Melissa, a good place to start is on e-bay. Usually, there are batches of books to be found. The rarest ones now are the books that featured Prue. These are all out of print. The Paige books are available, but you have to scour bookstores for copies still in stock if you don't want to buy them on e-bay. Certain used bookstores carry them as well. I stock up on them whenever I trade books and find them available. Since you're in Washington state, Seattle might be a good place to start. Powell's in Portland might have a few. You never know.

I trying to save Charmed books also, I'm writing one, and if it is good enough maybe they will publish it and that will encourge others to write more, or even the people that wrote Charmed books to write books.

I sent my e-mail. I suggested that they not only continue to publish as is, but do a better job of promoting the books. Never have I seen a commerical on TNT regarding these books. Maybe they could add a blurb at the end of the episode, as the WB did in promoting the Charmed CD Book of Shadows. Yes, I know that the WB ignored the final CD. But, then, does that surprise anyone. Folks, the fact that TNT airs the show 4 hours per day should mean something! What is the email because I want to write in but i live in Australia and it will take a while by letter. So email will be quicker |

I think that they shouldnt have made tricky treat as the last book
I think that if they are going to stop writing the books forever and not go back to the series they should of ended the season with Forever Charmed.
I dont see why they didnt as they had the first book with The Power of Three and when prue died they released Charmed Again with paige in it. So i think to end the series I think they should write forever charmed as the last novel
does anyone agree with me?

That definitely makes sense. I would say the fact that they didn't do the novelization of "Forever Charmed" as the last book shows that even Kern knows what a sappy, crappy ending that was!

but I also think maybe why they didnt end the book series with forever charmed as ending it with tricky treat they can always go back to the book series if they ever wanted to

You all are going to hate me for this....... BUT I NEVER READ ONE CHARMED BOOK!
My local Library has one or two, but the one I want to read most is with Prue and it includes them going to see Hades. it was written by Constance M Burge, which is one of the reasons I want to read it.

If they did a Forever Charmed book as the very last one, including Prue wouldve been GREAT! To bad an author never tackled it.
But I have like 3 Charmed books..was never really able to get into them. Espically since I heard some of the writers took liberty to give the girls different powers (like I heard in one of them, the writer gave them energy/plasma balls as a power..) And unlike the writers who wrote Buffy books, writers who wrote the Charmed ones never bothered to do anything really big or into any trilogies or anything like that.
