Favorite Parts of Every Season of Charmed?

We always get threads on what seasons we liked and so on. So I decided to create a poll with something a little different?

So which parts of every season do you prefer the most? The start, middle or end of various seasons?

Season 1 end part - Season 2 middle part, season 7 end part.

Agreed totally!!! Although I'd also include Season Three (first part) if it had ended BEFORE 'Sleuthing with the Enemy' but couldn't due to that.

I'd have included some parts of S5, but I can't because I don't like the end of S5. So I didn't vote for that, and instead similar to Es and Granny Charmed and voted S1 (end part) through S2, and Season 7 (end part).

The middle of Season 8 with the Paige/Henry arc is great, but I can't because of the episodes and Piper and Phoebe. If it were a poll for favorite sister parts or storylines of every season, I'd vote for this in a heartbeat.

I liked the middle part of Season 1 through Season 3 if it finishes at Power Outage.

My favorite sister should have vanquished Cole and saved herself. Still hurts to see someone you grew to love and admire go downhill. I liked her again in late Season 7 though.

I guess Constance was gone by Season 3 to not fix and stop her character assasination.

I wasn't aware people loved the middle part of Season 8 dears. I'm guessing the Paige/Henry parts of middle were loved by many, unless they did love the other stories.

The end part of season 7 & middle of season 8 are the ones post-season 4 loved by some.

The end part of season 7 & middle of season 8 are the ones post-season 4 loved by some.

I certainly can't vote for anything in S8. By that point, I didn't like the sisters. Even if Paige and Henry are great together, it isn't enough to vote for any part of S8 at all.

I knew this thread was around. A recent discussion in the Season Three board, made me think of this thread.

Be interesting to see what our new members think?

Interesting Coyote Piper through Just Harried is always among the most disliked period, part and or stretch of episodes during the first three seasons on this board in similar threads. I guess, most didn't like Phoebe lying, or the episodes were among the worst. I did like Coyote Piper and The Good, the Bad and the Cursed but that's about it. Also can't say I liked Prue in Just Harried, even as a fan of her.

Wow. It’s the opposite for me for Season 3. It’s episodes like Just harried, Primose empath, death takes a Halliwell and AHBL to name a few that I rewatch the most in season 3. Episodes centered around Prue, that show how vulnerable she can be.

In Just Harried, nothing can beat the scene when patty appears to piper and her sisters. That scene always gets me. So emotional.

Curious what other new members name as their best parts from certain seasons?


I had fun ranking every season of Charmed in three parts. Although for some, I simply couldn't do it, since I equally hated them all. LOL

Season 1

1. Season 1: (end part) That '70's Episode to Deja Vu All Over Again
2. Season 1: (middle part) Feats of Clay to Which Prue Is It, Anyway?

Season 2

1. Season 2: (first half) Witch Trial to P3 H2O
2. Season 2: (middle part) Ms. Hellfire to Murphy's Luck
3. Season 2: (end part) How to Make a Quilt Out of Americans to Be Careful What You Witch For


Season 3

1. Season 3: (first half) The Honeymoon's Over to Sleuthing with the Enemy (Sleuthing ending this part ruins it and I really loathe the episode.  Otherwise it would be a great first arc)
2. Season 3: (end part) Death Takes a Halliwell to All Hell Breaks Loose
3. Season 3: (middle part) Coyote Piper to Just Harried


Season 4

1. Season 4: (first part) Charmed Again to Brain Drain
2. Season 4: (middle part) Black as Cole to Charmed and Dangerous
3. Season 4: (end part) The Three Faces of Phoebe to Witch Way Now?



Season 5

1. Season 5: (end part) Cat House to Oh My Goddess (if only I could remove Oh My Goddess)
2. Season 5: (middle part) House Call to Lucky Charmed
3. Season 5: (first part) A Witch's Tail to Centennial Charmed


Season 6

Season 7

1. Season 7: (end part) Carpe Demon to Something Wicca This Way Goes
2. Season 7: (middle part) Charmed Noir to Charmageddon

Season 1: In the middle during the Which Prue is it Anyway? Woggy? and That 70's Episode. We learn more about the Halliwell family and the dynamic between the 3 sisters seems to be even. Fun Phoebe, Panicky Piper and Prue's The Boss. (see what I did there?) From the middle until the end can be argued to be the best quality and sisterly centric

Season 2: The long string of good written episodes with character development that didn't spend all of it's time on the Dan-Piper-Leo love triangle. This was a little bit before Murphy's Luck - up until The Four Horsemen episode.

Season 3: From the beginning until Power Outage but also in between the middle and end, episodes like Pre Witched, Sin Francisco, The Good Bad Cursed etc.

Season 4: Charmed Again to Charmed and Dangerous is the last best part of Charmed before we lose Fun Phoebe. But The Fifth Halliwell, Saving Private Leo, LLTQueen and Womb Raidor are some great episodes towards the end, and before the real end (just like Season 3).

Season 5: Remove A Witch's Tail and Happily Ever After and I would say from Siren Song up until Centennial Charmed is the latest redeeming Charmed that resembles the original show and we see this reappear again in Season 7. Cat House and Sense and Sensibility are 2 isolated standouts towards the end.

Season 6: Hmmmm. I did like Richard and Paige and the family feud stuff at the beginning, plus Paige searching for her own 'calling'. I did like Phoebe's empathy (while it lasted). There isolated parts of Season 6 that i like. When Magic School was introduced i felt that this was the point of no return. I was unimpressed by Chris Crossed apart from the Golden Gate destruction shots of the future. I Dream of Phoebe, Spin City, WItch Wars and the Crimes one is enjoyable but I can't sy theres a specific part I like. Just sprinkles of good moments from time to time.

Season 7: The turn-around. I liked it from Styx Feet under, 7x05 all the way until the end actually - if you exclude One in a Blue Moon, the disappointedly written Utopia episodes and Freaky Phoebe. But another special mention is Witchness Protection, Ordinary Witches, Scry Hard, Imaginary Fiends (which is probably better than all Season 6 episode and explains the Evil-Wyatt plot much better), Death Becomes Them and the epic finale/cliffhanger - the best episode of the season!

Season 8: Much like Season 6, there are sprinkles of things I like but no particular part. Some episode were entertaining like Run Piper Run and Desperate Housewives but then they are mitigated by 'punishing the guilty and then forgetting how they vanquish the Source' in the later which still erks me! I did like Vaya Cons Leos, Paybacks a Witch (probably the best), the Jung and the Restless and Kill Billie Vol 2. they were the only episodes I'd give a 3/5 for. As for the finale, considering how bad the series had got by this point, I actually think it was a nice way to end the series with the Halliwell Family, regardless of the inconsistency and I get more closer than the sisters forgoing their Charmed destiny in the 7x22 Finale.
