Well, I'm glad they are still mourning and that the two need to adjust to the idea of being witches with powers. And you do not just carry on and have them all just going about their lives. LOL, Piper's Brew What name did she end up using by the way? With five Warrens living under the same roof, I'd imagine someone would have to share a room with someone else. A good second episode to move along the story, and help Piper and Phoebe adjust to the idea of being witches and now living in the manor. A Halloween and Birthday episode. Nice. So their ancestor is Mary Ann Warren, and EC's version of Melinda Warren. I like how we learn more about their ancestors a little. This was so creative with them all losing their senses, and it fits all well with their jobs and lives. But poor Prudence has it the worse.

I'm glad you like the series so far, West. Hope you and Olga keep reading. It's fun for us writers of EC and those involved to get reviews and feedback.

As it is taking care of a new baby, you find you are up at all sorts of hours and times. So now that she is asleep, I'm awake, that I'm going to sit and read more EC. OLGA: First I had to give a shoutout to you guys for coming up with really cool titles. I love them all so far. I just noticed a little error, this isn't their first warlock vanquish. That would have happened in the previous episode? Unless you guys switched episodes around. I really liked that Piper learns a valuable lesson, I love how they are growing and are not already so talented. Getting that support and guidance from their elders is perfect for growth. I can't wait to see how they grow in their roles as Elemental Witches. OLGA: I really loved this one, what a cool episode and really love that we learn a little bit more about Paige and Patience.

I'm so glad you two have enjoyed EC so far. I'll be interested to see what you think of the later episodes dears.
Keep them coming, at your own pace.

I'm so glad you liked what we have done West. Summer's Charmed: Re-Imagined story is really great and perfect for how Charmed could have been. Actually when we finish EC, we talked about possibly starting a new project for Charmed: Reimagined, and having several ones going at once, for whatever members are interested in and such. We'll see. I hope you have time to read on. Es, you starting this thread is perfect for people to read our series for just the episodes. Looking forward to you West, and also Olga (if she has time) reading more. And I'm so glad, Pheebs, that you like this way of introducing our series that leaves out your fantastically wonderful Deadline articles based on the ones for the rip-off that you did a fantastic job adapting to our series. I'm considering doing another thread that just has your Deadline articles. What do you (and the others - especially people new to Elemental Charmed like West and Olga) think of that idea? I really like this idea, and I see many here do too.

OLGA: I really love the title, Summer you are so great. This is such a fun story. I really love it, and that it ties into the Warrens lives and jobs.

I love that Piper learns a lesson, this is perfect, and the things I like to see. They should be messing up and learning, and not be a master super witch so quickly.
I really loved this one. You guys really come up with great titles. I like learning more about Patience and Paige.
WOW! Yet again, you are killing it with the episode titles. This was such a fun plot. I like how each episode lets one Warren be the star or her job is the setting for the story.
So glad you incorporated some of the history and culture of Salem into the story. Again, I love that you guys really are using the Warrens so well, that they each have a part, and you are doing so well with their real lives and witch duties.

OLGA: You are making me want to go to a real Salem Harvest Festival. LOL I really enjoyed this one, and how well the Warrens can all come together. Love that Piper and Phoebe are learning.

OLGA: SO loved reading this one. Good work Sasha and Summer. What I love is our Warrens are not all perfect, still they are adjusting to living under the same roof. I just wish Charmed did a better job when Paige moved in, the conflict needed to be more. I also love that, they decide to have a night for the three of them. Plus an innocent needing to be saved, which is what I love about Charmed so much. And hope Elemental Charmed will keep on doing right until the final season. When protecting the innocent is important.

Really enjoying your reviews Olga and West. Even if you are doing these one or two episodes at a time dears, I like coming online and checking to see which episodes you are reviewing next.

OLGA: That title really put a smile on my face. I love the use of stuff from Classic Charmed, while your Banshee story was so good, especially love how it comes back to Victor and them having unresolved issues with his death, that made this story *so* good. I think your use of the Banshee was so much better than even Classic Charmed, that one was all due to Cole and Phoebe, this one affected more than one person.
Well done, Prudence. Exactly the plot we'd want to see dealt with. That they still miss Victor.

What a way to include a real legend. Love urban myths, and this one rocks. Especially not using something Charmed did before.
Also the characters get out of Salem, always nice when you do this for a reason. And letting the other family members having their own innocent plot back in town in Salem.
I'll get to reading these more closely, but wanted to review one for now. Just to let you guys know, how much I appreciate and love that you guys are adding cool twists and real legends to your series.

KW: I love that this episode has the two younger family members settling in, and learning why they all lived together. And they are still mourning their father.
KW: The title is perfect, so creative with how it hurt all five of them in their lives. I also love that we learn about their ancestor Mary Ann, and love that we have a Halloween episode and a birthday.
Poor Prudence, she loses her voice when she is hurt. This can't be good.

