Found this in one of the old threads here: There was a lot of potentially interesting backstory with Benjamin and Elizabeth that the writers never explored. That's what Cole should have been given for his storyline in Season 5 (Elizabeth returning from the Underworld or from the dead to haunt him, and trying to push Cole back to the dark side). Seeing Cole had been the Source, was vanquished, still survived and again became powerful, his mother would've heard about him and after everyone practically abandoned him in season 5, it makes sense that she should be the one taking advantage of that instead of the Avatars. |

I always kind of thought that it would have been cool if Cole's mom could have been Hecate "Queen of the Underworld." Especially since his father was a politician which would have made sense with her going after powerful mortal families.

I always kind of thought that it would have been cool if Cole's mom could have been Hecate "Queen of the Underworld." Especially since his father was a politician which would have made sense with her going after powerful mortal families. I absolutely love that idea. |

For CRR, we did an episode that explored Cole's childhood and stuff, and it was FUN. To see the woman who raised him to become one of the most powerful demons around.

A storyline about Elizabeth Turner would have been a win-win situation for writers and viewers. The writers wouldn't have to make up the bad storylines and the viewers could have seen a much better storyline.

The first story arc of Charmed Season 10 comics is apparently going to go more into Cole's past (or was it family, I forget the wording), so I'm really hoping for answers about Benjamin Turner's soul (which vanished without a trace, but could possibly have been retrieved by Cole) and if Elizabeth Turner is still alive.

"The Wedding From Hell"? The demon in that episode was Hecate! She proclaimed herself Queen of the Underworld, but we don't know exactly how she got it. And I can't answer your second question because I truly don't know haha. It doesn't make sense, I realized now that you mentioned it. |

I saw a preview of season 10 #2 yesterday and we see a panel where Cole is at his old apartment in season 3 in the Nexus of the All putting a folder or something away in the closet or cabinet and he says "soon" so it makes you wonder what he's up to.

I always said this. I think Elizabeth should've been featured in Season 4. She would be disgusted by Cole's relationship with Phoebe And would eventually be killed by Paige, this would exacerbate the discord between Cole and Paige.
