I liked Piper in the beginning too, but felt more drawn to Prue. Since Prue died, and once she finally came to terms with it, Piper really stepped up to fill her big sister's shoes as Oldest sister and really did great looking out for her sisters. She is an amazing mother, wonderful witch, and loving wife. She is my favorite sister of the current Charmed Ones.

Piper is my favorite character, ever since the begining of the show. Just how she reacts in situations and her witty comebacks.

The only time I was starting to dislike her was during season 5, everything she did seemed so out of character. I'm just glade that season is over.

Oh for me it seems to be season six. I do like the season and I know that Piper finds out Chris is her son. But until that point the way she acted towred Chris did not make me happy.

But once she found out I was very happy.

But her son was responsible for a lot of messed up things, including Leo becoming an elder (in her mind) so it's hard to just forget those things.

I loved Piper in season 5. She was just hilarious as a pregnant woman but at the same time incredibly emotional (I think Piper and Leo were at their cutest during this season). Count all the episodes in season 5 in which Piper was seen either crying or teary eyed. There are A LOT!

Yes, Piper is Season 5 was just acting like a pregnant woman. I actually thought the writers did a good job showing how difficult it is to be juggling being pregnant on top of working, let alone demon fighting. I loved her the best in Seasons 1 and 2 when she was kind of unsure of herself, but I loved watching her change into the strong, caring woman she became. This is a testament to Holly's superb acting (plus we can't forget that she was lucky enought to do her best work with Brian). She really should deserve an Emmy, but she has been sadly overlooked. Piper, with Holly as her creator, is the most real of the three sisters. She and Brian made it seem so real, I am really sad to see this relationship end.

I totally agree and anyway we can still get more in fan fiction and hopefully the official books. I know its not the same but it is something.
