Actually very tough for me - Deja vu All Over Again and MOST of Something Wicca This Way Goes are the only season finales that I like. For now, it's All Hell Breaks Loose and Oh, My Goddess, Pt 2, but that's subject to change at any time.
ETA: Got convinced. Changed my 'All Hell Breaks Loose' vote (although I still don't like that one at all) to 'It's a Bad, Bad, Bad World'. AHBL and Forever Charmed would now be tied for third with 'Witch Way Now?' very close behind. Brad Kern did such a horrible job writing season finales...

I chose Oh My Goddess Part 2 and Forever Charmed.
Seasons 1-4 was perfect and even though I was sad future Chris died in Bad Bad World Pt 2, I still enjoyed that Season finale.
I also actually enjoyed Something Wicca This Way Goes, which is one of my top favorite Season 7 episodes.

Since we can choose two, I picked Forever Charmed and Oh My Goddess. The one thing I can say for Forever Charmed is that it had the sense not to be as long as Oh My Goddess (even if it felt as long to me).

Oh My Goddess and It's a Bad World for me. Yep, I think they're even worse than Forever Charmed.

For me it was a hard choice since I like Chris so much, so the final of S2 and S8. Yes, I know the boys are there in the final of S8, yet it was rushed. Too rushed.

I voted Witch Way Now
The introduction of Angels of Destiny was one of the worst inventions of Charmed Charmed by birth and inheritance law, the three sisters were perfectly capable of "suspend" their powers if they wished it, without any need for rewards Moreover, the Angels of Destiny have a strange logic: the sisters stopped the Apocalypse but no one seems to notice it, then they vanquish a boss of evil and everyone claps, obviously they are more interested in their games of power that in the fate of the world

It was hard to choose between 'Oh, My Goddess!' and 'It's a Bad, Bad, Bad World' - for me, both are such horrible episodes with both in my Top Twenty Worst Episodes - so I just chose 'Witch Way Now'.

Well they can still use that spell from Wicca Envy or was that a one time thing. The Source tried to get Piper to say it from memory in season 4.
But your right they can make that decision without the angel of destiny coming.

And the Angels of Destiny have gone from bad to worse: if you wanted the sisters paied serious attention to imminent danger, wasn't more easy telling them that killing Leo?

I agree about Angel of Destiny, I never loved all that poke in by other magical beings in the Halliwell life
In Oh My Goddess P2 I hated how they painted the Olympian goddesses, I save only the last frame, Chris closing the door as Prue

Looking at that list, I realize I dislike more finales than I like.
I voted Forever Charmed, if nothing else because of "epilogue." And OMG, P2. Love Holly. She brought me to tears, but what a crap job on mythology and wtf you doing with Leo and PL? The concept of Elders should have died with the Titans killing them all.

That flash forward was a fan service, a lot of fans love it, becuase it'ld be nice to remember that the Cafè gather an infinitesimal part of Charmed fans Three children have to like enough to TV writers, even Castle ended with a flash forward showing the protagonists with three children I don't like the inconsistencies of Forever Charmed, especially that they used Penny and Patty to restore the Power of Three, I would rather see flash forward with 10 children each sister, in order not to see that totally meaningless scene, a denial of the very existence of the Charmed Ones! Unbearable!

But people didn't wanna see kids and things as the show was about the sisters not them.
What they wanted was either flashbacks of their journey as witches when they were writing in the book of shadows, the picture of the original 3 showing Prue on the wall as well as the new one or just a 6 month look into the sisters future with Piper cooking Phoebe marrying and writing her book and Paige saving a charge which would've left the door open concerning the next generation that could be explored in a spin off years later and might not have shown so many of them then if that'd happened obviously which would've been a better ending people have liked I think.

Being the Andy fan that I am, I still think Deja Vu All Over Again was the best season finale of the show. And really that's where I stop. I don't care for the rest.
I voted for Be Careful What You Witch For, because I found the genie very annoying more so than elements of the rest of the finales.
I also voted for Something Wicca This Way Goes, because I felt that it was a cheap trick stealing Prue's power like that and the whole nexus thing and the demonification of Sheila with leaving of Darryl (along with everything that lead up to that).
I can't hate Oh, My Goddess, because horribly wrong as it was, it still gives me a chance to see ancient mythological gods and that's almost always a good thing in my book.
All Hell Breaks Loose was a fascinating look at how the world might have reacted to magic and for that along it gets a pass.
I did consider Witch Way Now, but love or hate his character (and I hate his character), it gets a pass from me for having Bruce Campbell in it and the difference of humans as bad guys was also interesting. Cole killing him wasn't cool, but it doesn't break the episode for me. The Angel of Destiny thing . . . that almost does, but I like that Angel of Destiny better than the later one. We should never have seen another Angel of Destiny.
Admittedly, It's a Bad, Bad, Bad, Bad, World was horrible. An elder should never have been able to get to the point where he could do that. Someone should have spotted that much sooner, but I suppose as he appears to have been one of the older elders and so many elders died a year and a half before, maybe everyone else was concentrating on rebuilding. And don't even get me going on the whole Demon of Love thing. I HATE Barbas. Maybe I should have voted for it just because he was in it (not sure which half he was in or if it was both).
And finally Forever Charmed . . . um. Okay, so it had a lot of problems with it including the continued lack of Darryl and the lack of focus on the Charmed Ones and the whole hollow thing. That went so poorly the last time, they really should have known better, all of them. And the Angel of Destiny being back . . . grr. And I really don't like this one. She's just annoying. And really I want to know why Billie and Piper didn't get Christy, Phoebe, and Paige's powers like Cole got the sources the last time they were stupid enough to mess with the hollow.

Its a Bad Bad World Part 2 - because a part of me was hoping they would show us the bad future and not another alternate world. *sigh*
I wanted to know and get way more insight into the bad future Chris had and how the Charmed Ones died. All season this is what I wanted to see.

All season this is what I wanted to see. I actually believed that when Leo and Chris went through the portal that's where they ended up, the future. Except it was worst now since the Charmed Ones were alive and evil along with Wyatt and ruling. Highly disappointing it was just a mirror reality. Not even a proper alternate reality. And the Evil Wyatt was also just an illusion by Barbas :-( Some more insight into the future besides Chris Crossed was much needed. The show could've easily made a Cat House type episode with the finale except this time, it would be Chris memories and moments in time the Charmed Ones and Leo would be hopping through. They could find out about Chris life, how they died, how Wyatt took over and just so many other things. Since Gideon wanted to temporary get rid of the Charmed Ones and Leo so he could take care of Wyatt, getting rid of them this way by making the time travel spell backfire makes more sense then the parallel evil world which just came out of nowhere and was completely pointless.

I though it too and I was so wishful to see Leo in the Chris's future!
Even if that world wasn't the future we knew, I'ld like also the discovering that Chris's interference had mysteriously saved the Charmed Ones's life at the price of their turn to evil
Many plots'ld be greater than those foolish mirror reality
