Yeah, see, I'd appreciate their response, but the comment is a responding comment, which means someone has to look for it. They should've posted an update on their IG story, feed, and Tiktok feed saying they've been having some editing issues and Holly's sick!

Damn! You're right. Having to looking for an update in comments. I knew Holly was sick saw that update. The editing issues is new. Never saw a story or post on that. I've been following other pods like Smallville and reddit brought up something that might relate to the Charmed One too. I am wondering if it's due to the actor strike. Maybe they had to hold off posting the episode because of SAG rules preventing actor appearing on podcasts. They can still do them but can't have guests on. Some restrictions. But some podcasts have stopped altogether due to the strike and others are still running (unless they have a backlog they recorded in advance). Maybe contributing to the editing issues they had for weeks getting out the last episode for S2. |

Didn't say it was malicious. Holly's kids are pretty grown up and also kids and parents barely sleep on planes. And agree with what you've said mostly. I just think this is Drews bid to remain relevant among his peer circle in L.A. and a money grab. The only one I will give credit to is Brian. As for all 3 of them having to be there for the podcast - thats a cop out - don't buy it. Bring on a guest or someone paying $60 bux a month. The podcast is worse than Seasons 5- 8 and the reboot put together. I'm a parent too but I am also a consistent professional. I just wanted to answer the person's question. I'm not in charge of the podcast. I'm not even the complaint department. I understand people want releases of the episodes, but things happen. I gave so many reasons why, and other people gave more official answers. And, I didn't say the kids were on the planes with them. I said, in between the celebrity cons, they're probably catching up on sleep. They're celebrities and can probably afford first class for more comfortable arrangements. I highly doubt, anyone can just be up, doing cons and making podcast appointments, daily. But, it was mentioned that Holly is sick, and Shannen missed some cons due to being ill herself. IK she's not on the podcast, yet, but something is going around to get TWO of our Charmed stars! Not to mention the strikes occurring and just ruining everything for everyone. It may nip the podcast in the behind and not allow for it to finish. Whether we like it or not. And this could cause issues for future guest stars to even appear including Shannen and Alyssa. This Podcast is just poor timing. I do have to agree with the Reddit users, to SOME degree, here. Especially since it's Drew, Holly and Brian. Nothing they say is new nor interesting. I'm only interested when a guest star appears. Nothing Drew, Holly and Brian say are new information. Just recycled opinions we've all heard. On top of that, not everyone (raises hand) is even up to date with the podcast 'cause life happens. So, it's a good time for those of us to catch up. |

Also, just because Holly's kids are "older", as in "not babies", doesn't mean they don't need attending to. I'm working with a teenager for reasons I don't feel like sharing but just giving an example of an "older kid" who needs to be attended to differently than a baby.

They are all pathetic washed up has-beens who can't commit or even in the least be creative in how they could deliver something different. Life gets in the way and you either adapt or admit when you should stop something before you ruin it. Clearly something they haven't learned since continuing on past Season 4 in 2002.
Its about the money and merch and their bid to stay relevant. I hope I am not like that at their age.
The podcast has not only made me like the show less but the actors themselves.
But at least we get to hear about Daisy every episode.
Gotta love that HMC complain machine.

TBH, I really don't care about the podcast all that much. There are much more pressing matters, at hand than needing this podcast to be on some sort of schedule. It's not worth my time nor energy to get worked up about.

Well some positive news. Shannen APPEARS on the podcast for the S2 finale but via a cameo with Holly calling Shannen on her phone to talk about the episode. Sounds cool! I wonder, if Shannen has offered multiple times to be on the podcast as she said, why has her appearance been so limited so far with just a short cameo? Do you think its a scheduling conflict, or maybe the hosts are trying to secure other guests as well and want to find the best space for Shannen? I'd like to ask her if maybe she was offered a host spot or something  (Not complaining, just curiosity  ) |

Perhaps with Shannen starting her own podcast series and or her regular doctor and treatment visits. Just a guess. And Back in the day, I came back for Seasons 5-8 to get a 1% glimpse of the quality of the first few seasons so I’m used to being disappointed. It’s actually learnings for me because now I am more interested in understanding how things went wrong and where people played out of position, egos got involved etc. and how not to make the same mistakes with my own projects and how to anticipate adversity. Well done to Drew for making something ($$$) out of nothing though. Inspiring. |

I just don't have the patience to waste my time with something that would irritate me. I haven't listened to it, and I have a hunch I'll just disagree with them. I'd rather devote my time to what gives me more joy and that's the show and characters not the stars behind them. But that's just me. |

Yeah, Shannen wasn't given the best episode to work with. It's not the best episode by all means and not the best episode among the three she directed. Interesting that Holly directed Shannen when she had to act. I'm assuming Holly did the same thing in ABHL. I wonder if Julian directed Shannen when she had to act in TGTBATC. |
