Just the first two. Simple and much more enjoyable.

I think what gets me is how ironic it was that the Halliwell sisters and witches did not live up to their stereotypical portrayal or hags and broomsticks.
Yet when they introduced other magical community members they lived up to their stereotypes - mermaids, dwarfs, leprechauns, nymphs's, gnomes, pirates, vampires, trolls, fairies.
It would have been nice to know a leprechan could have had that irish ancestry (just like how witches were connected to the salem witch trials) but not 3 feet tall. Or if they did, it was a special power of theres. Or that they absorbed luck from the rainbow
I kind of like All Halliwell's Eve for that reason. How Phoebe became the stereotype of witches on broomsticks because she was scaring the attackers.
I wish Charmed would have done that so it made it more believable.

I like the first two seasons the best, although seasons 3 and 4 are a close second. I loved in the first episode when Phoebe is explaining warlocks to Prue, saying they could be anyone they come across because they look just like anyone else. In an ironic way, it humanizes the concept of superhuman things.
In the first few seasons, the magic came to them rather than them going to the magic. In season 1, they barely had to do more than get up for the day before they were encountering an innocent that needed them, or getting caught up in something. As the seasons went on, they played more of an active role in bringing magic into their own life. For example, Phoebe chose to pursue a relationship with Cole at the end of season 3, knowing exactly who he was. Piper chose to pursue a relationship with Leo, knowing exactly who he was as well. They later spent at a lot of time at the magic school, used magic more in public, etc.
Their groundedness and stability in the early seasons add to the fun for me. It's easier to relate to them and their lives in those early times.

I love season 3 and 4. By far my favorite. I love Cole and Phoebes relationship. And Piper and Leo's wedding. With Paige being introduced and the seer being a mastermind. I love it.

Tough question since it continues to keep changing. But I like 1 and 2 because they had a way better balance between demons and warlocks.

LOL, I'm shocked not to see Aaeiyn give her thoughts on this thread. Typically I see you everywhere. Okay with mine, it's a bit hard to pin-point just one. I think each period has some good mythology. I do like how Wicca and warlock-heavy S1 and S2 are. S3 and S4 are very demonology-heavy. S6 gets props for bringing a fresh approach to the mythology with the return of non human demons, lots more magic with magic school and Richard's family. In the end I voted for S5 and S6. But I just like what S6 was doing.Yes I know S5 is lumped with it, but even S5 had the demon market, the Crone and some fun interesting stuff outside of just being known as magical creatures.

Heh, looks like I voted in it but never commented on it xD Guess I wasn't too inclined to say anything in this thread. Though, it would be something I would comment on, I guess? My vote says "S1 & S2", and I think it's because I just like the mythology of S1, mostly and necessarily S2's mythology. But, I feel S1's mythology is the best, of ALL the seasons, so that's really what my vote is towards & not necessarily for S2.

I would have changed the Mythology of Charmed if I had a choice. I hates that they turned the Goddess of Witchcraft into a Demon because they were focused on keeping their christian audience happy, I actually have a whole mythology written for a show about witchcraft, I wonder if I can place in the Charmed universe.

S1 & S2. Because it felt like Charmed was its own thing and not being too influenced by other shows, movies or trends. I also like Warlocks, and wish the show used them more. I just find them as the counterparts to demons more cooler. I don't mind demons though, I just want demons to be demonic looking and warlocks human looking. Just so we can separate the two more. LOL
