I went "A Witch's Tail" (both parts), "Siren's Song", "Nymphs Just Wanna Have Fun", "Necromancing the Stone", "Oh My Goddess" (also both parts) and "Witches in Tights".
In reality it's pretty much every epispde of s5 except for the Paige/Sam parts of "Sam I Am", "The Eyes Have It" and "Cat House" (which is made up of flashbacks from seasons 1,3 and 4 - my three favourite seaons).

Went with two parter opener (The little Mermaid - pah!), House Call, Sand Francisco Dreamin' and Lucky Charmed. With the rest, maybe accepted.

I chose...
Witches in Tights Lucky Charmed Nymphs Just Wanna Have Fun Oh My Goddesses
Because I hate the costumes, I hate the superhero BS... I just hated a lot of Season 5 so if I had the choice of ticking off more I would have.

My choices-
Witches in Tights: Costume stupidity to the max. Plus teen witches can suddenly become Elders, just because. Also what's with the title? It's a Robin Hood reference (why?) and none of the witches even wore tights!
Sam I Am: The absolute last straw for Phoebe's character for me. Plus Cole's invincibility was introduced, making his storyline even more stupid. Didn't need Sam back, Paige could have met him as a ghost or through time travel if they really wanted her to.
Lucky Charmed and Nymphs: Idiotic magical creatures running around town getting their asses killed.
Oh My Goddess (both parts): First part was a snooze fest, second part was pathetic. Last straw for Piper. "We can't function without Leo." Sisters become goddesses and manage to look even more incompetent than usual... great.

"Lucky Charmed" and "Nymphs" are just painful to watch. I was about 13 when those aired and I remember cringing at the TV.
The mermaid stuff in the premiere was kind of dumb but I still liked the characters okay at that point.
The one where the Phoebe lookalike gives Cole the lap dance is extremely awkward.
The "Goddess" episodes are probably my least favorite. I know they had to have a reason for Leo to not come back, but they dug themselves in too deep with that one. They should have ended it on a cliffhanger where we don't know if he made it out of some dangerous situation. Setting him up as an elder just made the story way too complicated.
And like the previous poster said, Piper was ruined for me here. I wonder what kind of damage she caused to the city when she was throwing her tantrum. I get that she's upset about her husband, and she has every right to be, but to put that out on other people? What if another witch out there were having the worst day of her life, and decided to take it out on Piper? Piper would hate her. But she developed very selfishly here, and it's no surprise that she thinks she has it the worst of everyone and can do whatever she wants.
Plus, this episode set the stage for yet more of Piper's family rather than focusing on the sisters. There were issues with Wyatt and now there are issues with Leo. Those two should never have become more of a focus than the sisters as a group, but all their issues spill over into most of the stories from this point onward.

By then it was all about Piper or Wyatt anyway.
I would've had the Cleaners had they been introduced earlier just erase her for their pains. Err.

That's why I call the last three seasons "The Perils of Poor, Poor Pitiful Piper" STARRING HOLLY MARIE COMBS, BRIAN KRAUSE AND DREW FULLER as "Chris" with alyssa milano and rose mcgowan, and why I think "Forever Piper', I mean 'Forever Crap', I mean 'Forever Charmed" is the perfect series finale for THAT series - but not "Charmed".

Hehe, much like my own title, 'Twice-Blessed: The Ascension of King Wyatt' ROFL! Exactly so. Except in order to have that you have to include the 'Witch Way Now?' (which acts as the end of "Charmed" and the beginning of "Twice Blessed") and Season Five. "Perils" starts with "Oh, My Goddess!".

My choices for season 5's worst episodes are.
A Witch's Tail Part 2 - This episode should've just been one, not two with the sisters helping Mylie. Phoebe didn't need to be a Mermaid here, And Paige shouldn't have quit her job which was the start of her becoming ditzy.
Witches In Tights - Holly, Rose, and Alyssa in tights enough said. I liked the idea of Kevin's power although that could've been portrayed better I thought.
"Y Tu Mummy Tambien" - Another lacklustre episode for me and Cole's madness descent which wasn't Julian's fault but how he was written bless him.
Centennial Charmed - Cole's final episode. Viewing this years later I felt angry how he'd been written that season and what part Phoebe played making Cole the way he was then.
How he exited wasn't justified.
It made me wished that Kern and the writers had been fired for it and how Cole should never have been bought back after Long Live The Queen or if he'd had left after A Witch's Tail amicably agreeing to divorce Phoebe who recognised her part in what happened when he was the Source and apologised for that trying to be a better person from then on obviously.
Lucky Charmed And Nymphs Just Wanna Have Fun. The introduction of more magical creatures which that season were too many and how they shouldn't have been portrayed then.
And finally Oh My Goddess. Ah, how this happened man.
The potential had the producers done their research and portrayed it right with Mount Olympus and a Greek setting.
Phoebe is the one who had the apocalyptic dreams since she got visions and was a different goddess other than Aphrodite which didn't fit with the storyline like Artemis for instance who known for being a hunter other than animal protector could've used those skills to locate the Titans then.
I love Greek Mythology and seeing this hurt me knowing how better it could've been if done correctly.

