Charmed Without A Choice

Leo looked at Prue and realized why she did not want Jake to go the future. Piper also realized that. "Do I also have to go to the future, I mean, wouldn't Phoebe and Jake need some back up?" Piper asked and Leo looked at her. "piper, Phoebe is old enough to take care of her and I am sure Jake is also able tto take care of him" He said as if trying to make it sound as he trusted Jake, when deep down inside he was a nerv wreck about thi whole issue and he really wanted Jake to be alright.

Chris looked at Wyatt and gave him a quick patt on the shoulder. "Well, bro. I wish you good luck" He said and smiled at Chris. Wyatt then went out to the living room. "Hey" Wyatt said and sat down next to Leo. "What's new?" He asked and noticed everyone's look.

Jake smiled softly at Leo. "Yeah, besides, I will just freeze anyone I don't like who I meet" he said with a smile and Prue grinned slightly. "That's the spirit" she stated and she turned to Wyatt and slowly rose to her feet. "Okay mister, while we are gone, you and Aunt Paige are responsible for Melinda and Leola, we are counting on you to protect them" she stated and Leola, who had just walked in, threw her arms in protest. "Hello! I'm eighteen not eight!"

"Yes well, as your oldest auntie, I declare you to need babysitting so ha!" stated Prue as she stuck her tongue at Leola and slowly turned to the others. "Okay, I have the spell, we just need Chris and then it off to time traveling."

Wyatt looked at Paige and smiled. He then looked at Leola and giggled. "Chris will be here in a minute" Wyatt said and Phoebe turned to look at him. "What is wrong now?" Phoebe asked and Wyatt looked at her. "Nothing he is in the kitchen, with Melinda" He said and Phoebe nodded. "Alright, I am just hoping he does not have other plans" Phoebe said and Piper looked at her. "You worry about your kid, I will worry about mine" She said and Leo giggled and so did Phoebe after Phoebe Piper did. Wyatt looked at Leola. "And then they ask why did we turn out the way we did" He whispered to her.

Chris was in the kitchen and he looked at Melinda. "Mel, can I ask you for a favor?" He asked and drumed his fingers against the kitchen counter.

Jake stared at the Looney Tunes family and looked at Paige and she smiled. "Don't worry, you will get used to our insane charm, just don't piss of Piper or blow Leo up and you'll be fine" she stated and Jake blinked slowly. "Leo blows up? I will remember that for the past" grinned Jake and Prue smirked and looked at Leo. "Better keep your orbs well protected Leo."

Leola grinned at Wyatt. "I accepted a long time ago that our family is wacko" she whispered back. Melinda looked at Chris and slowly nodded. "Sure, what do you need?" she asked.

Wyatt giggled at Prue's comment. He understood exactly what she meant and also the fact of imagining Jake blowing up Piper or Leo. "Yeah, just keep that power to yourself unless it is strictly necesary" Piper said and looked at Jake. Leo also looked at Prue and smiled. "Don't worry" He said and winked at Prue, understanding every meaning of the sentence. Wyatt looked back at Leola. "Yeah, but I haven't" He whispered back.

Chris looked at Melinda. "I need you to take care of everything, I am leaving you in charge. I heard aunt Paige is staying but, I need someone that takes thing more serioulsy to also stay in charge" He said, but that was not the real reason he was asking his sister that.

Melinda slowly nodded, unsure if that was the real reason, but she did anyway. "Sure, I will watch over them, don't worry" she smiled and slowly looked at the other. "But I still want you to be careful, now come on, before mom has a migrane" she said as he headed into the living room. Leola grinned and wiggled her nose. "you will...in time, you will see our wacky ways."


"Okay, so now we have the whole family, it is time to see what the past and future holds" she stated and cleared her throat.

"In this night-"


"It's not night yet" pointed out Jake, earning him a glare from Prue.


"In this night and with our power
We call upon that magic hour
Send us through where demons dwell
Demons that reside in hell.."


In a bright, blinding light, two portals appeared, one on the left and one on the right. "Uh okay, well, the one on the left is refering to the past as it is behind us, the one on the right is the future, so, good luck and don't screw up!" called Prue and Jake looked at Phoebe. "Finally, some excitement!" he declared as he ran through the left portal and into the past, where as Prue jumped through the portal on the right, waiting for Leo, Piper and Chris to join her.

"Chris, we don't need you, we will find my son on our own and then, I don't want to see you ever again."


Jake could feel his body flowing through the portal...that was Piper's voice, why would she be saying that to Chris? Weren't they mother and son??

Chris would have said "I'm sorry" and then orbed out if it was not for Jake and Phoebe landing on the attic floor in the year of 2004 in a heap.

Prue blinked and looked around her, she was back in the manor, though it looked...different somehow.


"Aunti Prue?" asked a soft voice and Prue turned around to see a small girl, no older then three or four, with bright, brown hair and big green eyes in a small skirt and top. Prue blinked and looked down curiously and finally spoke. "Melinda?" and in response the girl giggled. Yep, this was the future.

Wyatt looked as everyone went into the two portals. "Well, what do we do now?" He asked looking at the three persons left, Paige, Melinda and Leola. "I was thinking we should prepare some potions for the demons to come" He said and looked at his aunt. "What do you think?" He asked.

