Anyway, back to the original topic, at hand (got a little side-tracked, I blame myself for helping it derail, but I digress LOL). Just from memory, here is S2:

S2E1 "Witch Trial" - ALL THREE sisters are spellcasting

S2E5 "She's a Man, Baby, a Man!" - Piper thinks of the correct things to say, and Phoebe uses her connection with the Succubus to help save Prue and then Prue TKs the Succubus.

S2E7 "They're Everywhere" - Phoebe does some martial arts moves before the Collectors cause her to pass out. Piper freezes them, and Prue TKs them, together.

S2E9 "Ms. Hellfire" - Piper freezes Barbas & Bane. Phoebe removes Bane's gun, Piper only unfreezes Bane, and as he tries to escape, Prue TKs him.

S2E13 "Animal Pragmatism" - While both Prue & Piper are fighting with Snake & Rabbit, Phoebe is scrambling to de-animalfy the P3 guests.

S2E14 "Pardon My Past" - Phoebe manages to martial arts Anton, in the past, trying to look for the amulet, while present Prue & Piper tackle P. Russell & Anton, in the present.

S2E17 "How to Make a Quilt Out of Americans" - Phoebe plays decoy on Cryto and uses her Martial Arts on him, while both Prue & Piper force the iced tea into Cryto's mouth. ALL THREE chant the spell to get their powers back. While, Phoebe is the ONLY one chanting to send Cryto back, I'm guessing both Prue & Piper's presence makes the "three witches" circle complete, in order to send Cryto back? Piper did freeze, him too, but I digress.

S2E22 "Be Careful What You Witch For" - "The power of three will set us free" is chanted by ALL THREE of them.

Sorry for making it derail lol. And yeah I think we all have differences and commonalities in terms of opinions. I just struggle to not come across as too rigid sometimes. I'm a bit like Prue in that way. I realise s2 is much more balanced than s1 I will say. I just didn't like Piper in s2. Her treatment of both Leo and Dan bothered me.

All good. Part of being human we're all not programmed to think exactly the same.

Not the only one. I really don't like it. I actually hate how long Piper dragged out telling Dan the truth about Leo. I don't blame his reaction in S2's finale. Can you blame him for feeling hurt by the lies. But Paige was always more honest with her guys sharing secrets than her sisters.

Paige was a very good character overall. I honestly hated how Phoebe treated her in s4 with the Cole thing. It was mean and Piper just likes to live in denial which is more than river in Egypt.

S3E1 "The Honeymoon's Over" - ALL THREE of them physically fight, in the courtroom.

S3E3 "Once Upon a Time" - Phoebe levitates, Prue TKs a levitating Phoebe, Phoebe grabs the cage Thistle & Kate are in, Piper freezes the fire flames and unfreezes it, killing the trolls.

S3E4 "All Halliwell's Eve" - Phoebe & Prue use the altar to their advantage while Piper helps Charlotte give birth.

S3E6 "Primrose Empath" - Piper attempts to freeze Vinceres, twice. Phoebe attempts to use her martial arts & Prue finishes off Vinceres.

S3E7 "Power Outage" - Phoebe levitates & kicks Belthazor, Prue APs and kicks Belthazor & Piper freezes the dagger and slices Belthazor flesh.

S3E9 "Coyote Piper" - ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish Terra

S3E11 "Blinded by the Whitelighter" - Prue TKs the Darklighter arrow, Piper freezes it, Phoebe kicks Eames into it & ALL THREE spellchant.

S3E13 "Bride & Gloom" - ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish Dantalian

S3E16 "Death Takes a Halliwell" - ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish the Seekers

S3E17 "Prewitched" - Prue throws a spike at Shadow, Piper freezes him in place and throws a potion at him & ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish Shadow

S4E5 "Size Matters" - Paige TK-Orbs the wand, ALL THREE help to pick it up, Piper blasts the button to shrink Gamil & ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish Gamil

S4E6 "A Knight to Remember" - Paige taps into the Evil Enchantress' power to contain her, and Phoebe & Piper throw the power stripping potion at her. Bonus, ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish the Shocker Demon

S4E9 "Muse to My Ears" - ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish Devlin

S4E12 "Lost & Bound" - ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish Ludlow

S4E13 "Charmed & Dangeorus" - ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish the Source

S4E14 "The Three Faces of Phoebe" - ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish Kurzon

S4E20 "Long Live the Queen" - ALL THREE spellchant to vanquish Source Cole

S4E21 "Womb Raider" - ALL THREE spellchant eliminating the demons in the high council room

S4E22 "Witch Way, Now?" - Phoebe uses her martial arts to distract Agent Jackman, Paige attempts to put out the fire & Piper jumps through the fire & knocks down the wooden pole Selena is tied to.

S5E2 "A Witch's Tail, Pt 2" - Necron's vanquish

S5E6 "The Eyes Have it" - Piper throws a potion at Orin, but he destroys it, and he knocks her out. Both Phoebe & Paige chant a spell with Ava to defeat Orin, and they succeed.

S5E9 "Sam I am" - Paige & Piper throw potions at Cole to kill him, but Phoebe discovers the truth and let's everyone know.

That's it, that's all I have. I didn't even want to put in S5E9 "Sam I am", but I wanted to be kind to it.  The rest of S5, one or two (or all three) sisters are just standing there or separated.

S6E3 "Forget Me...Not" - All three are present and helping to the contribution of publicizes magic. Phoebe levitates the reporter, Paige TK-Orbs another reporter's jacket & Piper makes the Golden Gate disappear. ALL three are present, at the final meeting with the Cleaners and attempting to the negotiate getting Wyatt back.