Oh this is easy. My worst Season 5 episodes would be
Sam I Am- What could've been a nice Paige episode where she gets to reconnect with her birth father is instead piled on by more Phoebe/Cole drama. Remember when this show was about family? What really makes me hate this episode is the climax, Cole has been rejected, ridiculed and insulted by the sisters (mainly Phoebe) so much that he's driven into a suicidal psychopath who now acts evil simply to facade his suicidal tendencies, yet the moment Phoebe figures all of this out not only is she against the idea of vanquishing him, not because to save him from said suicidal attempt, but simply because she doesn't believe in him living or dying, she wants him to die on her grounds in which she says so. Are you kidding me? So he can't live or die and can't have free will of his own unless you make the choice to end his life yourself? Just horrible! It really make me loathe later season Phoebe.
A Witch's Tail- A complete tonal shift from Seasons 1-4. Already it goes for a more sitcom vibe the first moment onscreen, the cinematography looks very different (especially with the shift in hairstyles) and all of a sudden just completely offscreen and now the show decides all of a sudden Phoebe is a famous celebrity of San Francisco when her employment background had as much credibility as a wet carrot? An apparently Phoebe/Elise are close friends to the point she can't get enough of Phoebe's skyrocketed advice despite the fact her last appearance Phoebe was about to end her with a fireball and got an attitude with her. And the fame has completely gone to Phoebe's head, all she can talk about is how famous she is and then talks down to any love advice she deems inferior to her own. This just reeks of Alyssa's creative control!
On top of that she treats their innocent Miley as a mere obstacle in her relationship, simply because finding her is inconveniencing her divorce hearing she could care less about getting to know Miley or help her. Paige has the line "who are you guys and what have you done to my sisters" this line from Paige easily sums up Piper and Phoebe for the rest of the show, no longer the Charmed Ones, but Warlock's posing as them. Paige meanwhile is held hostage by them. Then once Phoebe comes back from her divorce hearing she criticizes Piper for having a panic attack when she left because divorcing Cole was more important than helping an innocent. We also have Piper making insensitive comments at Miley's plight, her worst one being to just throw her back into the ocean.
Also when she encounters Cole and calls him an evil B****** and says he should've stayed where he belonged, what an insensitive, cruel person. Cole was only there because of Phoebe, then all of a sudden she loves him and that causes her to run away as a mermaid? ............................Okay then. Also Paige should NOT have quit her job!
Happily Never After- This is pretty much what you show outsiders a parody of what Charmed is NOT suppose to be. Yes Charmed is a very campy show that doesn't take itself too seriously, but not to this degree where it becomes detached from being funny camp. Now we have the girls as childish fairytales and where the budget goes for the rest of the show, into making the girls as attractive as possible. The entire episode can be summed up as Phoebe's Cinderella Dress which I still deem to this day the WORST outfit choice on Charmed, who thought that was a good idea?
Also we have Phoebe blaming Cole for the fairytales gone wrong, and Grams who for no explained reason can just become corporeal and completely dismisses the fact she's suppose to be dead. Rather than be a spirit who helps them in secret or only appearing for limited times in dire situations she's now alive free to summon at will and that scene where the wolf eats her is basically what I would use for the rating of the season as a whole. And the fact her only purpose for coming back is to be a recurring joke about hating men doesn't help her character. I miss her character from that 70's episode or Pre-Witched.. Y'know the Grams who was presented as the experienced matriarch, but also had a sharp tongue?
Centennial Charmed- Cole's final episode. Viewing this years later I felt angry how he'd been written that season and what part Phoebe played making Cole the way he was then. To make matter's worse it really feels like a stab at Paige's character. Yeah lets blame Paige for everything that's went wrong in Phoebe/Cole's relationship, with the alternate timeline proving Phoebe still chose evil over her own family.. Cole's final vanquish feels insulting and mean, especially since it happens on his birthday and the episode begins with Paige trying to vanquish him from the inside!
A Witch In Time- Phoebe's love for Miles mirrors exactly how she acted around Cole, the guy is only around TWO EPISODES and already she acts like they're soulmates, to the point where she has to save him for satisfaction despite the fact he's an obvious rebound. But what I hate the most is the scene where Piper and Paige try to convince her Miles has to die only for Phoebe to respond with the same dismissive tone she gave when anyone tried to talk to her about Cole, then assumed Cole was to blame for all of it. I also hated that scene where the demons threw the athame at Piper she froze it and Paige JUST STANDS THERE! Why didn't she just orb the frozen athame instead of waiting for the demons to unfreeze it by chanting then stab Piper, then she doesn't even bother to orb away the book of shadows!
What makes me hate this episode more is the ending. Despite the episode going into key detail about Miles being Phoebe's soulmate how does she treat his death? She uses his death as an excuse to elevate her love life and makes it all about how she needs to not worry about never finding love again, uhh Phoebe what about the fact MILES DIED?!
Oh No Whiny Goddesses- An episode about Greek Gods? Okay sounds interesting, wait its an excuse to dress the girls up again? Ohh... Lets not forget this episode turns Piper's whine meter up to eleven to the point where she's absolutely helpless without Leo's prescence.. She's constantly whining and shouting at Chris and this episode also undermines the whole point of the show. THEIR PROBLEM IS LITERALLY HANDED TO THEM, THEY ARE GODDESSES!!!
Wasn't this a show about three female leads who kick demon butt and are suppose to be the most powerful witches? Yet this episode decides that premise is moot by having them incapable of doing the most basic of things even THINKING seems to be out of their reach because their male guardian isn't there!! To make matters worse the battle between gods and titans is more of a ratings trap because the actual fight never happens, instead Phoebe becomes useless comedic relief and Piper just power of one's them into oblivion with Paige just making the hole bigger.
Oh but don't worry, this leads into Season 6 where the show decides the girl's aren't important anymore its all about the Twice Blessed Brat and his brother.

Does anyone else strongly dislike "Sam I Am"?
I just don't like Sam. I find it impossible to understand what Patty ever saw in him. He's kindof a jerk.
