Yes! There have been a lot of things recently from the writer's room of Charmed and a few other shows around that time. They weren't great rooms. The Office is another one that comes to mind. Mindy Kaling had to put up with a lot of s*%t as the only female and writer of color in that writer's room. I'm so glad a lot of rooms are starting to move on from that toxicity. There are a lot of writers (men as well as women) calling out showrunners now and I'm so glad they have the guts to do it. So glad most showrunners are being called out now. I sure wish times changed back then, and what is happening now, happened twenty years ago, so people could call out Brad Kern, if they did, he'd have been fired not Shannen. Have you interviewed anybody from Charmed? I've been fortunate to meet some great showrunners over the years. I've also been unfortunate to meet some terribly toxic ones and it's clear who they are just by initially speaking to them but they hold so much power that as a journalist, I just have to grin and bear it at the time. I just learn who not to want to interview again. By the way, for Supernatural/Timeless/The Boys fans, Eric Kripke is one of the good ones. He remains one of my favorites to interview. You have such a great job, all these interviews, you have insight that nobody on this board has. I'm happy to hear Eric Kripke is one of the good ones, and you had so much fun interviewing him, seeing as so many male showrunners in Hollywood are toxic. Sorry to hear you had some bad experiences with some. I love Piper and Mark too, if they didn't put Piper with Leo they should have written her with Mark, they would have been a lovely couple. Me too. I think they could have been such a strong couple. I especially like the idea of them together, because they have more in common. I feel like Piper and Leo have little to nothing in common at all, especially when you consider Leo was born in the 1920s, and with what we've seen on the show, its hard for him to fit into the current world. He's basically the age of Piper's great grandfather. At least Mark was Piper's age and could be relatable. I need to find Piper/Mark fanfics, I'm in the mood for seeing how this couple could play out over Piper/Leo. Anybody here know of any?

I didn't see this last reply. Sorry it took so long to answer!
Not from the original series. I got very close to interviewing Alyssa for Insatiable on Netflix but schedules couldn't match up.
There were a lot of guest stars who have gone onto starring in their own shows and I've interviewed some of them.
I have interviewed all the original leads of the new Charmed. I'm actually disappointed Madeleine Mantock was the one who chose to leave because she is one of my favorite interviews. She was so sweet and we connected because we're originally from neighbouring counties in the UK.

I adore Piper and Mark! The actors had amazing chemistry, I was completely hooked after only one episode. They clicked so fast and they had so much in common. And Mark is a great character with so much potential. I don't know how I feel about him returning as a Whitelighter or a Cupid though. There's too many whitelighters enough is enough!

I couldn't agree more. They had such amazing chemistry in one episode than Piper and Leo had in several seasons. Unlike Leo, Piper had miles more in common with Mark. I just never felt Piper and Leo had anything in common at all.

And once they became the center of the show, Piper and Leo's chemistry definitely wasn't as good as the earliest seasons. When you draw a comparison, P x M win in every category
