OMG! Is that book good because I really want to read! The title sounds so good! Incantation-Alice Hoffman I'm on the third chapter at the moment. It's good so far. It's getting into the action, and who the demon is and stuff. I'm enjoying the book. :-) |

I've been reading some Buffy tVS books: " The Harvest" - It's basically a novelisation of the first 2 Buffy episodes. It was nice to read as it gives more information about how the characters are feeling and the thoughts that go through their minds whereas with the episodes you don't really get that. " Halloween Rain" - The show had a couple of Halloween episodes so to read another Buffy Halloween story was great! I enjoyed the book and it as it was set in season 1 of the show, it was nice to see the characters still getting used to each other. " Coyote Moon" - Even though this story couldn't have taken place when it was set (since Buffy was out of town according to the show), it was a very good book. It's set in the summer holidays and a carnival comes to town, the only thing is, the carnival people are actually coyotes (they're kind of similar to werewolves)! " Night of the Living Rerun" - This book was ok. It was a little confusing at times and there are also quite a few new characters which you can sometimes get mixed up, but otherwise, it was an interesting story. Spirits from the past take over the present day characters' (Buffy, Xander, Giles) bodies in order to replay a certain night in history and change the course of events...  I also finally finished " Trigger Happy" by Steven Poole. It was one of my recommended reading books from one of my uni modules last year. I'd read about 2/3 of it but since I enjoyed what I had read I decided to finish it. It's basically a dicussion of computer games - their history, their purpose, how they are developing, etc (even though it's a couple of years old now). It's better than it sounds and it's quite funny. |

Yeah, her book is really good! She gives a lot of information about past baseball players too! It's excellent! 5 star rating! ;D
