But I love that we have a few who started watching 40 and older, and I know two of them are obviously Es and Granny Charmed. |

Same as me almost, 13 in 1999! Awesome and you two rebooted! It was a great show growing up with wasn't it. But I love that we have a few who started watching 40 and older, and I know two of them are obviously Es and Granny Charmed. Your right dear, me and Es are in the older crowd of fans. I also quite miss west73, mrmilano and like seeing Chrisaholic and Sol and Season 5 and 6 Lovers! There is a great Charmed community out there! 4, 3, 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 6 |

Unlike some other shows I watched during the late 90s/early 2000s, Charmed had a bigger impact with me. I'm in the same crowd as you rebooted and Craig growing up with Charmed at the same age. Hopefully the members you mentioned above pop on from time to time. I love that Charmed has an impact on people from a wide range of ages. Loving that we have more older members than I realised, and like seeing the generation below me getting into Charmed. |

I was around thirteen I think. The show had ended a year or two prior and I think I was looking for a show that Kaley was in. So it had started there.

I cant even remember what age I began, its just always sort of been there. I was suuuper young when it started and my mother would always watch it while I was in the room. Eventually she just bought the discs and we watched it together! After that it was always my comfort show when I was home sick (which happened a lot). I've rewatched it so many times!

Well, I was shy 2 weeks of being 6 months old so I definitely wasn't watching during it's inaugural run. I started watching when I was merely four years old. I was getting ready for school and some channel was showing reruns of Season 1 & I was lucky enough to see the very 1st episode. I stayed until the episode was over which made me late. I was very stubborn that age. The next day, I saw "Fourth Sister" meaning I missed what 5 episodes? But yeah that's how I got introduced to the show. Then came Sunday when I finished watching Hey Arnold! and flipping through channels and luckily stopped on The WB and saw very different looking Phoebe and Piper walking up the stairs (Season 5 Premiere). I was very confused and then my mom who was a casual fan of the show informed me that Prue died and Paige was their long-lost sister. I disliked Paige for a couple of episodes until I warmed up to her. Charmed will always have a special place in my heart. It helped me discover my love for the entertainment industry.

I grew up watching the show so I don't exactly remember when I started watching it. I remember watching season 6 premiere live when it aired in my country. It was probably in 2004 and I was 6 years old.

Wow, I'm so envious of the people with great stories who came to grow up watching Charmed as a kid, or otherwise had fond and/or meaningful memories of watching it as it aired. I just saw it for the first time a little over a year ago when I was twenty-two and desperate to find a show to replace Buffy as my go-to show after Netflix removed it. Charmed was actually on my to-watch list for months before then, but I never actually watched it up until that point because the promotional images of Paige, Piper, and Phoebe looking like models made me think that I wouldn't like it.

Nice to see that I'm not the only one who (and Es) started watching Charmed in their late 40's or 50's. Obviously, this isn't *when* the show first started in 1998, but just that it's nice to see that people have started watching at that age.
Which makes me *very* curious to see if we have members who are now in their 40s or 50s with the reboot, who were in their 20s and 30s when Classic Charmed aired. How they view this reboot now at the age I was when Classic Charmed started.
