Ruins the Charmed brand and it feels petty. These women have all grown up and 2 have had families of their own and dont have to see each other on the day to day. 

Yeah I get freedom of expression etc. but its just sad.

To be fair, I've unfollowed people for political commentary, as well. Doesn't mean I don't talk to them outside of Social Media. I just don't want it on my feed, all of the time.

That's pretty much the same thing that happened to Shannen and Holly unfollowing each other and still communicating outside of Social Media. Now everyone thinks its Holly and Alyssa feuding. I'm sure Shannen unfollowed Holly for the same reasons, it happened I believe close or around the 2016 election.

I'm the same way. I don't follow people on socials, because I don't want what they post on my feed. Holly might feel the same way about Alyssa, she does it 24/7.

LOL It's going to take another decade before they even finish the series. I'm even questioning if they'll even successfully finish it. 

They only have one more episode of S2 left to put out. Since they took a break a month ago after releasing Apocalypse Not. But with how many cons they do a year, fans are going to have to expect them taking breaks all the time.

I think they will at least to Drew's seasons. I could see them stopping at S7 or S8 if they do feel like ending it.

Did they cancel the podcast?  There was a new episode every Wednesday until 9/20 and then it just stops! They literally had 1 more episode of season 2 and they just stopped.  I hope they at least go through season 4.

Yeah i don't think its possible for them to schedule 45mins even in transit at an airport for a Zoom get together. 

They also dont have any time on aircrafts to watch any episodes. 

But they have expressed gratitude for their listeners patience.

Yeah I really do think all three don't want to do these without the other present. Because they certainly can keep these going all the time if say one of the three isn't on an episode. I have seen other podcasts continuing if one of the hosts is sick or on a holiday. But I don't think Holly, Brian or Drew feel comfortable doing it.

I'm not too fussed since I have other podcasts and interests to keep me going.

Holly is sick at the moment. She cancelled a con appearance this weekend.

Didn't say it was malicious. Holly's kids are pretty grown up and also kids and parents barely sleep on planes.

And agree with what you've said mostly.

I just think this is Drews bid to remain relevant among his peer circle in L.A. and a money grab. The only one I will give credit to is Brian.

As for all 3 of them having to be there for the podcast - thats a cop out - don't buy it. Bring on a guest or someone paying $60 bux a month. The podcast is worse than Seasons 5- 8 and the reboot put together.

I'm a parent too but I am also a consistent professional.

I'll definitely agree with that. I haven't seen too many complaints from anyone, but there was someone on reddit who was just curious as to why there hasn't been a new episode posted in weeks along with no update. A LOT of the comments shocked me, they practically jammed themselves down the OP (or Poster)'s throat and said they should be grateful and that fans aren't owed explanations.. but its much more than just a subscription to a podcast- this is essentially another source of income for Drew, Brian, and Holly; and if there's people paying for your service and essentially contributing to paying your bills, you should at LEAST give some sort of update- regardless if we know there's cons or other events, there may be people who aren't as up-to-date about such events, and if Holly's sick, that would be a perfect opportunity to let people know.

It’s not just a celebrity thing, every business owner or service provider has instances where they can’t provide their service or product at the moment, and that’s okay! But what’s also okay, is communication! So I’m glad she posted that she wasn’t feeling good, because that’s something people who are paying for a service that aren’t getting it may want to know!

If I'm paying monthly/yearly for a podcast that advertises its release as a weekly release, and it's been over a month since the last release, i'm damn sure gonna wonder where my money's going if its not going to content production.

So while I don't think it's necessary to think it's anything purposely done, i do completely understand why someone would be concerned, especially with lack of communication.

Damn! You're right. Having to looking for an update in comments. I knew Holly was sick saw that update. The editing issues is new. Never saw a story or post on that.

That should be a story update and even a pinned post on all the socials. Easy for everyone to see.


Thanks for sharing West. It's an update. Holly being sick was all I saw. But this is something new.

I've been following other pods like Smallville and reddit brought up something that might relate to the Charmed One too.

I am wondering if it's due to the actor strike. Maybe they had to hold off posting the episode because of SAG rules preventing actor appearing on podcasts. They can still do them but can't have guests on. Maybe that's the editing issues they're having.

Are they holding off so they can get guests on for S3. Otherwise they can't have any guests on until the actor strike ends.
