David Carradine as Tempus, what a cool power they should've used him in more episodes.
Bruce Campbell as the Witch Hunter.
Charisma Carpenter as Kira the Seer.
The whole Chris plot arc was great.
Paige's 1st charge that could run around like the Flash was very cool.
French Stewart as the genie was funny.

In the episode 'A Knight To Remember' do you remember the to be princess Heather. Anyway she was played by Bethany Joy Galeotti I thought she was the best, but then again that may be a little bias seeing as I am a 'One Tree Hill' fan and Bethany plays one of the main characters Haley XD

The following are a few actors I enjoyed seeing on Charmed. My selection has nothing to do with the character being good or bad. I just enjoyed seeing them again and watching them perform.
Michael Weatherly as Brendan Rowe in "When Bad Warlocks Turn Good" 1999. I loved the interaction between him and Prue. Especially the horseback riding scene. Note: If you are watching him on "NCIS", and had never seen him play the part of a priest, you might think it bad casting should someone suggest it.
Jeff Kober as Jackson Ward in "The Power of Two" 1999. Oh yes, he is soooo nefarious, but he pulls it off so well. Note: Spelling must have liked him too as he cast him in the short lived series, "Kindred: The Embraced" 1996. For those of you who missed that is was also placed in San Francisco only this was about vampires.
Judy Geeson as Ruth Cobb in "All Halliwell's Eve" 2000. I remembered seeing her for the first time in "To Sir With Love" 1967 with Sidney Poitier, and wondered if she was still in the business.

I don't know if I would call them the best, but I did find a few of the guest stars to be very interesting, considering their past works...
1. Danielle Harris [The Fourth Sister] She was Jamie Lloyd in two of the "Halloween" films and Annie Brackett in another two "Halloween" flicks.
2. Robert Englund Freddy Krueger leaves Elm Street to visit San Francisco
3. Steve Railsback [Give Me a Sign] As the lovable Charlie Manson in Helter Skelter -- 1976

Wes Ramsey (older Wyatt) and Marisol Nichols (older Bianca). I agree with Assassin Witch here, "Chris-Crossed" was such a special episode!!

I would have to say Billy Zane is up there for me, as well as Charisma Carpenter!
There wasn't too many one episode arc guests I liked, and, besides the sisters: I liked Elise the most. So hilarious, human and caring.

Amy Adams as my favorite innocent in "Murphy's Luck" - I've loved her in so many shows - recently Enchanted and Muppets! - that I was shocked when I realized that she's the one who played Maggie Murphy.

Mine was Melody Perkins in "The Power Of Three Blondes" mostly because she surprised me considering she was on Power Rangers Lost Galaxy a couple of years before as a super smart girl and now she was on Charmed as a super dumb girl.Lots of irony.

Oh, mine has to be either Melinda Warren or Maggie Murphy from "Murphy's Luck" played by the wonderful Amy Adams, one of my all-time favorite innocents played by one of my all-time favorite actresses!

Mine would still be Drake Demon or Kira the Seer! Imagine if those two had a spinoff…

Antonio Sabarro Jr. as Bane and Simon Templeton as The Angel Of Death were my favorite guest characters because of the dialogue they had with characters, like in "Death Takes a Halliwell" with The Angel of Death and Prue and how he helped her come to terms with Patty's death. Also Bane and Prue had so much chemistry, I wish he was on more before she died.

*shudder* Although Simon did a great job, I hated his character. I much preferred Clarence in Season Six. Besides that was all part of Prue's pride getting in her way and making her a very unlikeable character, setting her up for her death in "All Hell Breaks Loose" - as always, Kern tried to make us hate a character he was getting rid of - like he tried to make us hate Cole in S5. As for Bane....how could I *EVER* forget him? If Prue lived, I always imagine her waiting until Bane got out of jail before she got married.

Clarence is awesome and I do love him <3 but Isn't there supposed to be one Angel of Death or are they a species like Angels of Destiny or Cupid? Was Simon Templeton just too busy to reprise the role and they filled him in with Clarence?

Yep, you're right kriswyatt. This was the main reason as I read somewhere but unfortunately, I can't remember the source. Sorry.

That's also what I heard, but I don't remember the Source.
Simon wasn't an Angel of Death - he *was* Death - like Piper is in Season Seven. Clarence was an Angel of Death - obviously one working for Death.

Speaking of Piper as Death, I was rewatching that episode and I have to say that Piper didn't even seem that sad when she was about to take Paige away. I mean I don't even think she cried, and if she did I didn't see it. I mean i'll give Piper the benefit of doubt and say she was just trying to be strong but I mean come on, if I had to take my sister's soul to the afterlife i'd at least cry a little even if I was trying to be strong. What do you guys think?

Just remember - Paige isn't a sister - she's a half-sister, one taking the place of Piper's best friend.
People who think that Piper finally accepted Paige as a full sister and not just a substitute for Prue in the Power of Three, sorry, I truly don't think so, the way I don't think Holly ever accepted her as Shannen's substitute... Which was lucky for Paige - she never regressed the way her half-sisters did.
