I feel like Out of Sight is the best episode of this season or at least in the top 3.

Some facts from wiki

• There are multiple innocents saved
• Its family friendly
• It shows the Halliwell's connections to outside friends
• Prue's power develops
• All 3 powers are used
• This is the first episode that explores the long-running theme of Exposure. (And it is sooooo 90s with the vidcam!!!!)
• Andy discovers the sisters are witches in this episode (and reacts appropriately)

• This is the second time Prue telekinetically moves a liquid. The first time was in I've Got You Under My Skin where she redirected some spilling paint. 
• This is the first time that Prue throws a potion spilled on the floor onto a demon using her telekinesis. Paige would later do the same via Telekinetic Orbing to vanquish Barbas (Sympathy for the Demon)

• This is the first episode in which a demon is vanquished with a potion (which I assume is enchanted with the Po3?)
• This is the first time the Charmed Ones have to deal with the Grimlocks. The second time is in "All Halliwell's Eve". (Which is IMO the best episode of Season 3)
• Prue says that if the sisters get exposed, a media circus on their front lawn will ensure. This actually happens in "All Hell Breaks Loose".
• Some part of scenes were used as Season 2-3 Opening Credits
• The haircuts are still in iconic form

Every sister contributes to the saving of the innocents in their own way. 

The special effects are barable.

As much as I like S1E19 "Out of Sight", I actually think S1E9 "The Witch is Back" might be S1's best episode.

We got about the sisters. Some family history. Some comedy. Some romance. Some action. Some solid villains, etc.

The one episode I can agree with the masses on.

I do, too! I just wish they made that one two-parts. Wicca Envy does follow-up on Rex and Hannah story, but their wrap-up wasn't the best.

Dead Man Dating - Mark Cho is such an interesting innocent/character plus the use of San Francisisco's Chindtown!

The Witch is Back - Learning more about Melinda Warren and their colonial American ancestry

The Wendigo - Holly Marie Combs set the tone for transformations on the show IMO! Prequel to the Fury!

Woogy - Alyssa Milano playing evil is everything. She does it so well. Love how this episode introduces the Shadow and Nexus for Season 7

70s - How can you not like this episode. It's could have served as a series finale its so cute!

Out of Sight - A great under rated Shannen episode dealing with power progression, Andy and exposure to the press in the 90's!'

De Ja Vu - Your heart breaks now that Shannen has really died when Prue is mourning Andy placing a Rose and spookily closing the down at the end of Season 1 just like the first ever episodes closure.
