The people on Charmed who I thought were the most powerful in general were.

Wyatt Halliwell / Phoebe's Evil Baby
Avatars
The Triad

Barbas did not have true brute strength like the Avatars, Cole and Wyatt. But since he is "the Demon of Fear", he can never be completely killed as long as fear exists.

Resurrecting the thread for my take! Since the thread states "Beings", I will exclude The Hollow (Most OP power in Charmed universe), and Woogeyman/Nexus, since it wasn't explained very well! Al;so angels of destiny/death. Since they are just there from start of creation it seams. If I get something wrong/forgot feel to correct me, since it was a long time since I re watched all Charmed episodes! Also Wyatt and Phoebe's and Cole's son. Since we never saw the full extent of their powers.

1. God power (Titans/sister while having God powers) - Their power were absolute. Only another God was able to defeat them. Piper while in God mode even traveled to the Elders realm, something that even Titans need whitelighters powers to do.

2. The Tribunal/Cleaners - A group of two Elders/Demons. Who can rewrite reality, and even erase other OP characters such as Wyatt from existence.

3. Avatars - Their power collective is such, that they can alter the reality as they wish. While having a weakness such as potion/Avatar dies weakness the collective power/draining their collective powers. They are still extremely powerful. Leo as Avatar was able to stand against several Elders attacks.

4. The Elders - Having a very powerful offensive powers. They can also bend time to some measures. They are also to one who give powers to the Charmed ones.

5. Cole after wasteland - Cole possessing untold amount of powers collected from other demons. So powerful that even the spell that can destroy the Source can even harm him.

6. The Source - The most powerful demon. Possessing enormous amount of powers. His aura being so powerful that other demons can sense it and fear him. His power/essence being able to reincarnate and take over other beings as long they posses his powers/blood. It took entire magic from Charmed ones ancestors, and their own magic to destroy Source.

7. The Charmed ones - Their collective power is enormous, and it's shown it can only grow. Thus they are most powerful witches!

8. Zankou - The imprisoned demon. So powerful that even The Source feared him, and could only seal him away.

9. Billie - Her power allows he to project anything she wishes, even bend time as she wants.

10. The Genies - They can grant anything except world peace. Bend reality and even bring the dead back to life.

Great job! Only thing I'll disagree on is that the Tribunal and the Cleaners aren't the same - we don't know what the Cleaners are, but they're not demons or elders. The Tribunal *were* a collective of both Elders and demons.

Tnx! Yeah I know. But it's very confusing to me. So I always went with my own headcannon where the Tribunal created the cleaners. And the cleaners simple use combined powers from 2 demons/elders. It's very confusing lol

I want to revive this thread. Here is my immediate opinion which is quite different from my last:

1. The Avatars (Especially with Cole or Leo)

Their powers are endless, and they can reverse time and mess with the fabric of the grand design. Who else could do that?

2. Angels of Destiny

The masters of all destinies for both good and evil. Can manipulate the grand design, are the keepers and protectors of it - super powerful, although they are not an aggressive or offensive kind of power. I don't understand how they are more powerful than the Avatars - the Avatars just seem to have immense power to me, way more than the Angels of Destinies.

3. The Woogeyman

Super powerful and controlled the Nexus.

4. Cole as The Source/After

Seemingly endless power. Balthazar was powerful in his own right, single handedly vanquishing the triad. The Charmed Ones vanquished him a few times and he kept coming back with more powers. The only way they could vanquish him was because Paige sneezed.

5. The Charmed Ones (Piper, Phoebe and Paige)

This incarnation proved to be, in my opinion, the most powerful. They have defeated everyone below them when put to the test, and their intellect is a big part of that. The Power of 3 and the Warren line are strong. Yes, they are not invulnerable, but I don't think that equates to power.

6. Billie & Christy

Yes - they were indeed powerful. I don't think as powerful as the Charmed Ones.

7. Zankou

He was well respected and managed to align a group of very loyal powerful demons. Again, his downfall was his ego and hatred of the Charmed Ones as women and not witches.

8. The Seer (S5)

This may be controversial - but the Seer was really powerful and was only vanquished by her inability to predict her own death.I don't think she would have ever given the Charmed Ones the opportunity to vanquish her. Plus, in Centennial Charmed she seems to have picked up even more powers.

9. Wyatt Halliwell

Good or evil, he is the twice blessed child - the only half Whitelighter/Witch on the show who has a Charmed One for a mother (that we saw anyway). I don't think he was as powerful as predicted...

10. Penny Halliwell

We need to give grams more love! She battled demons into her old age and only died due to a heart attack. She had insane mastery over her telekinesis, probably the most advanced TK we saw on the show besides future Prue. She also had mastery over witchcraft - the sisters often sought her help for this reason.
