Season 7 ends with the sisters vanquishing Zankou and the sister finally throwing in the towel to lead normal lives. The angel of destiny visits them again with his offer to take away their powers and this time they accept so they can lead a normal life.

Season 8x01 – The Return of Old (Part 1)

Chapter 1


* Flashbacks of the season finale are shown. You see Zankou vanquish the angel of destiny appearing to the sisters and the sister making the deal to strip their powers and lead normal lives.*

3 months later

Piper, Phoebe, and Paige walk out of an elevator and into a lobby.
Piper: what did the therapist say about the dreams you’ve been having.
Phoebe: He says theirs nothing special about them. Just simple nightmares.
Paige: well when your having them they don’t sound like simple nightmares.
Piper: Phoebe you wake up screaming almost every night now it cant just be simple nightmares.
Phoebe: well that’s what he said I tried to explain the whole thing but he says its just all my bad experiences catching up on me. And we all know how many bad experiences we’ve had.
Paige: That’s true I’m surprised none of us has gone crazy yet

Phoebe rests her hands on one of the columns and suddenly has a premonition. She’s standing in the same spot with her sister standing next to her. Suddenly she hears guns shots lots of them everything goes into slow motion as she see bullets fly through the glass in the lobby the bullets go strait through her not hurting her cause she just in the vision but her sister fall on the floor dead. She snaps out of the Premonition.

Piper: Phoebe was that just a Premonition how is that possible we don’t have powers any more
Phoebe: (whispering) take cover.
Paige: What?
Phoebe: Take cover!

Phoebe tackles Piper and Paige behind a column just as you hear guns shots and glass shattering. Piper instinctively flicks her writs causing the room to freeze. You see tons of bullets in fin air and glass falling to the floor.

Piper: How on earth did we get our power back this isn’t possible
Phoebe: well we got them back at a good time anyways I mean if I hadn’t had a premonition we’d be full of bullet holes right now.
Paige: Yeah but I think the bigger question who’s firing these bullets at US!!!
Piper: well what do we do now. You know the bullets and all.
Paige: well I guess I send them back.
Phoebe: you sure about that you could kill someone.
Paige: well their tried to kill us first we don’t really have a choice do we.
Piper: K well go ahead.
Paige: Bullets!

Paige holds out her hands and yells bullets the bullets turn into orbs and she gestures her hands forward causing the orbs to go flying out the window. Suddenly men with machine guns burst through the stair doors.

Piper: Oh no we got a problem. Why isn’t anything ever that easy.

Piper blows up a column near one group of soldiers. The shockwave from the blast causes them to fall backwards.

Paige: Piper your using your powers
Piper: they obliviously already know about our powers why else would they be after us its not like were on anyone’s most wanted list well at least any humans most wanted list.

Phoebe levitates to avoid some soldiers then kicks off one column and then kicks off another and lands behind a soldier punches him knocking him round kicks another soldier as more surround her. More soldiers come in through the front and Piper just freezes the room. Phoebe punches another soldier knocking him out too.

Piper: Phoebe I froze the room you can stop now
Phoebe: Oh opps didn’t realize you froze them. My bad

A man walks through the crowd with a glowing amulet around his neck.
***He’s about 5’10 with black hair slicked all the way back. He had dark brown eyes so dark that they gave the impression of being black at times. He had a Goatee type beard that was well trimmed. He was broad and looked muscular but in a more Gorilla type way. His hands were big and also gave a Gorilla type impression. He dressed in What looked like a very expensive black suit and white shirt and black tie. And finally wore shiny leather shoes that made a loud sound every time its heel made contact with the floor.***

Paige: who the hell are you

Piper goes to try and freeze him but nothing happens

Man: Nice try piper but you wont be able freeze or blow me up.
Piper: how on earth do you know my powers
Man: I know a lot more then you think about not only your powers Piper but about your entire family.
Paige: So your behind all these people trying to kill us!
Man: Kill you haha that funny. I was never trying to kill you I need you.
Phoebe: Need us??
Paige: so wait all those guns don’t have bullets in them and what about the bullets you shoot through the windows.
Man: they look like bullets don’t they but they are really just stunners all it would do to you is knock you out for a while.
Paige: but they looked just like bullets
Man: That’s the beauty of it.
Phoebe: what do you want from us
Piper: and how do you know so much about us.
Man: well the basics I got from her

Sheridan walks out from behind a frozen soldier also wearing a glowing amulet

Man: the rest I put together through some surveillance and buried records I found on you and your sisters.
Piper: you pregnant dog! How could you do this. What did we ever do to you
Sheridan: Nothing personal Piper but its my job to find out what was going on
Phoebe: Yeah sure whatever. So what do you want from us
Man: We need your help. It’s a matter of national security
Paige: National Security huh. Yeah I’m sure it is.
Man: We’ve gotten warning saying that an unknown group of terrorists are going to blow up a bomb somewhere in New York City. We’ve been scouring the entire city but we haven’t found a thing. With your skills I believe you could help us out.

He walks over to Piper and hands her a card

Man: Give me your answer with in 12 hours. We have 36 hours until they say they’ll make the bomb blow. And lets just put it this way if you don’t help us some secrets might not be secrets anymore.
Piper: Fine we’ll call you now good bye

Piper grabs Paige’s and Phoebe’s hand

Piper: lets get out of here
Man: By the way the names Will

Paige orbs them out.

Chapter 2


Paige orbs them into the family room

Piper: Well I’m writing a spell
Phoebe: A spell , a spell for what
Piper: A spell to summon that freaking angel of destiny and find out what the hell happened to our deal.
Paige: Yeah I wouldn’t mind finding that out myself he said we were going to lead normal lives from now on
Phoebe: Yeah well so much for that
Piper: K done. Here goes
Piper, Phoebe, and Paige: We summon thee
The angel of Destiny.
Appear before us sisters three.

You see the cars outside freeze so does Leo who’s chasing Wyatt down the hall way and Chris who’s in his high chair levitating his toy across the room.

Paige: Did it work
Phoebe: I don’t know I don’t seem anything

Piper looks out from the family room and see the frozen Leo, Wyatt, and Chris

Piper: oh it working all right

As she says this a ball of light appears next to the window it slowly comes closer until it turn into the angel of destiny.

Angel of Destiny: You sister sure have gotten powerful I mean its no easy task to summon me
Paige: Yeah that’s great and all but its kind of the problem
Destiny: What that your powerful
Phoebe: no just the fact that we have powers
Piper: You said we were done with fighting demons that are destinies were fulfilled that we wouldn’t have to use our powers again. But here we are with powers.
Paige: Yeah what’s up with that?
Destiny: It was true your destinies had been fulfilled but destiny is constantly changing never staying completely constant. Look at the last time I offered you normal lives you ended up having to against something even more powerful then the source yet at the time I didn’t know this would happen.
Phoebe: so your telling us somehow are destiny has changed again.
Piper: so you just give us back our powers and screw the deal you made with us.
Destiny: in a sense yes. The deal is in a sense no longer valid.
Phoebe: what do you mean no longer valid why not?
Destiny: the deal was that since your destiny as charmed ones had been fulfilled you could chose to lead normal lives but as I have already explained your destiny has changed and the charmed ones destinies are no longer fully fulfilled.
Piper: so you… you just gave us all this false hope for….. for nothing. You just give us a taste of normal lives of finally being able to be normal human beings and then rip it away from us! Who do you think you are! You just cant do that to us! I’m tired of thinking its finally over when it never really is!

Piper gets so angry that she accidentally blows up a vase the angel of destiny turns his head around and cause it to freeze leaving pieces of glass in midair.