S6E4 "The Power of Three Blondes" - ALL three sisters are present and trying to convince Chris that the Stillman sisters stole their identities. When, that didn't work, they attempted to use "demon leftovers" to defend themselves. They each punch out a Stillman sister and say the spell to get their powers back.

S6E9 "Little Monsters" - ALL THREE sisters are present and throwing a potion to vanquish the Manticores.

S6E10 "Chris-Crossed" - ALL THREE scramble to get the spell that Chris needs into the floorboards. Paige finishes writing down the spell, passes it to Phoebe who passes it to Piper & Leo helps, as well. Dunno if want to count this, but there you go.

S6E11 "Witchstock" - Slime Demon vanquish

S6E12 "Prince Charmed" - Piper is blowing up demons, Paige is using a potion to vanquish demons & Phoebe is using her martial arts to keep demons at bay, in order for ALL THREE of them to rescue Wyatt.

S6E13 "Used Karma" - Swarm Demon King's vanquish

S6E14 "The Legend of Sleepy Halliwell" - ALL THREE use a PO3 spell to reverse being beheaded and converse with Zachary.

S7E21 "Death Becomes Them" - Piper blows up the innocent zombies & both Paige & Phoebe use potions on them.

Yes, S7 suffers the same fate as S5. IK a lot of folks hate on S6, but S6 had ALL THREE of them involved more with the final fight/vanquishes.

S8E2 "Malice in Wonderland" - ALL THREE throw a potion, to vanquish Haas.

S8E3 "Run, Piper, Run" - ALL THREE pose as Maya to scare Nance into confession.

S8E5 "Rewitched" - Antosis' vanquish

S8E8 "Battle of the Hexes" - It's unclear if the spell to remove the belt is a PO3 spell because Leo insisted that both Phoebe & Piper should go and grab Paige, but Paige was the only one who recited the spell. But, ALL three were present and certain PO3 spells do work without ALL of them speaking, so I'll let y'all be the judge of that.

S8E9 "Hulkus Pocus" - Hulked out Charmed Ones were ALL present in the final fight. Hulked out Piper was blowing up demons. Hulked out Phoebe was using her martial arts & Hulked out Paige was TK-Orbing fireballs, in the final fight.

S8E10 "Vaya Con Leos" - ALL THREE were present to help Piper get the PO3 power/magic to summon an Angel of Destiny & get Leo on ice. Dunno, if this really counts, but there you go.

S8E12 "Payback's a Witch" - Piper & Phoebe made the potion to vanquish the possessor demon, while Paige galmoured into Billie as a destruction before Billie threw the potion. Dunno, if we want to count that but there you go.

S8E16 "Engaged & Confused" - Phoebe distracts one of the Triad Members, Piper freezes one, while Paige TK-Orbs one Triad Member into the other's fireball. Once weakened, Piper blew up the second Triad member.

S8E18 "The Torn Identity" - ALL THREE were present to locate the Nox Demon through the PO3 power/magic, to get some information before Billie & Christy intervened.

S8E21 "Kill Billie: Vol II" - ALL THREE were Hollow Infected and used its powers on Billie & Christy.

S8E22 "Forever Charmed" - Phoebe & Paige (with Billie) threw potions at the Triad while Piper blew up Dumain.

I want to list out the times ALL THREE were PRESENT but not necessarily ALL THREE contributed to the final fight/vanquish. And, I'm curious why ALL THREE of them needed to be, in the first place, if they weren't going to do anything, but that's another conversation to be had xD

In terms of all three sisters needing to be there for vanquishes most times in the later seasons it's understandable when they didn't because as years went by each person got stronger and gained more experience in their powers so sometimes they could kill demons themselves plus the fact potions were used a lot more than spells also and Piper blowing things up as well.

But with adversaries like Zankou who were locked up for a reason and on the same if not more power level than the Charmed Ones then yes it needed all three sisters to fully defeat him of course.

Or, a PO3 threat like Antosis in S8E5 "Rewitched". 'Cause not even Billie (a powerful witch, herself) was unable to vanquish something like that.

I think this had been brought up before in some thread. But do you think the show could've continued without adding in a new sister and the show kept going on with just Piper and Phoebe and NO Po3?

Some members here thought it could've because the Source wouldn't bother going after them. They only became a threat once he knew about Paige.

And its true, if the sisters got stronger over the years they didn't need to rely on the PO3 for a threat. We've seen the Morality Bites future with how powerful they became after a decade.

Of course had Paige not existed or any other secret sister then yes the Source wouldn't have gone after Piper and Phoebe but still attacked innocents though.

Would the girls have ignored that or if Phoebe getting a premonition intervened and done something potentially risking her's and Piper's lives with the Source then going after them perhaps?

Also had the sisters gotten stronger over the years then evil probably would've also making it more difficult for potions just been thrown or Piper blowing beings up to outrightly kill them meaning the P03 is used more times in the future then.

I think it could've worked, as evidenced by the lack of PO3 spells, they were never essential in "every" episode.

As Melinda Halliwell points out they wouldn't have the Source going after them and they're not a threat if they are not the Charmed Ones and accessing the PO3 as three.

But there would still always be demons and innocents targeted. It's an interesting concept. I don't think I've ever seen or heard of any fanfictions just continuing the story without Paige but Prue dying.

I do wish the show had shown growth in their OG powers. I really never got why they gave Prue astral projection and Phoebe levetation and Piper her blowing up power. They didn't seem to match their OG gifts at all.
