourse I agree, but also INCLUDING "Forever Charmed"! Her name was mentioned what 3 or 4 times in that episode. And they weren't even such special mentionings.It was all about "where is prue",etc. nothing about how much they miss Prue, or how she's been watching over them this whole time, or that they would not have came this far with out her.

Did you guys ever think of how hard it would be for Piper and Phoebe (especially piper) to go around all the time talking about Prue and mentioning her? Once you lose someone like that that you were so close to it gets really hard to talk about them because it hurts so much. It took Piper becoming a fury for her to finally be able to deal with losing Prue it's not something you always want to talk about.

Yes they did a good job of that in Season 5-8, and I understand that. However the last episode ever was un excuseable. The truth is that Charmed is a TV show, which is has entertained us immesely. The fans have brought Charmed another season, and what do the writers do to Prue on the LAST episode of Charmed? Nothing, nothing at all. This is the combination of all the seasons and a BIG part of the first three seasons doesn't even get a respectable shout out. I can handle the rest of the seasons, but not even having her mentioned that much in the Final episode is a big slap to most Prue and Original P3 fans, including me. You know that there is a problem in where Prue is mentioned more times in Season 7 then Season 8 the final season.

I completely agree she should've been in the series finale or at least mentioned more along with the picture Grams took up on the wall. I was wishing Kern would find the balls to ask Shannen to come back at least for the finale. What I said earlier was meant more for the rest of the seasons not for the finale.

Hey Prue Fans!

I'm new to the forum, but have been visiting this place for quite awhile now to see what you guys think of past seasons,episodes and characters. And I LOVE to read the inputs. Anyway, as you can tell, I'm a HUGE Prue fan! Anyway, enough with the chit-chat. I just have one question for the obsessed Charmed/Prue fan. I've been trying to research how many times Prue was mentioned in seasons 4-8, but can't find an exact number and in which Episodes/Seasons she was mentioned. So far, I've come up with these 6 episodes, in which I know for SURE she was mentioned...

1.)Charmed Again Part 1 & 2.(Her funeral)
2.) Hell Hath No fury (Her Grave was scene)
(And a whole bunch of episodes in season 4, but this is where I get lost and do not know specifically which other episodes besides the ones mentioned above. So this is where you Prue fans will come in handy.)
3.)Cat House.(season 5)
4.)Crimes Witches & Demeanors.(season 6)
5.)Something Wicca this way goes(season 7)
(And if someone can please tell me which other episodes in season 7, if any, Prue was mentioned. Because I'm having a hard time trying to remember if there were any scenes in season 7 episodes where Prue was even mentioned.)
6.) Forever Charmed (By the way, I felt that her shout outs weren't as honorable as I expected them to be. Her "memory" was not "Honored" at all! Thanks A lot Brad Kern!)
(And any other episodes in season 8, if any, because I do not recall any mention of her in season 8, besides in the series finale, Forever charmed.)

OK, I guess that is all I have for now. So if any Huge, obsessed Prue Fan out there knows EXACTLY how many times Prue was mentioned in seasons 4-8 and specifically what Seasons/Episodes, then please tell me! It would be GREATLY appreciated and well worth the watch of my season 4 & 5 DVDs and the following seasons to come out on DVD. I even made a pact to myself that I would only buy the Prue seasons (seasons 1-3). But, broke this pack when I realized that Prue is still mentioned on the other seasons following her departure ( I know, this is a dumb excuse) But who cares, I figured I might as well complete my Charmed DVD collection. OK, I'm rambling...but I hope someone helps...

Season 4:
Size Matters (Piper talking about the club P3 standing for Prue, Piper and Phoebe "We are P3, or at least we were")
A Knight to Remember (Big one here. Piper in Prue's room looking at her necklace and Paige worried about not being able to be as good as Prue, which she never accomplished BTW ) Brain Drain (Piper's delusion and how Prue was her best friend in her world and how she "checked out" )
Lost and Bound (Piper saying how if they had their powers all along then they would have already vanquished the Source and Prue would still be alive)
Charmed and Dangerous (my favorite..they make a toast to Prue in honor of vanquishing the Source..of course since he was reincarnated they should have toasted again but I can deal) The Three Faces of Phoebe (little Phoebe says how she'll sick Prue on her..aww..sad how only Little Phoebe mentions her big sister and not adult Phoebe)
Marry-Go-Round (Piper talks about how Prue crashed her wedding on a Harley)
Long Live the Queen (Leo saying how Piper barely survived after she lost Prue).

Season 5:
Sympathy for the Demon (lots of Paige comparisons to Prue..and yet Prue prevails )
Centenial Charmed (bunch of mentions in this episode since Paige doesn't exist..yay!)
Baby's First Demon (not a direct mention but its quite obvious Piper was going to name her little girl after her big sister)
Necromancing the Stone (when Grams says how Piper was supposed to have a daughter and Piper says how things change because in the future Prue was still alive)
Oh My Goddess Pt 2 (Leo telling Piper that their love gave her strength to take over for Prue)

Season 6:
Valhalley of the Dolls (Phoebe talking about when Prue was an empath)

Season 7:
Cheaper by the Coven (Grams telling Piper about when they had the witch talk and Piper asked if she told them about Prue and mom dieing)

That's all I remember at the moment. ;D

You're welcome astralprue! As far as season 8 goes though, I'm not very good at season 8. I don't like it at all really except for the last episode and Vaya Con Leos. I'm pretty sure there is one mention in the first 10 eps, but not sure when.

I agree with you, The Original P3! I'm not a huge fan of season 8 as well, besides the Vaya Con Leos and Forever Charmed episodes, Season 8 was not as exciting or interesting to watch. I even remember not caring as much if I missed an episode, when season 8 was still showing, as I did with the past seasons of Charmed. Mmmm? I wonder if anyone knows if Prue was mentioned at all in season 8, besides in the Series finale though...

Prue is probally my favorite one.She is pretty,smart,powerful,and has a strong head on her sholders.She knows what she is doing and how she is doing it.she didn't let pretty much anything stop her.If she was stopped by a demon she got him the next.