Destiny: I am truly sorry I really am but this was out of my hands I am only a messenger and care taker of destiny I do not control your it. Now if that is it I must go I am a very busy man.
Phoebe: Wait and what about this Will person?
Destiny: What about him?
Paige: What should we do about the whole you knew situation.
Destiny: it is also not my place to tell anyone about their destinies or even advise them but I wouldn’t look to the Cleaners for help from my understanding they are not very fond of you. You will have to clean this up yourself. And remember never fight your destiny.

With that the angel of destiny turns into the ball of light and disappears through the window. Then everything unfreezes including the vase causing pieces of glass to go flying. Leo hears the glass and comes to investigate. He’s surprised to see the sister there.

Leo: I didn’t know you guys were back. I didn’t hear you come in.
Piper: That’s because we orbed
Leo: What?
Paige: Yeah we got our powers back
Phoebe: yeah no thanks to the angel of destiny
Leo: how did this happen
Phoebe: well his explanation was that our destinies changed and basically….
Piper: the deals off and we don’t have normal lives anymore.
Paige: Well I guess we couldn’t go on vacation forever hope were not too rusty.

You hear the door bell ring and Piper gets up to get it leaving still shocked Leo in the family room. She opens a door and its her friend Clare.

Clare: Hey Piper sorry I’m early.
Piper: Oh hi Clare
Clare: I just thought you cou….

Piper flicks her wrists causing Clare to freeze.

Phoebe: Piper who is it.
Piper: Its Clare she’s here early for the party.

Phoebe and Paige walk out of the dinning room

Phoebe: Oh my God with everything that happened to day I completely forgot about the party.
Paige: what are we going to do
Piper: The only thing we can do cancel it
Phoebe: But Piper you’ve been looking forward to this party all week
Piper: I know I have but know that we have our powers back and we have to deal with this whole Sheridan and Will thing we just cant have it.
Paige: I guess it really is back to the old times.
Phoebe: So what you going to say.
Piper: Take the kids up stairs I’ll just say their sick and we have to cancel.
Paige: K Piper. And I’ll start looking through the book of shadows to see if I can find anything to help us.

Phoebe and Paige pick up Wyatt and carrying them up stairs when Piper cant see them anymore she turns around and flicks her wrists again causing Clare to unfreeze.

Clare: ….ld use a hand today with all the party stuff.

Clare walks into the mansion

Clare: its been so long that we’ve really been able to talk Piper I’m so glad you decided to have this party. I haven’t seen Chris or Wyatt in ages.
Piper: Yeah I know but also about the party
Clare: yes?
Piper: I have to cancel
Clare: oh no why
Piper: Chris and Wyatt are both with the flu so I just don’t think it’ll be good for them to have so many people here and I would just be worried sick the whole time I wouldn’t be able to enjoy myself.
Clare: Oh no your so right you shouldn’t have the party. Oh well to bad I guess you’ll have to have it another time but make sure to call me when you reschedule it.
Piper: Don’t worry I will Clare buy.
Clare: Bye darling.

Piper enters the attic just as Paige closes the book of shadows.

Piper: well I just called everyone and they all know the parties been cancelled
Phoebe: I’m so sorry Piper I know how much the party meant to you
Piper: Yeah well there is nothing we can do about that now. You find anything Paige.
Paige: Not a single little thing. I think we’re going to have to help Sheridan and Will its are only option at this point.
Phoebe: I wont be that bad to help them would it?

Piper and Paige give her an are you crazy look.

Phoebe: don’t give me that look I’m just saying if what he says was true then we’d be helping stop something bad from happening. And that’s a good thing right?
Piper: well if your so fond of the idea why don’t you call him
Phoebe: fine

Phoebe picks up the phoebe and takes out the card then starts dialing numbers and walks out of the room.

Piper: what do you think Paige about this whole thing.
Paige: I don’t know but right now we don’t really have a choice.
Piper: I guess your right

Phoebe walks back in.

Phoebe: Okay were meeting at the Pier so come on lets go.

Chapter 3


Leo walks down the stairs and goes over to Wyatt and Chris who are telekinetically fighting over a toy. Leo grabs it out of midair.

Leo: Didn’t take you two long to realize you had your powers back now did it. Now Wyatt this is Chris’ toy you have your own. Here you go Chris.

Leo gives Chris his toy back making Chris very happy and making Wyatt put on this sad face.

Leo: now come on Wyatt don’t give me that look. Come on I need your guys help to get to magic school now that you got your powers I don’t have to use the door anymore now do I.

Leo grabs Chris and Wyatt and They orb out.

Meanwhile Phoebe. Paige and Piper pull up to the Pier in Pipers jeep and get out. As they are walking down the pier Phoebes’ phone starts to ring.

Piper: Phoebe you going to get that or what
Phoebe: Oh yeah sorry. Oh hey Elise how you doing. I what? Oh yeah right ohh haha.

Phoebe covers her phone with her hand.

Phoebe: I forgot to send my column in for the day in fact I forgot to make i. What should I do.
Paige: You should get off the phone this is kind of important.

Phoebe takes her hand off and starts talking to Elise again.

Phoebe: Yeah Elise I’m sorry I forgot to send it to you but I will as soon as I get a chance but I got to go now.
Elise: Phoebe I don’t know what’s up with you today. For the last three months you’ve been acting like a normal human being turning in your column on time and not having those sudden got to go family emergency things you use to have. How come all of a sudden your going back to that.
Phoebe: Oh yeah oh I’d love to explain but I really got to go okay. Bye
Elise: Phoebe don’t hang up on me
Phoebe: Bye send you the column soon Bye.
Elise: Phoebe!

Phoebe hangs up the phone and with a sigh puts it back in her pocket

Phoebe: I forgot how hard it was to be a witch and have a job at the same time.
Piper: Tell me about it.

They stop at the edge of a pier and wait fro Will and Sheridan to show up.

Leo’s in the Library of magic school and looking through some books when you hear orbing in the background.

Leo: Oh hey Paige I’ve been doing some research on Destiny and the Angel of Destiny but I haven’t come up with any….

Leo turns around and see the women elder Sandra standing there in her robes.

Leo: …thing, Sandra what are you doing here
Sandra: I’m here to talk to you Leo
Leo: to me I thought you guys would want nothing to do with me
Sandra: Well many feel that way but I have missed you since you decided to become fully human.
Leo: so what are you hear to talk to me about
Sandra: We need you Leo weather some elders like it or not we need you back.
Leo: Wait are you telling me that you want me to become an elder again.
Sandra: Yes Leo that is exactly what I’m telling you
Leo: So let me get this strait everything I went through between my responsibilities as an Elder and father and husband all the threats of keeping me away from my family and finally making me chose between them and you guys after all of this you want me back.
Sandra: I know it sounds weird Leo but yes we need you to come back.
Leo: Hahahaha but you know what’s really funny is that you think I would honestly even consider going back to you guys. Thanks for the offer Sandra but I’ll pass.
Sandra: Leo at least think about this. We need you to come back to us things….. wells things are starting to stir and it is only the beginning.
Leo: What do you mean things are starting to stir are the Aviators coming back.
Sandra: No this time it is something different something even more powerful
Leo: More powerful what’s going on is this why the sisters got their powers back.
Sandra: I cant say anymore Leo I’ve already said too much. But please consider our offer very carefully,
Leo: Sandra wait. Why do you really want me to become an Elder again
Sandra: What do you mean Leo

Leo: You don’t expect me to believe you need more Elder that much you want me back because of the sisters. Admit it Sandra.

Sandra: all right Leo. Your right we don’t need another Elder that bad what we need is the trust of the Charmed ones. To your credit I told them you see through the offer but they insisted I not mention the sister. Anyways we are all quite aware of the Charmed ones feelings towards us. They never been very fond of us Leo especially Piper that’s no secret. But ever since we forced you to chose between us or them and almost stole you away from them the relations between us has been almost non existent. We need an Elder someone who can help get the sisters to at least slightly trust us again. And you’re the only person who can do that Leo.

