I know. R&H were from a time when the show was actually good. It's strange how they've been so overlooked by fandom, with the exception of me. Seems I'm the only one who has kept them from being forgotten entirely. Yeah, it is kind of sad. I guess, the show itself can be partially to blame for that. R&H were only in the first part of the first season, and they were hardly mentioned again after that. They weren't even among the Season 1 villains that returned in "Witch Trial" (thus, possibly hinting that they had never been vanquished to begin with). If the show that quickly forgot about them, then it's no surprise that the fandom has, too. Well, while R&H have few fanfics written about them, at least the ones they have are good. The R&H Chronicles are an excellent series and make a great continuation of the Charmedverse.

The S2 episode, They're Everywhere, was the final time R&H were referenced on Charmed. That's it exactly. All the villains that returned in Witch Trial were vanquished by the sisters. Which did not apply to R&H. Except for a select few, me among them Thanks, Betty. My audience may be small, but they're loyal.

The S2 episode, They're Everywhere, was the final time R&H were referenced on Charmed. So, basically, R&H never existed in the Kern Era, not even as a flashback or reference. Wow, talk about forgotten. At least, you never forgot them, though, even if you're mostly alone.

Kern: Rex and Hannah? Who dey!?
It's my hope that my Wikia will change that. Yes, its devoted to my Rex and Hannah, but if I had just devoted it to those that appeared on the show, I wouldn't have a lot to work with.

Your Rex & Hannah deserve more exposure, anyways. They're FAR more developed as characters and make excellent protagonists. And, unlike the parent series, yours isn't wedded to an outdated black & white moralistic outlook. There's shades of grey in there.

I've become used to the idea that I'm Rex and Hannah's sole advocate. If I'm the only one carrying their banner, that's fine.
However, I will continue to speak for R&H here. They deserve a voice at the Cafe and I'm it.

Thanks Jennifer Unfortunately, a lot of those fans aren't here (which is odd, considering that this seems to be the only active Charmed board left).

Here is my wikia entry on Rex. Here is my wikia entry on Hannah. Of course, these are updated every time I write a new R&H Chronicles story.

A series on Rex and Hannah *shocked*
I'm a big fan of Rex, hes a very underrated enemy. But I hate Hannah, she was just pointless and cliché. I wished the show had given her more story and some purpose. But I admire that they worked well as a team.

It's now been a little over a year now since Rex and Hannah packed up, left San Francisco and Charmed behind, and moved into Lovecraft Country.
Of course, that idea came from my decision to drop the Halliwell sisters as recurring characters (due to the flash forward in Forever Charmed which saddled them with the Brood Of Brats). With the Charmed Ones out of the picture, it really didn't make mush sense for for R&H to still be hanging around San Francisco anymore.
What R&H needed was a new direction. They needed a new location, new supporting characters, and a new storyline. Since I'm a big Lovecraft fan, it just all fit. I'd already had Lovecraft themed ideas in my stories before, so the template was already there.
And since Charmed canon is totally silent on whether the Lovecraft locations and characters exist in the Charmedverse, that was a greenlight for me to proceed with my new direction for R&H.

I think Rex was probably one of the smartest villains because he didn't confront the sisters directly and opted to get close to Prue and Phoebe to try and get their powers. I thought they were intelligent.

I liked Rex but didn't think Hannah added anything to the story.

I would've liked Rex to be the Big Bad throughout the entire series, especially if it was only Hannah who was vanquished in the first season. He made a fantastic villain and with his version of astral projection would've made a much better Big Bad than the Source. I always thought that if Zankou were a warlock, he'd be a lot like Rex.

That would have been cool, Es I didn't like Hannah much either. She was a bit stupid showing open hatred of Prue.

She was a horrible parody of a working woman.

She was a horrible parody of a working woman. Ugh. OMG yes. And she was just evil and vindictive. No personality of her own. They just used her as someone for Rex to talk off of, for the audience.

She was useless and added absolutely nothing to the story. She always felt like she was just there as someone for Rex to talk too. Rex was the brains and if you take out Hannah nothing is lost. It's just too bad Hannah wasn't killed in Wicca Envy, with Rex remaining for the rest of the season and perhaps teaming up with Inspector Rodriguez instead. Maybe you can omit Hannah, and have Rodrigeuz being his partner all season working undercover, but we don't know this until near the end of the season.
