So what does everyone think of this universe and the many CW DC shows.
Whats your Favorite Show/Least Favorite Show? Favorite pairing in DC CW universe? Favorite Superhero male/female?
I was going to make single threads for the shows. But If this thread shows what our forums tastes are. I'll make more if enough interest comes.
But given how they are all connected. Figured start a joint one first.

Supergirl is moving to the CW for Season Two (it was originally on CBS). That means production will be Vancouver, B.C., where all the CW Arrowverse shows are made.
The CW already has a four way crossover between Supergirl/Arrow/The Flash/Legends of Tomorrow in the works. It will happen in November.
There was already an episode of Supergirl on which the Flash had appeared. It established that Supergirl was set on a different Earth in the Multiverse than the Earth where the Arrowverse shows take place. Well, since it has been established that you can cross from one Earth to another, I don't see this as a problem.

I watched Supergirl and Legends this year which I both enjoyed.
Not seen the Flash though have Arrow season 1 and little 2 but not the others ultimately.
I heard the big crossover event would be in December Tim with that been an annual thing if it does well obviously.

Her and Kara are the best parts of the show for me. Favorite Superhero male: The Flash Favorite Superhero female: Supergirl/Black Canary (tie) Favorite Show: Supergirl and The Flash (tie) Arrow has gone down-hill once they fanserviced the show. I wont go into detail out of fear i will suffer the wrath of a certain fandom like i did on tumblr a year ago.

Watch The Flash and Supergirl here. Arrow was never on my radar that much, though I know it belongs to that universe as well. The Flash has started again since I already knew the one from 1990ies with John Wesley Ship.

The Flash is easily the best CW show out right now. So much heart, heroism, sci-fi, aaaah its just awesome. Arrow used to be good but welp...now it sucks imo.

Yes I hear people much prefer the Flash over Arrow in terms of storyline and overall general ness of the show.

At Glued To The Screen, we have threads for each of these shows. Please do not advertise other forums unless it's in the Links section, especially since this board is dedicated to other fandoms.

Whats your Favorite Show/Least Favorite Show? - Favorite: Hard to say probably Arrow at the moment, but it flips back and forth between Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl. Arrow's had more time to get a foothold and it seems to be on firmer ground right now than The Flash or Supergirl. The funny part is all this with hating almost every story arc Arrow has had. I just love the characters so much, that I can deal with all the things that get thrown at them including the loss of my second favorite character in season one (for once my favorite character on a show lasts longer than a season). - Least favorite: DC's Legends of Tomorrow, but you probably got that from the last statement. My favorite episode was the Arrow crossover.
Favorite pairing in DC CW universe? - Oliver and Felicity. Absolutely. That needs to go back to being a thing (haven't seen the finale, so if something happens there, I don't want to know yet), but as long as she quits trying to vanish, I'm okay with that.
Favorite Superhero male/female? - Male: Spartan probably although at the moment I'm blinking at him a lot. Maybe Vibe, because he is seriously awesome. - Female: Overwatch. She's definitely my favorite over all.
I am concerned with the repercussions the finale for The Flash would logically have on the other three shows. I'm sure they have that all figured out so that ultimately it doesn't, but right now, it has me wondering how they are going to fix this mess.

Supergirl is my favorite and our new favorite watching with my daughter and granddaughter.
Calista Flockhart *won* me over playing Cat. I adore the relationship between Kara and Cat.
I havent seen much of the others. Dont appeal to someone my age, I might give them a go, If they tone down the darkness slightly. I did see Arrow, but I find Oliver Queen so *unlikable* and much prefer the Smallville version. My granddaughter likes Arrow though. I did sit through some episodes with my family, and sadly Arrow it just needs more heart. Its why Supergirl is my favorite. I feel my hour is filled with joy and it has an *appeal* to me that the others dont.

Temporal mechanics give me a headache: Captain Kathryn Janeway. What a headache to think of. How is Supergirl going to be merged. I dont want to loose the canon made in season 1. I know about flashpoint or crisis from comics. But i hope it wont change the universe too much. Why not just have national city supergirl like the whole town merges with earth 1s national city. So earth 1s is no longer there and replaced. That sounds too silly and werid. Im out of ideas lol

I wonder which "Earth" Supergirl is on. Clearly not 1, 2, or 3, since otherwise she would have heard of The Flash as each has their own speedster called that (even if Earth-2's Flash wasn't really good intentioned). So I guess maybe she's on Earth-4? Supergirl is my favorite and our new favorite watching with my daughter and granddaughter. Calista Flockhart *won* me over playing Cat. I adore the relationship between Kara and Cat. I do like the relationship between Kara and Cat. It's fun to watch.

Earth-S All these Earths remind me of the DC Comics of my youth, before the Crisis On Infinite Earths debacle of 1985.

I am curious if any of the four shows will give us a female big bad/main villian of a season. It has forever been a male always.
Im sure Supergirl is easily the best choice for this to happen. Silver Banshee was wasted to not be saved for later seasons as a storyarc and big bad.
Im not too familar with comic book canon apart from some things i have read (nightwing and green arrow in some regards being the only comic ive followed religiously since a child). But is Maxwell Lord suppose to be Karas lex luthor. Who is her big enemy.

SUPERMAN TO APPEAR IN SEASON 2
hmm I dont know about anyone else here dear - but does this mean DC has little faith in the movies and gave the *rights* to TV. My granddaughter told me that DC has big restrictions to some DC characters and *its why* some cant appear on TV - namely Batman.
I'm hoping they cast Tom Welling in the role. I loved him as Clark Kent and loved Smallville - this girl can *dream*.
At this rate dears - we can expect CW to turn into DC-TV channel. I half expect them wanting a Superman series come fall 2017. Oh my.

Your not the only one Granny I loved Smallville to though Tom mayn't want to be Superman again as he might want to focus on other things though that doesn't mean he couldn't play another character in the show like Laura Vandervoort did Indigo who was in Smallville also if the show offered him a role and he wanted to play it that is. Yeah I thought Superman was amongst those in terms of restrictions being shown on TV to and the fact there concentrating on him in films at the moment anyway. Oh well if that happens we'll just have to wait and see then considering Supergirl will be on the CW now they'll have a bigger budget obviously and the fact there'll shoot in Vancouver now might mean they could afford the man of steel in the show who knows although I think they'll probably just keep referencing him through emails and text messages at the moment though unless anything officials announced obviously.
