I know! It would've been so good to see Shannen and Rose act together, although I saw them on a movie "Teen Apocalypse 3" together, it released on 1998, a year before Charmed, not a great movie but you can get to see them together.

You can also find the movie with the name of Nowhere instead of Teen Apocalypse 3.

Some of her fans there has decided to boycott Family Guy, due to a very dumb Shannen Doherty joke made on that show.

Piper was a CRAPPY big sister and a CRAPPY leader! All she cared about was herself and her family (as in her, Leo and the boys) and trying to have her normal life. Prue beat her out by a LONG shot, because Grams trained her to be the oldest and the leader, and Prue, never thinking that she might die (that pride of hers) never trained Piper how to be her successor. Piper did best being the middle sister and the heart of the family, which is what she was. Once Prue died, that heart became as cold as ice and it showed how she treated everyone. Her heart began to melt a bit when Wyatt was born, but then for sure all of her attentions were on Wyatt and not innocents, as they should've been if she was indeed the true leader of the Charmed Ones (she and Leo should've held off on having kids until after they gave up their powers--it was cruel to have kids under those circumstances--the only reason they had kids was for ratings.)
Unlike Prue, who after Andy died was able to still continue to think of others and not just herself, and who actually became stronger, someone for fans to look up to, after Leo's ascension to Elderhood, Piper became a cold, cruel, selfish self-centered b*tch, showing how one should NOT react to a loss. For that reason, if for no others, I wish it had been Alyssa who had been fired and Phoebe who had died. Then I could still remember Phoebe as Phoebs and not PhoeME and Piper would've remained my wonderful, sweet yet snarky Piper--none of those words describe Piper after Leo's ascension! Had Prue been around, she would've told her sister to knock off the pity-party right now and let's go find some innocents to save!
Holly did an absolutely fantastic job acting as Piper; I have nothing against that, especially when she was the only one of the stars who didn't just go through the motions after S6. But what happened to two of my favorite characters after Prue's death (which is not as likely to have happened had it been Alyssa fired rather than Shannen) was disgusting!

I couldn't agree with you more, Piper is a great mom and a great sister but she turned a complete cold person after Prue died, then about Phoebe the show is Charmed, all three, not Phoebe's love life. After Cole all about Phoebe was love and love and love, she didn't care about inocents, well a little, but still it was about finding love and having her daughter. Alyssa did a wonderful job, she is a great actress, but still the show was not all about her. People say Shannen always looks for trouble, haven't you ever considered that maybe she has a reason? or maybe that people knowing her "fame" messes with her and then blames it all on her? Because Alyssa is not an angel. And you're right, if Phoebe would've died, the show would've been so much better.

Well, once she had that vision quest she wasn't even looking for love; she was looking for a sperm donor! That's what REALLY disgusted me!
And Alyssa leaving rather than Shannen would not have fixed the problem if Kern hadn't gone out with her. He's the ones who wrote the scripts that gave all of my favorite characters--Piper, Phoebe and Leo--a "character-lobotomy" making them all unrecognizable and unlikeable!
I'm glad that Shannen left because if the changes in Piper are any indications as to what Kern thinks the oldest/leader should be like, I'd prefer her character going through the Wall of Doom!

I have to agree with you both guys. It should have been Phoebe that died not Prue. Piper was completley unrecognizable after Prue's death the same with Phoebe. We lost both of their chaarcters: Piper turning into the Cold hearted big sister that only cared for her husband and sons and Phoebe turned into this maniac who was obsessed with love. I f it had been Phoebe that had died we would have retained our lovely sisters and we would have been able to think of Phoebe as the funny little bit mad baby sister.

If Phoebe would´ve died, it would´ve been a way better dinamic. First, Prue and Piper were reallly close I am not saying that, Phoebe was an outsider but she really was more like the girls just wanna have fun part and when Paige appeared it was all worse, she was another Phoebe. Not that irresponsable but thought she was invencible and could solve anything with magic. Alyssa is a great actress but she should´ve been the one to leave or at least leave a door open so Shannen could come back at least for the finale. Everybody thinks Shannen is a troublemaker but Alyssa and brad aren´t such angels either! Back off with her! She is a great actress but she has a hard character, it is not her fault it is what makes her a great actress, her personality!

Totally agree with you again hun. People shoud leave off on Shannen she's not as much as a troublemaker as she seems. I mean no one's perfect not even Shannen.

So right, honey! no one is prefect and besides Shannen rocks! I don´t care what they say about her, she was the best actress on Charmed, she did a terrific job as Prue and that will never change!

Amen to that Alicia! Just think about it can you actually see anyone else as Prue?...For me definitley not she was made to play Prue and now if other projects she's working on I can't take her seriously because I still think of her as Prue Halliwell.

I wonder is Shannen in secret has signed on to star in the new Beverly Hills 90210 serie (the next generation).
I read an article in a newspaper about it and it said first that Jenny Garth (Kelly) and Luke Perry (Dylan) had
signed to be in it, but it then again mentioned that we were gonna meet all the rest of the old cast.
Newspaper is not one of those gossip ones, normally it carries actual trustworthy news about new movies and TV series.

Thank you so much for posting!
I can't wait to see one of my all-time favorite actresses on television again. I will definitely be tuning in to watch the show. I always loved Shannen as Brenda Walsh. I stopped watching the show after Shannen left, though. Shannen always makes any show better. Love her! I can't wait!