Leo: Your realizing your asking me to give up everything that I have cause the problems that were finally solved between me and Piper to resurface to leave this life that’s been working out so well for me.

Sandra: Yes Leo I know what were asking from you is not easy. But I do promise we will not stop you from being with Piper as much as you want I have made sure of that for you. And Leo you know being an Elder is your calling you’ve known it all your life don’t deny yourself your dream job. Goodbye Leo I‘ll wait to hear from you.

Leo: goodbye Sandra

Sandra orbs out leaving a stunned Leo he sits down on the table and goes into deep thought.

Piper: This Will guy is taking forever I thought he was the one who needed us as soon as possible
Paige: Phoebe are you sure we’re at the right place
Phoebe: Of course I’m sure. Well at least I think I’m sure
Paige: Phoebe that makes no sense
Piper: Be quiet someone coming.

A man walks down the pier and comes up to the sisters its Will.

Will: Hello again long time no see.
Piper: Yeah, yeah lets just get this over with okay.
Will: if you insist follow me

Will starts to head down the Pier but the sisters don’t move they just look at each other not sure if they should follow when he looks back he stops.

Will: You girls coming. I mean there isn’t anything to be afraid of you’re the ones with powers remember.

He gives them a cold grin and the sisters decide to follow. They follow him passed a bunch of old buildings by the water until he enters one of the oldest, most destroyed buildings. When they enter the building it looks much smaller on the inside then it had on the outside. He goes up to a door and puts his thumb on the door handle they hear a beep and the door swings open. Behind the door there is a thick slab of metal that slides to the side letting them in. Inside is a much bigger room with about two stories and lots of desks and computers. There were no windows and all the light was artificial. From inside it no longer looked like a dilapidated building but a more modern fully advanced one.

Will: well welcome to our base of operations in San Francisco

Chapter 4


The girls look around with amazement at all the computers and screens. People are walking every where looking very busy. And no one had seemed to notice them come in its like they were just going on with their normal routines.

Phoebe: Well you guys certainly do keep busy don’t you?
Will: Home land security is not as simple as the news makes you think it is.
Paige: Obviously.
Will: Now if you would follow me
Piper: just get on with it would yeah

They follow him through the building past many people working on their computers. They pass a group of people gathered around a lot of T.V. screens all tuned into a different news station.

Phoebe: What’s going on here
Worker 1: Your kidding me you haven’t seen the news lately
Paige: No not exactly
Piper: we’ve been kind of OCCUPIED

Gives Will her sarcastic smile.

Paige: What’s going on.
Worker 2: weather everywhere is going crazy there’s tornadoes in Florida hurricanes in London. Snow is New York and its August mind you.
Phoebe: How on earth is that possible
Worker 1: no one knows every news station is just reporting the news with out a single explanation.
Piper: Now that is weird
Will: Yes well speaking of New York that is where you will be going.

The sisters follow Will away from the crowd around the TV’s and into an office. It was one of the only areas in the building that had four walls around it except for what looked like a meeting room. When they enter the office he motions for Phoebe to close the door which she does as he sits down on his chair.

Will: No one here except a few of my most trusted employees know that you three are witches. I said I would keep your secret a secret and I will as long as you help me out from time to time.
Piper: yatta yatta yatta yeah we got it you know our secret your using it to blackmail us into doing stuff for you we got it. So come get on with telling us what ever the hell it is we have to do.
Will: you sure are the impatient one now aren’t you Piper. And I wanted exactly call this blackmail.
Phoebe: oh yeah then what would you call this?
Will: Friends helping each other out.
Paige: please don’t make me laugh
Will: Well in any case here is what I need from you. We have got sources that say that a huge terrorist attack is planned on New York City and that it is to take place 24 hours form now. However we have no idea what terrorist group it is. We don’t have any idea of what they are planning or what part of New York they are planning it for.
Paige: So this is where we come in.
Will: That’s correct I hear you have ways of finding people. Magical ways and right now your all we got.
Phoebe: cant you just increase security in all the most likely terrorist targets.
Will: Of course we’ve done that already but its impossible to guard the entire city of New York they can strike anywhere any building and still kill hundreds maybe even thousands of people.
Piper: But its not as easy as you make it sounds. We cant just find someone in general we need to at least know who we’re looking for and even then without something of that person the chances of finding him isn’t on our side.
Man: Yes well that is where I believe Miss Phoebe Halliwell comes in.

The sisters turn around to see a man has just entered the room. He was also muscular but not in the same Gorilla type way as Will. He was a more slim muscular. He had short brown hair and brown eyes. Unlike Will he had no facial hair and looked to be in his late 20’s to early 30’s. He too was wearing a black suit but it seemed like a more casual one which he wore with a white shirt and no tie.

Will: Hey Rick. This is Piper, Paige, and Phoebe.

Phoebe and Rick shake hands for quite awhile. Both of them just kind of staring at the others. This causes Piper and Paige to give each other a little look that makes Piper suppress a laugh.

Piper: Oh Phoebe I think you guys can Oh stop shaking hands.

Phoebe and Rick come back to reality and immediately stop shaking hands

Phoebe: Oh sorry my fault I just was ummm….
Rick: Oh no, no it was mine I
Will: K it was both of your faults can we get on with this.
Rick: oh yes of course. Like I was saying we are aware that you cant just find someone when you don’t even know who your looking. That’s why you need Phoebe. You don’t mind if I call you Phoebe do you.
Phoebe: No, no that fine
Piper: I’m sorry I missed something why I Phoebe so important.
Rick: well hopefully with some luck Phoebe will be able to get a Premonition in New York that will help lead you to whoever is behind all of this.
Phoebe: Wow that’s pretty clever
Rick: oh well thanks…. Its my job I guess.
Piper: Yes alright that great so to New York we go.
Will: Rick here will be your connection to me if u ever need to talk to me call Rick. I have to leave for Washington in an hour and unlike you girls I cant teleport. Goodbye and good luck.

Will walks out of the room

Rick: sorry about him he’s never come off as the nicest guy
Paige: no kidding
Rick: but he really is okay he just gets a little to involved with his work. So witches magic they really do exist huh.
Phoebe: yep didn’t believe it myself when I first found out I was a with but you get use to it. You seem okay tough
Piper: that is true you seem unusually unconcerned about us being witches.
Rick: Well I guess I just find the whole idea of witches and magic kind of well cool
Phoebe: really
Rick: yeah I mean it kind of feels like I’m in a TV show or something.
Piper: well it gets real very fast so you better be prepared
Rick: yeah your right but right now everything just seems surreal.
Paige: Yeah I know the feeling trust me.
Rick: well you girls better get going. Oh wait let me give you my number

He turns around to get a paper and pen from Will’s desk. When he turns around Phoebe Checks out his ass. Piper slaps her on the soldier and gives her a what you doing look. Then Paige pushes Phoebe forward so she’s standing next to Rick. Phoebe looks back with a what do you think your doing look and Paige motions her forward with her hands. Rick stands up again and is surprised by Phoebe being so close to him.

Phoebe: Oh sorry I didn’t mean to surprise you
Rick: Oh no problem. Here you go the number at the top his my number here at work the one at the bottom is my cell in case anything come up or whatever.
Phoebe: Oh okay thanks. And um maybe I should give you my cell number if you know you ever need to contact us or whatever.
Rick: Sure sounds good.

Phoebe grabs a pen and rights down her number

Phoebe: well I guess we should get going now bye
Rick: yeah bye nice meeting you
Phoebe: yeah nice to meet you too.

Paige grabs Piper and Phoebe by the arm and orbs them out. They orb back to the manner.

