This is diverging from the original conversation relating to Wicca, but I thought it was interesting how the series gives these loose references to deities. First, you have the obvious Greek Titans in the S5 finale, then you have the sisters themselves being turned into Greek goddesses. Hecate was turned into some mutant faced demon in S1 from a patron goddess with three heads (although the fact Hecate had two minions with her, thus making three faces, and was interested in childbirth could be a very loose reference to mythology). Shakti and Shiva are two more deities from Hinduism based upon creation and destruction of the universe, right? Well I think the Angel of Destiny's quote from S8 is probably the most reliable on whoever or whatever happens to be at the top of the food chain, so to speak, in the Charmed universe.
Could it be "The All" which the Comics decided to create for the series? The Angel of Destiny gave a personification to whoever was dictating Leo's fate. Was "The All" ever described as being a personified entity?

The writers had no idea what they were talking about. They just pulled stuff out of their butts and hoped the audience would buy what they were selling. However, most didn't.

Was "The All" ever described as being a personified entity? They talked a little bit about the All in season 3 episode All Hallows Eve when Eva was talking to the Charmed Ones about how to tap into it's magic. And I believe it was talked about that the spiritual nexus that lived under their home was just one of several nexuses in the world during season 1 I think so it wasn't something created in the comics. The All is a spiritual energy which runs through everything that exists since when the world was a dark and tumultuous place. Neither good nor evil, it's part of the Earth, the air, everything. The Nexus of The All is much more powerful than the Nexus of the Halliwell Manor. The All is the basis of all magic. According to Prue, the dome lets you tap into the point her/his power will eventually grow to. The All might be the same as the Source of All Magic mentioned by Eva when the sisters traveled back in time.

So it's essentially just the magical equivalent to life force or chi on a universalist scale. A glorified Spiritual Nexus. I wonder if it could be destroyed. What would be the result? Magic ceases to exist altogether?

Maybe it's also like the 'Force' from Star Wars to then.

Use The All, Paige!
Doesn't quite have the same ring, does it.
I wonder how real Wiccans felt about their religion being tossed around on Charmed?
