Piper: Sister/Mother/Lover

piper is one of my fave characters in season 1 she didnt really accept the fact that she was charmed but she finnaly realized it was her destiny so she took matters into her own hands. in season 2 she fought off many demons and kept the peace between her sisters. in season 3 she watched prue die a horibble death. in season 4 she deals with prues funeral and when she thinks she cant go on she deals with it the best she can. after that she deals with phoebe becoming evil under coles desire and is in denial. in season 5 she gave birth to wyatt and dealt with demons trying to go take wyatt. in season 6 she gives birth to chris and in season 7 helps billy accustom to the charmed ways and uses her as their protegee in season 8 she saves her sisters from death an fights the ultimate battle. she is a true charmed one yes she is.

I would not say that HMC was the best actress on the show. But she was pretty good.

That depends on the seasons you're looking at: pre-Paige, post-Prue, pre-motherhood, post-motherhood.

Generally, she complains an awful lot and has a martyr complex.

That would include all of the seasons, wouldn't it?

holly was a very cheerful peson on charmed and I like her of being the person she was.
in the first seasons she looked like a shy and sensitive girl, the next years she started being a strong woman!

PIPER IS THE BEST!!!! She is a loving wife and mother, she is a very powerful witch, and she is what keeps the family together! Are you kidding? Piper is the best of the 4 sisters!!

I really liked Piper, she had fantastic one liners and was a wonderful mother. The Halliwells would be lost without her ;D

I completely agree with that. I love the other sisters, but the show would not of been the same without her. She was and still is a fantastic actress and she was the PERFECT role for Piper Halliwell.

That would include all of the seasons, wouldn't it?

Obviously, but she had different traits depending on those two very important events in her life, Prue's death and becoming a mother, therefore those events defined some of her traits and have to be considered when describing her flaws. That is why I also made a statement about general traits she kept throughout the course of the entire series.

Piper is loving, and can be stubborn, but she had her reasons. She really loved her kids, and wanted to protect them. All she wanted was a normal life and had to worry every moment if it's gonna get taken all away from her. She handle herself very well with everything she went through. She is a great mother and wife.

I couldn't agree more with ya'll. Piper is the best one out of all three of them. I meen the other sisters take on their own problems and make it through hard times as well. But Piper holds everything together as well as her own issues. She's one of the many reasons i got addicted to watching the show. I think i speak for everyone when i say that Piper in a large part makes us feel like she's apart of who we are. A mother, a Sister, a Wife, a Friend, And a Witch. When in doubt, turn your t.v on and watch Piper. She's so strong and most of all she's Charmed.