I'm going on vacation until next sunday so I'll wont be able to update for a while but please keep on give me reviews of the story. Well hope you enjoy

Chapter 5


Phoebe: oh that was embarrassing
Paige: it wasn’t that bad
Phoebe: oh huh yeah sure
Paige: Okay maybe it was really bad hahaha.
Piper: Well guy problems are the least of our problems right now. Get the scry crystals and a map of New York we may need them. Paige Do you know any types of potions or spells that might help us find this guy?
Paige: Well as of potions not to my knowledge but I’ll check the book of Shadows for any relevant spells.
Piper: K you do that I’m going go to and check on Leo and the kids.

Piper walks upstairs and walks into the kids room where Chris and Wyatt are playing games with each other. Leo is sitting on the bed watching them. When he hears Piper behind him he gets up and pulls her into the room closing the door behind him.

Piper: Leo what’s going on?
Leo: We have a…. well a problem kind of
Piper: what kind of problem?
Leo: well first of all the Elders want me back.
Piper: THEY WHAT!!!!! No way this is happening after everything we’ve been through after all of this choosing crap and putting this family through entire hell, we finally get away from them and they want you back.

Chris and Wyatt have stopped playing and are covered by Wyatt’s shield. Piper notices them and stops yelling at Leo and goes over to them reaching out her arms to her boys and causing Wyatt to lower the shield.

Piper: Oh Wyatt Chris I’m sorry mommy and daddy are just talking and we didn’t realize we were talking so loud.
Wyatt: Mommy you mad?
Piper: No of course not Wyatt not at you or your brother or daddy. You hear me I’m not mad not at all okay
Wyatt: Okay
Piper: Okay Chris?
Chris: Okay

Piper gives them both a hug and then lets them continue playing as see stands up again and walks over to Leo. But this time she talks in a lower more relaxes voice.

Piper: Well they cant force you to become an Elder again can they. I mean you don’t want to Leo now do you? Cause God help you if you …..
Leo: Of course I don’t want to be an Elder I’m happy with the way things are now and that’s what I told them. As for them forcing me to become an Elder I doubt it but there have been bigger surprises. But that’s not it Piper
Piper: What else could possibly be going wrong
Leo: the reason they want me back is because something big is coming bigger then the avatars and they say they need me. This is probably why you got your powers back and if they are right and this is worse then the Avatars more powerful then them then…… well I don’t know what I’ll do.
Piper: What…….something else. Do we ever get a break just when I think its over its not. Its never over is it Leo. Will it ever be over? Leo will it?

Piper slowly sits down on the bed face in her hands. Leo sits down next to her and puts his hands around her, comforting her.

Leo: Piper…. I don’t know if it will ever be over Piper. But I do know that no matter what new challenge you face you will always be there to beat it. Its your duty its your destiny and you’ve never gone against that……. Well at least not in the end. Haha
Piper: But the Avatars were so powerful and if he’s even more powerful them then, How do we stand a chance?
Leo: You girls will figure something out you always do now don’t you.
Piper: (With a small laugh ) Yeah I guess we always do find a way to kick the bad guys ass. Haha I love you
Leo: I love you

Piper and Leo chare a quick kiss until Wyatt and Chris walk up to Piper and Leo.

Wyatt + Chris: We love you too!!!
Piper: we love you guys too

Piper and Leo give the kids a hug as Piper hears Phoebe calls for her to get ready. Piper gets off the bed.

Piper: Leo I have to go. Bye. Bye Wyatt, Bye Chris you kids take care.
Leo: So what should I do about the elders
Piper: well they don’t need the answer right away so we’ll figure it out when I get back.
Leo: Alright be careful k honey.
Piper: I will

They share another quick kiss and Piper walks out of the room.

Piper walks downstairs and sees Phoebe and Paige in the family room. Phoebe has the maps of New York and scrying crystals on the tables along with a closed Book of Shadows. Both Phoebe and Paige are watching the TV.

TV: As strange weather continues to occur all over the World experts are becoming increasingly concerned with the effects it will have on the planet. Here in New York Snow continues to fall in the middle of August a month that is considered to be Summer. Nothing like this has ever happened before in recorded history and as you can see behind me we have demonstrators claiming it’s the coming of another Ice age. However experts say that it is highly unlikely that this will lead to an Ice age. Stay tuned for more information …….

Phoebe turns off the TV

Piper: So the bad weather is still continuing all over the world.
Phoebe: Seems like it
Paige: Yeah our luck huh we’re going to New York but its snowing during Summer.
Phoebe: Yeah it seems almost demonic this whole thing
Paige: Yeah I would agree except for the fact that no demon has that much power.
Phoebe: Very true. Piper you okay?

Piper looks away in deep thought after Phoebe mentions how the strange weather seems almost demonic. She snaps out of it when Phoebe talks to her.

Piper: Oh what… yeah fine.
Paige: you and Leo have an argument we heard some screaming?
Piper: No its …. Its nothing really I’m fine
Phoebe: You sure?
Piper: Yeah I’m fine I swear. Now Paige you find any spells that could help us out.
Paige: Not a single one it looks like our ancestors who wrote the book of shadows never thought we need it to help us find a terrorist.
Phoebe: Yeah how could they not have foreseen that.
Piper: well I guess that’s the best we’re going to do lets grab the maps and crystals and get to New York.

Leo comes walking down the stairs. Piper walks over to him and pulls him aside

Leo: What is it Piper? I thought you would have been gone by now.
Piper: Leo the weather all around the World has been screwed up now it might just be me worrying but I have a feeling it isn’t natural.
Leo: What you mean…..
Piper: this evil power the Elders were talking about maybe this is their doing
Leo: So what you think I should become an Elder again so I can find out? Cause Piper I don’t
Piper: Leo of course I don’t want you to become an Elder again that’s the last thing I want you to do but talk to the elders maybe you can get them to tell you something about this.
Leo: And how am I going to get them to tell me all this information. Cause I don’t know about you but I’ve never seen the Elders as very open people.
Piper: I don’t know tell them you want to more about this evil before you choose or something you’ll figure something out.
Phoebe: Okay love birds time to say goodbye we got to go.
Piper: Bye Leo be careful k
Leo: I will, you be careful too
Piper: Don’t worry I’ll be fine

Piper and Leo share and quick kiss and then Piper walks over to Phoebe and Paige. Phoebe grabs the maps and crystals and then Paige orbs them out.

Chapter 6


Paige orbs into a dark alley as snow falls from the sky. They exit the alley and look at the skyscrapers that make up New York’s skyline.

Phoebe: Wow this brings back memories.
Paige: Memories? Memories from what?
Phoebe: I never told you? I moved to New York City after grams died to find our dad. You know before I knew I was a witch and all.
Piper: I cant believe its snowing in August!
Phoebe: Well they said it was weird weather. And they were defiantly right.
Piper: Well come on we should start looking for this guy we only have about 24 hours left.
Phoebe: Yeah but the problem is where to start I mean Manhattan is huge no way we can go through the entire city with me touching everything in sight trying to get a premonition.
Paige: Well just think like a terrorist where would you blow up the bomb.
Piper: The place with the most possible casualties. Times Square?
Phoebe: Empire State Building?
Paige: Statue of Liberty?
Piper: There’s to many choices to chose from we’re going to have to go one by one.
Phoebe: Well I guess we’ll start with Times Square. It’s the closest.
Paige: Yeah I guess I’m restricted from orbing huh.
Piper: We can’t take that chance we’ll just have to walk like normal people do in New York.
Phoebe: Well follow me girls its this way.

Phoebe: Starts walking in front of them and motions with her hands to follow her. They walk across the street mixing into the huge crowd of people. The Camera zooms through the city showing the towering skyscrapers and cabs flying through the streets. The camera turns back to the sister walking alongside each other on a sidewalk.