I guess this is the reviewer's thread. I'll post it here like I did at GTTS. That is great. I'm onto the next episodes. Okay, I like that they are still in adjustment mode, and settling with the transition from one city to another. So both sisters had been living not under the same roof in San Francisco, I like this adjustment. Love that they learn a lesson on why they live under the same roof and also I wonder just what did Piper call her restaurant, P5? Maybe even something to use their last name of Warren? How cool, and no doubt, that pick-up happened very fast. I noticed, but haven't gotten through more, but skimmed and saw it moved to CBS. The opposite of Supergirl, I think that's so cool. I wish, I could be in this universe and see the videos. Love that we get a Halloween episode in S1. Really love that they are doing throwbacks to Classic Charmed so wonderfully. Birthday and Halloween all in one, with name dropping of their ancestor. Now this is how you slowly build your story, too bad, the reboot hasn't even given any indication or name dropping of their ancestor. I like how all their senses goes away when all five need them the most. Poor Piper, but most importantly poor Prudence, can't call for help.

Been browsing the fanfic board, this caught my attention. I like what I see so far. You sure made a reboot that is different than Charmed but better. I don't like the CW reboot, I gave it three episodes and quit.
I nearly fell off my chair when I read the part about Phoebe Warren never being like PhoeME, I'm so glad to hear that. I'd stop reading immediately if any of these Warren resemble the horribly written sisters that I could not stand to keep watching from S6-S8. I like the powers you gave these Warrens, and it's quite fun to see how these different relationships will grow between a mother, daughters, nieces and aunt. The backstory with Victor raising the younger Warrens on the other side of the country makes total sense to me. The way I couldn't understand why Paige was raised in the same city as her half-sisters, and not somewhere else, if they wanted to keep her a secret. Whoever came up with that idea, I like it. I do love that the older Warrens give Piper and Phoebe the choice, and do not force the idea onto them. That seeing what magic and their powers can do for helping people, is what has them accepting their destiny. And then they get their powers are unbound. This backstory helped me make my mind up on continuing to read on.

YAY!! I'm SO glad you like our reboot more than the canon one (which we call the rip-off) and that I haven't wasted a second on. I admire you for giving it three episodes before you decided to say quits.
This was the first "Team Charmed Cafe' project where any Cafe member could write episode while I acted as editor, trying to keep it inconsistent. We might have gone overboard making it female-centric, but that was part of the fun. It was also what turned a lot of members away since they wanted more romance. We figured if they really wanted that, they could write their own version and they never did.
And don't worry, none of them will turn into the S6-8 versions that so many of us hate! Or if they do it's because they're possessed or under a spell and won't stay that way.
I do hope you decide to keep reading and let us know what you think of it.

You didn't not miss out on much Esmeralda. Count yourself lucky you didn't watch a second of it. Even though I liked the whitelighter Harry with the little I saw of the show. Him being a true mentor and not romantically involved with any sister right away was great. But I gave it a chance. I'm surprised it got renewed for a fourth season. Now I'm more interested to keep reading. I appreciate you telling all of that. Time for the pilot episode of EC.

Elemental Charmed Created by Constance M. Burge
PRESS RELEASES FOR ELEMENTAL CHARMED FROM THE CW AND CBS-TV
SEASON ONE CRONE: Is Connie part of it with you assigning a writing team. Be kinda cool if you rewrote fantasy press releases with interviews. CRONE: What a ride you took me. I was really connecting with the characters as the plot was well paced. I loved the nod to the canon shows setting. The backstory for why the younger Warrens were with their father who dies and how they got to discover their destiny was well done. I loved that the three older Warrens gave them the choice. I think Prudence having Premonitions fits. I like that their first warlock is one they thought was dead. I'm guessing the warlock finally found where Piper and Phoebe had been living after all those years. I loved that the pilot ends with them at the Warren manor with Piper and Phoebe ready to protect innocents. I liked the touch of showing flashbacks with Victor at the funeral. The way I wished they did that with Prue. This pilot was a nice set-up for whats no doubt to come. Summer Reading you rocked the pilot. I liked the title too. I will be back for the second episode to read when I can.

Now I'm more interested to keep reading. I appreciate you telling all of that. Time for the pilot episode of EC. Like I said, I'm proud of you for giving the rip-off a chance and also figuring out when to call quits. It seems like Harry was closer to Buffy's Giles rather than Leo and I would've preferred Leo that way - either that or *just* in S1 so we'd never hear the words Elder or witchlighter. But I've heard they've matched the half-sister with Harry so they even blew that. Like you, him as a true mentor and not romantically involved with any sister would've been a lot better. I'm HOWLING at myself for talking about being the editor who kept things INCONSISTENT! Of course, I meant it was my job as editor to keep things CONSISTENT! But such mistakes happen when I'm tired which I was when I wrote that. I'm glad I didn't confuse you too much. I'm glad I've got you even more interested than you were before and I'm looking forward to see what you think of our pilot episode. Of course you've read most of it in the Background, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.