Piper: So Phoebe how about that Rick guy hmmmm?
Phoebe: What about him?
Paige: Oh don’t play dumb with us Phoebe we could’ve see the tension between you guys from a mile away.
Phoebe: I have no idea what your talking about?

Piper gives Phoebe one of her nice try but not buying it looks.

Phoebe: What I swear there is nothing between Rick and Me

Piper continues to give her the look

Phoebe: What I swear! I do really!

Paige joins in on giving the yeah right look

Phoebe: Okay maybe there is a little something there
Piper: AHHHH!
Paige: AHHHH! I knew it. So what are you going to do are you going to call him, are you going to wait for him to call you or what?
Piper: You should wait for him to call you
Phoebe: Guys I don’t know yet I mean I just met him and lets not forget he’s part of a top secret government agency which is blackmailing us to use our powers against a terriorist.
Piper: Yeah but he seemed nice. And he was hot major plus.
Phoebe: He was hot now wasn’t he.
Paige: Yeah and he already knows you’re a witch so there goes that whole period of you having to lie to him because you have to go vanquish a demon. I mean that was your biggest problem with Jason and with him that’s would already be solved.
Phoebe: That’s true but its to early to say anything we’ll have to see.
Piper: We’re here.
Paige: What?
Piper: We’re at Times Square.

As they walk through times square and man runs passed a woman across the street and steals her purse she starts screaming for help and by instinct Piper raises her hands and freezes him. By freezing him she also freezes the entire Times Square and anything else that can be seen from where they were including a helicopter flying overhead and the snow steadily falling down from the sky.

Paige: Wow Piper I didn’t know you could freeze so much stuff.
Piper: Neither did I
Phoebe: Piper What is wrong with you why would you freeze someone in the middle of one of the most populated area in the entire United States.
Piper: Sorry it was a reflex but still I can’t believe I Froze…<br>Paige: Everything!
Phoebe: Well might as well help the lady out since you already froze him.

The sister cross the street and Phoebe goes over to take the purse away from the guy. When She grabs the guy’s arm to try and get the purse from his hands she gets a premonition. You see a dark area suddenly you see a blinking red light which continues to get faster. You can soon make out the rectangular object and the words C-4 on it The Blinking red light becomes an almost solid color and then suddenly it explodes and Phoebe snaps out of the Premonition? She grabs the purse out of his hands and moves a trashcan in front of him so he can trip when he unfreezes. Meanwhile Piper and Phoebe run over to her to see what happened.

Piper: Did you have a premonition?
Paige: What you see?
Phoebe: Not much it was dark really dark and I Just saw the explosives. They were two packs of C-4 and then they exploded and I lost the premonition after that.
Paige: Well at least you got your first premonition.
Piper: That’s true but what makes me wonder is why did she get a premonition about the bombs from this guy. Could he be the terrorist?
Phoebe: no he isn’t I would be able to tell but he defiantly knows something.
Piper: Well come on let’s get back into our positions I can’t keep them frozen forever.

The sisters get back to where they were standing and Piper flicks her wrists again causing everything to unfreeze. The purse Phoebe took out of his hands is on the floor as the man trips over the trashcan. The sisters run across the street as the woman picks up the purse they try to reach the man so they can talk to him but the cops get their first and take him away.

Piper: dam it I should have unfrozen him when I had a chance
Paige: It’s not your fault Piper we didn’t know how long you could keep everything frozen.
Phoebe: Yeah besides if you hadn’t frozen him I would never have had the premonition.
Paige: Yeah and all we need to do know is find out where they are taking him and we can talk to him in the Police station.
Piper: I guess your right. Well we better go we don’t want to lose the cops.

Leo walks down the halls of Magic School and into its Main Library where three Elders are talking one of them is Sandra.

Sandra: Leo! Go to see you again have you made up your mind on our proposition
Leo: Not quite
Sandra: Oh really then why are you here
Leo: I have some questions for you
Sandra: Leo I’m afraid that not how it works
Leo: I don’t care how its suppose to work you know just as well as any other elder that I don’t follow these stupid rules of yours.
Sandra: These rules aren’t stupid and while I may bend them from time to time I still respect them.
Leo: If you guys want me to join you again so badly your going to have to give me more then just we need you.
Sandra: And I understood that Leo that’s why I told you about this new evil. This threat that is much stronger then the Avatars ever were. I wasn’t suppose to mention that Leo and the other elders weren’t happy about it but I thought it was vital information for your choice.
Leo: It is but it’s not enough. About this new evil, I mean is this crazy weather that’s been going on around the world part of it?
Sandra: I can’t tell you anymore those are boundaries I cannot cross.
Leo: I’ve crossed boundaries like that all the time
Sandra: Yes but I am not you Leo no one has ever been able to get away with things that you have been able too
Elder1: I don’t even know why we are so eager to have him back. Like he says he always crosses the line and breaks the rules. He even sided with the Avatars and tried to take us out of the picture
Leo: I joined the Avatars to create a better future for everyone so Elders and Whitelighters wouldn’t have to watch over and protect humanity anymore!
Elder2: This is all from the past and what matters now is the future and the fact of the matter is the Charmed ones are not interested in even being closely associated with us Leo is the only way to bring the sisters closer to us again. And its not like Leo hasn’t done anything good for us. He saved all of us when the Titans were released.
Sandra: We cant tell you anything else Leo but I can tell you that we need you and that the sisters will need you this evil is like nothing any of us have ever faced and we all of us have to be united. Just think it over some more.
Leo: I will

Leo walks away down the hall leaving a very tired looking Sandra behind him.

Chapter 8 (part 1)

Sorry chapter 8 was so long i had to post it in two parts

Paige orbs into an empty hallway with big garage doors on one side of the wall.

Paige: What is this place? Like some storage building
Phoebe: Yeah I think so and according to my vision this is where the C4 was suppose to be. Room 152 it was.

The sisters walk down the hall way looking at the number next to the garage doors. They start at 130 and are going higher 1 by 1.

Paige: Do you really think the C4 will still be there?
Phoebe: I doubt it but I’m hoping I can get a premonition from the room that will tell me where it is.

Piper stops in front of them.

Piper: this is it. But its locked.

She flicks her wrists and the pad lock explodes.

Piper: Now its not locked anymore.

Piper and Paige lift up the garage door and inside is absolutely nothing

Paige: well its like we thought, they’ve already taken the C4. Think you can still get a premonition from an empty room?
Phoebe: well lets find out shall we?

Phoebe steps into the room and raises one of her hands as if trying to sense for a premonition. Piper and Paige stay outside so as to try and stay out of her way. Suddenly Phoebe gasps and gets a premonition. She’s in the same room but this time there are wooden crates in the room. She turns around to see the kid that they’ve been trying to track down taking one of the crates and carrying it outside. Suddenly her vision changes to a dark area where she sees a stick of C4 with a timer on it. its counting down 3 seconds 2 seconds 1 second and the C4 explodes. Phoebe is thrown backwards out of her vision, and lands on her back. Piper and Phoebe come rushing to her aid they stand beside her as she gets up. She only gets up with the help from her sisters and feels like the room is spinning. She shakes it off and tries to pay attention to her sisters.

Piper: Phoebe you okay what happened?
Paige: Yeah you flew backwards. Do you know where the bombs are?
Phoebe: (rubbing her temple as if she had a big migraine) Well yes and no. The C4 was taken out of here and put into some dark room of some kind but I couldn’t make out anything distinctive about it.
Paige: a dark room there are dozens of places in this city where that bomb could be.
Piper: and we’re running out of time we only have a couple of hours left. But what caused you to snap out of your premonition like that.
Phoebe: well I saw it explode that must have been it.
Piper: the one thing I don’t get is how wide spread damage can some C4 do?
Phoebe: Not much but its not some C4 it’s a hell of a lot of C4 there must have been at least 50 boxes in here and those boxes could have fit I don’t know maybe 25 sticks of C4
Piper: something weird is going on here. I mean a what 18 year old kid is the one threatening to commit a terrorist attack isn’t that kind of weird and where these he get these connections that can give him this much firepower or for that matter where does he get the money to pay for all this firepower. And how does an 18 year old kid create a terrorist plan that the government cant even figure out.

The sisters walk out of the room and into the hallway. Phoebe is following them but slowly, she stops a few times at the begging to rub her head but she then seems to have finally recovered from her premonition and starts walking side by side with her sisters.

Paige: Well most likely this kid is just like the errand boy just doing what he’s told.
Piper: Yeah maybe but I don’t know something about this feels weird to me.
Phoebe: I agree I would make sense if he was just an errand boy but I have a feeling that he a lot more then just that and with all my experience from what we do I’ve learned to just what I feel and not what makes sense.
Paige: Well I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
Phoebe: Yeah but now the problem is we’ve run out of leads we’re at a dead end again.
Piper: well we’re just going to have to hope that something else comes along.

The sisters walk out of the building and down the street. The weather has gone from a light snow fall to a very heavy one. They button up al their jackets and start walking faster looking for some place to go to get out of the cold.

Piper: Well where do we start?
Phoebe: I don’t know like I said we’re out of leads we need to start from scratch again.
Paige: Yeah well how about we just get out of the cold first cause IM FEEZING!!!
Piper: K look there’s a café lets get going.

The sister enters the café which is extremely busy with everyone trying to get out of the cold. A waitress comes up to them and asks.

Waitress: Are you going to get anything cause if not I’m going to have to ask you to leave were getting to packed to let just anyone in.
Paige: K relax, relax I’ll just get a ummm I’ll buy a newspaper.
Waitress: Okay that’s 25 cents

Paige gives her and takes the newspaper with a look that said happy now

Waitress: Now Please leave
Paige: What I bought the freaking newspaper
Waitress: Yes you did and now you can walk outside and read the newspaper. Have a nice day.
Paige: Why you little witch I’ll
Piper: Paige give it up we should get moving anyways.

Phoebe and Piper pull a reluctant Paige out of the café.<br>
Paige: Jeez people are mean here
Phoebe: Its New York what do you expect. You get use to it.
Paige: yeah well the sooner we get back to San Francisco the happier I’ll be. And what am I going to do with this stupid newspaper I don’t need this.
Phoebe: here let me look at. Might as well check to see if it has anything about this weird weather that we haven’t heard about yet.
Paige: Sure help your self

Paige hands Phoebe the news paper as Phoebe grabs a hold of it she gets a premonition. In her Premonition She standing in front of her sisters then a shockwave is admitted from her and everything around her disappears and a wide empty street appears. The street, shops everything is deserted its just her and a creepy wind. Meanwhile Piper and Phoebe try to snap her out of it.

Piper: her eyes turned white they’ve never done that before.
Paige: this is one hell of a premonition. Remember last time she had a premonition like this? It was with the gypsy’s she almost died from it and this time we don’t have Leo.
Piper: Phoebe snap out of it.

The same wind that was effecting phoebe in the Premonition is also effecting her in the real world as her hair blows into the wind. She gasps then her hands let go of the newspaper and her hands shield her face.

Piper: Phoebe! Phoebe!

Back in Phoebes Premonition she drops the newspaper as the ground begins to shake then the ground below her explodes outward columns of fire rising into the sky and a shockwave of dust and loose materials comes flying at her the windows also begin to break sending glass flying and causing her to scream. Back with Piper and Paige she begins to scream too and Paige starts to try and shake her out of the premonition. The fire begins to subside in her vision and as she finally relaxes she notices the newspaper that she had dropped still at her feet she picks it up. It has the front page of that day’s paper but then it changes into the front page of tomorrows paper. It reads Terrorist Subway Bombing in New York City Thousands Dead.

Phoebe: (whispering) The subway

Her Premonition ends and she collapses on the floor. Piper and Paige sit next to her trying to wake up.
Piper: Phoebe come on wake up don’t do this Phoebe not know.
Paige: Phoebe please you can fight this wake up.

Snow continues to fall on them as they try to revive Phoebe. The snow is focused on then is unfocused but you don’t see the sister anymore what you see is a barren ice land. Suddenly dark smoke comes into view then rapidly cover all the ice. Then there is only darkness. Through the darkness you finally see light but this light comes from fire. Building’s and car’s are on fire people are running and screaming in the streets. A little girl who is running with her mom drops her teddy bear she goes to pick it up making her mom stop. She grabs it and as her mom is about to force her to start running again a demon flames in and forms a fireball. The mother covers her daughter with her body to protect her. The demon throws the fireball. You hear the mother and daughter scream as they are hit with the fireball and then there is nothing left but a scorch mark on the floor. The scorch mark turns into a view of the earth slowly being covered in a thick dark shadow followed by screams of pain and horror then…..

Chapter 8 (part 2)

Phoebe: NOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Phoebe bolts up awakening from her dream. A surprised Piper and Phoebe fall backwards happy to see she’s alright.

Piper: Honey its okay where here your fine nothing happened to you.
Paige: What did you see Paige what happened
Phoebe: It was my dream again but this time it felt stronger I could feel the pain of these people and the evil of this Shadow.
Piper: Shadow? That must be…..
Paige:: That must be what?
Phoebe: Piper do you know something we don’t?
Piper: Well yeah kind of I just didn’t want you guys to worry about me?
Phoebe: Worry about you? What is there to worry about?
Piper: Leo was approached by the elders they want him to become one of them again.
Phoebe/Paige: WHAT!!!!
Paige: those stupid elders they throw him out and now they want him back once he’s use to being normal.
Phoebe: He didn’t accept their offer did he Piper? Leo doesn’t want that anymore right?
Piper: Of course he didn’t and he said he wouldn’t but they also said something else.
Paige: What?
Piper: That the reason we got our powers back wasn’t because of this whole thing it was because there is a new evil coming stronger then anything they have ever sensed. Stronger then the Avatars. They say they need Leo’s help and ours too.
Paige: But he’s still not going to accept now is he
Piper: I don’t know if it is true what they are saying he might just have too.
Phoebe: So you think my dreams might be attached to this evil.
Paige: And the weather do you think….?
Piper: Yeah I already thought about the weather I told Leo to go and talk to the elders and see if he could get anything out of them without having to become one of them. And now these dreams of yours I never though much of them but it all seems to make sense.
Paige: well great if we didn’t have enough on our plate already we have a new great evil on the way. Why those it seem that every time we vanquish a big bad another more evil more powerful big bad takes his place?
Phoebe: it’s the way its always been and we’ve never been able to change that. But at least I know where the C4 is now
Paige: Oh what you do where?
Piper: with all the excitement we almost forgot you had that premonition. So where is the C4?
Phoebe: Its in the subway he most be putting them all over the subway system.
Paige: But the New York subway system is huge how on earth are we ever going to find all the C4
Piper: easy we don’t have to find all of them we just have to find at least one then cast a spell to get rid of the rest
Phoebe: it is why they had us do this mission or whatever. We can, not only find this guy and the explosives but take care of it quickly too.
Paige: yeah but still they could be hidden anywhere were do we start looking for one.
Phoebe: I’ll know the spot when I see it on a map.
Paige: Oh wait I have one of those I got it when we got here in case I needed help orbing through the subway system.

Phoebe opens the map and takes a quick look at it

Phoebe: there this place.
Paige: This place? Its closed for renovations.
Piper: A great place to bring in crates of C4 into to the subway system without anyone noticing.
Paige: well then we better get going.

Paige grabs Pipers and Phoebes hand and orbs out. You see a really old and beat down subway station with broken benches cracked walls and missing tiles. A tram goes rushing by and when it passes the sister are standing in the middle of the abandoned station.

Phoebe: this has to got to be the dirtiest, ugliest, nastiest subway station I have ever seen.
Paige: well it’s closed for good reason.
Piper: So Phoebe which way down the tunnel
Paige: Tunnel?
Piper: Yeah Phoebe said the C4 was in a dark place therefore tunnel.
Paige: Great
Phoebe: Right go right
Piper: You sure
Phoebe: Yeah positive.

The sisters climb down onto the rails and start walking toward the right.
Paige: So what happens if a train comes
Phoebe: Then we move to the other side
Paige: What happens if two come at the same time
Piper: Then You either orb or I freeze them.
Paige: Right orb
Piper: You okay
Paige: Peachy
Piper: Right
Phoebe: hey is that someone there
Piper: What I don’t see anyone
Paige: No wait I think I see him.
Piper: Well one way to find out. HEY YOU!!!

The guy in front of them turns around and then starts running. The sisters run after him

Piper: Well I think we found the kid
Phoebe: Yeah me too

They start to hear a rattling noise as they continue to run through the subway

Paige: What is that?

The kid moves to the right as the they see a light hit the wall in front of them

Paige: It’s a train!!!
Piper: Just move to the right
Paige: How do you know its coming from the left
Piper: because the kids moving to the right and he has to know these tunnels by now
Paige: Fine

The sisters move to the right side of the tracks as the train passes them on the left. After the train passes they see another person in the tunnel in front of them. The kid is running towards him. As the kid gets closer to the other man he notices the sisters following. He raises his hand up and the sisters fall backwards and land on the tracks.

Phoebe: Did he just use telekinesis?
Paige: Yeah I think so
Piper: Oh that’s it, its on.

Great Update. That last sentence was so Piper. Not to critise but it might help if you use punctuation. Here's an example of what I mean.

Piper: Honey its okay where here your fine nothing happened to you

Should read:
Piper: Honey, it's okay, we're here, your fine, nothing happened to you.

It helps so that we aren't running throught the sentence.

Thanks Canadian Halliwell for saying that, that was so Piper. I try my best to get Pipers lines right sometimes I hit it on the mark sometimes not so much lol.

As for the punctuation comment dosnt bother me at all b/c i know my punctuation sucks i've always been told i had good ideas but couldnt put them on paper lol. I think i've heard of people who like edit your stories or posts or something for you. I dont know how this works at all but if anyone is interested send me a message cause i would appreciate the help other wise I'll try my best but you'll proably just have to bare with me Sorry!

Keep the reviews coming tough i love them even the critizing part lol.

on another note I've finished this episode and will post the last two chapters soon. I'll start on the next episode as soon as I can and no i wont be writing 10 chapters for all 22 episodes only for a couple of them the rest ill just post a summary of what happens. But i do have a plot for all the episodes in season 8 and 9.

Chapter 9

Piper flicks her wrists making the ground explode in the spot the man use to be in. He creates a dagger in his hand and telekinetically sends it flying towards Piper Paige call for the dagger and sends it back to him. As it rematerializes from the orbs he disintegrates it before it hits him.

Man: David press the button
Piper: No!!!

The kid David is about to press the button when Piper flicks her wrists again freezing them. But they don’t stay frozen for long as David and the other man start to spin out of control trying to break out of the freeze.

Piper: Paige get the detonator
Paige: Right Detonator

The Detonator orbs out of David’s hand who is trying to break out of the freeze the other man however had already unfroze and used his telekinesis to fling Paige into a wall causing the detonator to fall into some place under the tracks. Piper goes to Blow the man up again but a blue beam shoots of his head and hits Piper in her head making her hands freeze before she can motion to blow him up.

Man: Now put down your hands

Piper turns her hands watching them slowly go down but from the look on her face and the shaking of her hands you could tell she was fighting it with every ounce of strength she had. Phoebe ran toward the man he motioned his hand to send her flying backward but she levitates kicking off the wall and kicking him in the face breaking the his connection with Piper. Meanwhile David looks for the detonator and Phoebe gets up off the ground and right in front of her is a stick of C4.

Paige: I found it. (She puts her hand on the C4 and starts reciting a spell)
Let the Object of objection
Become but a Dream
As I cause the scene
To become unseen.

You see different sticks of C4 begin to disappear one by one by one. Phoebe grabs the mans hands and puts them around his back so he cant use his telekinesis. Meanwhile Paige continues to concentrate on making all the C4 go away one by one.

Piper: Okay why is a demon making a human blow up a subway you could do it yourself and you wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of getting the C4.
Man: How dare you call me a demon those pitiful creatures wouldn’t stand a chance against me.
Piper: right so you’re a warlock great for you. Still didn’t answer my question and May I remind you that I have the power to BLOW THINGS UP!
Warlock: The brotherhood doesn’t have to explain its methods to you Witch.
Piper: Brotherhood? What’s the brotherhood?
Warlock: Something that’s none of your concern Witch
Piper: Yeah, yeah I can see I’m not getting anywhere with you so…<br>
Piper goes to blow him up but he squints his eyes sending Piper flying Backwards.

Phoebe: Piper!

The warlock catches Phoebe off guard and break out of her hold. He punches her then kick’s her to the ground. You see another C4 disappear then the camera flies through the subway. You see Paige and the sisters in the tunnel at the same time the warlock sees Paige murmuring the spell and uses his telekinesis stopping the last C4 from being erased.

David: I found it

David stands up with the detonator in his hand.

Warlock: David use it
Paige: No David you don’t need to do what he says. He doesn’t control you. You can make your own choices and you know you don’t want to do this.

The warlock is noticing that David is trying to fight his mind control so he reconnects to his mind.

Warlock: Do it Daniel press the button.

Now David can’t fight it anymore and goes to press the button.

Piper: No!

She blows up the connection between the Warlock and David but its too late and he presses the button. You see the timer on the C4 go on 3 seconds, 2 seconds, 1 second.

Phoebe: No Piper!

The C4 goes off engulfing Piper in flames right as she flicks her wrists to freeze the explosion. The explosion does freeze as Piper fly’s backwards from the force of the blast. She’s in bad shape with burns and bleeding all over her body.

Paige: No!!!

Paige motions her hand towards the explosion and orbs the flames then redirects it towards the warlock who’s engulfed in flames and blows up. After the Warlock vanquish David collapses on the floor exhausted from all the tricks played on his mind. Paige And Phoebe runs up to Piper checking her wounds.

Phoebe: Piper hang in there your going to be okay.
Paige:(starting to cry) don’t give up on us piper.
Piper: (struggling to speak) Leo.

Chapter 10

A council of elders stand in a semi-circle in Heaven. Among them are Odin and Sandra.

Odin: Leo has had enough time to decide we should call him now.
Sandra: We should wait a little longer it’s a very hard choice to make especially considering everything Leo faces,
Elder 1: I agree with Odin he has had enough time we need to know his choice now. We can not wait for ever we have many other things to attend to considering this new threat we face.
Elder 2: I agree we should call Leo to us know we can not wait for his decision for ever,
Sandra: Fine call him if you want but I still believe he deserves some more time.
Odin: Then we all agree.

Odin waves his hand and Leo orbs in facing all of them.

Leo: What’s going on what is this.
Odin: We have called you hear Leo to find out what your decision is on our offer.
Leo: What you want me to tell you my answer…. right now?
Odin: Yes that would be why you are here right now Leo.
Leo: but I haven’t made up my mind yet
Odin: Then you will have to make up your mind right now
Sandra: Please Leo understand we need to know where you stand with us so that from there we can make our moves accordingly.
Leo: Moves what moves?
Sandra: What I mean Leo is that if you join us or don’t join us your decision will be the basis of what we decide to do about this new evil
Leo: but I don’t know I haven’t even been able to fully talk about this to Piper.
Odin: Well Leo maybe what happens next will help you decide.
Leo: What? What happens next?

Leo grabs his stomach as if in pain then he hears

Piper: (in a very distant faint voice…………Leo………….Leo…….)
Leo: Piper? What’s happened to Piper?
Odin: She’s dieing Leo she wont last much longer.
Leo: What’s wrong with you people send a whitelighter to heal her
Odin: We can’t Leo only you can heal her
Leo: You cant or you wont. Are you really willing to lose not only a witch but a Charmed one just because you want me to become a whitelighter.
Sandra: Don’t worry Leo I’ll send a whitelighter to help her.
Odin: No we wont Sandra this is something only Leo can do.
Sandra: What? We cant use his dieing wife as a barraging chip to get him to become an Elder its not right.
Odin: Leo what will you do will you leave her to die just because you don’t want to become an Elder again?
Sandra: Odin you cannot do this, this is not what we do.
Odin: Leo what is your choice what is your answer!!!!!!!
Leo: You win I’ll become an Elder again. Just do it quickly.
Sandra: Leo?
Leo: Hurry
Odin: You’ve made the right choice Leo.

The Twelve Elders gather around Leo and raise their hands toward him they mummer a few words under their breath as Orbs begin to appear in the palms of their hands and begin to scatter around Leo as he begins to glow a bright white/blue the \n the orbs clutter around him until light seeps through the gaps where orbs aren’t and then explodes in a bright light leaving Leo in the middle with his Elder robe and his glow begging to fade.

Leo: I hope you are happy now Odin

After saying that with an angry type of look on his face he orbs away.

Sandra: Odin what on earth did you think you were doing you cant just let a witch die because you wanted Leo to become an Elder
Odin: I wouldn’t have let her die I was just letting Leo think I would.
Sandra: That still doesn’t change anything we are the good guys we don’t threaten to not save someone to get something in return. We don’t make threats. Period!!!!
Odin: I did what I had to, to get him to join us again. You know we need him to reestablish a link with the charmed ones.
Sandra: then do you mind telling me how threatening to let his wife die is suppose to encourage him to persuade the sisters to trust us. Not to mention you’ve just opened a whole lot of horrible memories Leo has tried so hard to forget. I think we can all remember what happened with Gideon and how Leo reacted after that.
Odin: I am not Gideon!
Sandra: Well you might as well be because you are no better then he is
Odin: Gideon tired to kill his son and almost got the sisters killed in the process.
Sandra: Yes well, you said you’d let one of them die that’s no different. You better re think how your approaching this Odin cause if you continue handling situations like this not only with Leo but with everything, especially at this delicate time where every move we make has to be perfect you might lose that position of yours that you value so much. Be careful!

Leo orbs into the subway tunnel and sees Paige and Phoebe around Piper who he can sense is begging to slip.

Paige: Leo… did you just orb?
Phoebe: Leo can you heal her?
Leo: Of course

Leo runs over and puts his hands over Piper and begins to slowly heal her wound.

Paige: What’s taking so long
Leo: She almost died that’s why.
Phoebe: Leo did you ….. did you become an Elder?
Piper: Leo?
Leo: Piper I’m here. I’m here Piper
Piper: Leo? Are you healing me?
Leo: Piper your going to be fine just relax

Leo stops healing Piper as she slowly regains full conscience ness. Then she realizes Leo is wearing Elder robes.

Piper: Leo you became an Elder? How could you do that you said you wouldn’t you didn’t even ask me! You could have at least talked to me about it Leo. I just cant believe you.
Leo: Piper I didn’t have a choice they brought me up there a couple of minuets ago and asked my what my answer was I was about to say it was no until I felt your pain. They said you would die unless someone healed you and they refused to send anyone else it was either me or no one. I’m sorry Piper but I had to do it I couldn’t take the chance that they would let you die.
Phoebe: Wait they actually said this they actually said either you healed Piper or no one would.
Paige: They cant do that. Their suppose to be the good guys.
Leo: it wasn’t so all of them as it was Odin.
Piper: Odin! That bastard how could he even go there I mean we never liked him but he went to far this time. So Leo what do we do know?
Leo: Well I guess I use my position as an Elder to learn all I can about this new evil threat right now that all I can do. I mean I’m an Elder know there is nothing we can do about that.
Piper: And know this brotherhood thing
Leo: Brotherhood?
Paige: Yeah it turns out that this whole terrorist thing was actually demon related go figure right. He said he was part of the brotherhood what or who they are I beyond me.
Phoebe: Leo do you think there could be a connection between this brotherhood and the new evil?
Leo: There could be but I seriously have no clue. I just became an Elder I don’t know anything yet and from the feelings I got from some of the other Elder’s they don’t seem to know that much more.

Phoebe gasps again as she get another powerful premonition. Again snow falls down on a barren wasteland. A shadow appears out of the ice and the smoke spreads all over the land and in the center is a white skull. The smoke clears leaving images of buildings and cars on fire and people running for theirs lives as fireballs go flying some turning the poor innocents into ash and other missing their targets. In the middle of it all a hooded figure stands amid all the chaos. He wears a black cloak that swayed in the wind and had many holes and tears in the back bottom part of it. It looked ancient and terrifying all at the same time. Phoebe wakes up from the floor with her sisters and Leo standing over her.

Leo: Phoebe are you okay?
Piper: What did you see
Phoebe: We’ve got to hurry because theses nightmares/visions that I’m having are becoming more frequent and powerful. If we don’t do something what I’ve seen will come to pass and we don’t want that trust me.

Leo: Well I’m going to do some snooping up there be careful

Leo orbs out

Piper: We need to find out what is the brotherhood and what are we going to do about this nameless evil.
Paige: Piper don’t you want to talk.
Piper: Talk?
Phoebe: Piper, Leo just became an Elder and your fine with this
Piper: Of course not but there is nothing I can do about it right now. Lets go!

Paige grabs Piper, Phoebe and David the kid

Piper: The kid?
Paige: what we cant take the kid? Cause we cant leave him here.
Phoebe: Of course not just drop him off at the closest bus station or something
Piper: Come on lets hurry

Paige grabs phoebe and Piper and orbs out

Yes, I am curious as well considering The Angel's offer to remove their "Charmed Status" is considered "Final" and irreversible.

note: they never specifically asked the Angel if they:

1) Would still be Witches able to cast spells and make potions, as they are born Witches with innate ability to cast spells and make potions and their children will also still be born witches (Wyatt being a Witch-Whitelighter that is "Twice Blessed")

2) If they would still have Active and Passive powers as they were born with these (until Grams striped them of their powers to protect them) and their active and passive powers, like being born witches, are both independent of their "Charmed Coven"/"Charmed" Status

3) The "Charmed" Coven is a blessing that allowed the Sisters to cast spells and make potions as if they were a Coven of 27 witches (3x3x3) but this only works for their group efforts, though they are pretty powerful individually with their being born witches and their innate powers being independent of the "Charmed Coven"

The Goofballs assumed the Angel was going to remove them being Born Witches and their active/passive powers with their "Charmed Status' which is why they chose to stay "Charmed" with everyone including opportunist demon and warlocks that might want to carve a name for themselves on thier hide still knowing who they are

K well guys i have bad news my computer is gone, dead out of here so one i cant save my stories till i get a new one and on top of that finals start tom. so i wont be able to write anything for about two weeks anyways. Sorry about the Wait.

and Archangel im not sure if what you were saying was just a comment or a question i dont know i was kind of confused but in my story their power active and passive and the powers of their entire family meaning chris and Wyatt powers were all taking away or hidden in a sense.