Chris, Piper and Leo followed Prue into the portal They then saw little Melinda coming towards them. Piper looked at the little girl and smiled, she then got Leo's hand. Chris looked around and then at his sister, he giggled.

Phoebe looked at Jake. She then noticed everyone's eyes on her. She saw Chris and Piper. "Hi" She said nerviously. Chris looked at Jake and his eyes widened.

Melinda blinked as she saw Piper and Leo and her eyes widened and she pointed at Piper. "Mommy got big!" was all she could say and Prue found herself laughing. Suddenly the sound of quick steps could be heard and suddenly a loud yelling voice could be heard followed by a giggle as a small strawberry blonde haired toddler and an eight year old could be seen with blonde hair.

"Jake get back here-" stated the boy with blonde hair and blue eyes but his eyes widened and looked at the others, he could not be more then eight. "Mom? Dad? Woah! Mom!" he stated in shock before he noticed the bump in Piper's stomach and he blinked curiously.

"Mom did you go to the baby factory again?" he asked curiously but his eyes turned back to Jake as he began to run back in, giggling as Wyatt glared at him, Jake was the same age as Melinda, with gorgeous green eyes like Leo and his hair was strawberry blonde like Penny's.

"Jake! What I told you about putting frogs in my underwear draw!"


"Wasn't Frogs....was Toads" giggled the toddler.

Past Phoebe's eyes widened as she saw her future self. "Woah okay...what...what uh...okay" was all she could say and Jake groaned and rubbed his head before looking at Phoebe and blinked. "What the heck happened to your hair?" he stated, noticing Past Phoebe's short hair.


"Okay, firts of all, why is there a duplicate of you on the floor and secondly, who the heck are you?" demanded Past Paige and Jake blinked. "Jake, future pain in the ass, you will learn to love me."

Chris couldn't help a giggle when he heard about the toads. Piper hit him on the shoulder, she then looked at little Wyatt. "It's a long story, honey" She said as she kneeled to Wyatt's height. She then sighed and looked around. Leo looked at Wyatt and then at Jake and Melinda. "Ths is hilarious" He whispered to Prue and Chris. "Not so much for me" Chris whispered to himself.

(Sure, I don't mind)

Phoebe looked at past Paige and then at Jake. "First of all, that hairdo was not for me and second he is Jake" She stated and looked at everyone, she then looked at Chris. "I gotta go" Chris said and was about to orb out. "Hold it!" Piper yelled and Chris stayed there. "Do you know anything we don't?" Piper asked and past Chris nodded.

Past Paige rolled her eyes as Chris nodded, comfirming he knew something they didn't. "Great, what else is new?" she stated and Jake turned to her. "You know, you really need to work on that sarcasm, it ain't gonna get you a boyfriend" he stated, a little irritated with the way they were talking to Chris, it was too inpersonal.

Jake turned around and noticed Past Leo and then Past Piper, odd, they were kind of...far apart. Shaking it off, Jake looked up. "Me and Phoebe came from the future to find a demon who came to the past to kill Piper, because by killing Piper, blah, blah, eternal doom, blah, blah, blah" stated Jake, clearly not really that interested on the details.

"Okay...well...." he stated slowly but was interuppted by a voice calling him it was Paige's voice. Now Wyatt was completely confused. Future Paige walked in, looking oddly similar, she had one or two grey hairs showing but apart from that, she looked fine. But her eyes widened when she saw Past Piper.

"What the hell?" she stated. Now thinking it was a demon, Wyatt turned back to Past Piper and tried to throw the "demon" into the wall, however, Baby Melinda's power kicked in and the attack bounced off and Wyatt was sent flying into the couch.

"Wyatt!" yelled Future Paige and she looked at Past Piper and the others. "Get away from the kids" warned Future Paige as she noticed how close young Melinda and young Jake were.

Past Piper looked at Jake and then at future Phoebe. "Alright, so a demon is after me. Ha, tell me a new one" She said and looked back at past Chris. "Are you going to explain now?" She asked and past Chris looked at past Piper nerviously. "Well, it is a long story" He started to say. "We have time" past Piper stated and looked at future Phoebe and Jake. "We're so screwed" Phoebe thought and looked at past Chris who was rubbing his neck with one of his hands.

Piper looked at Paige and then at Wyatt. She was about to run when she saw Paige telling Jake and Melinda to stay away from her. "Paige" Prue said and looked at Paige. "We're not demons" Prue stated and looked at Chris. "This one as you see here, you may know is Chris, old Chris. And this one is Piper while pregnant with Jake and Melinda and this is Leo" Prue explained to Jake. "You don't believe us, ask us anything only your family would know" Prue then said.

Jake rolled his eyes at Piper. "You know, you are a lot crankier in the past" he huffed and he walked over to where the Book of Shadows was and began to flick through it and Paige's eyes widened. "Hey! What do you think you are doing?" demanded Paige and Jake looked up. "Trying to find our demon, besides, evil can't touch the book"


"The book has been tricked before" stated Past Paige and Jake rolled his eyes.


"Great, so you don't trust me, Future Phoebe and what appears to be Chris and your own heritage and I thought Piper was the only paranoid one" he snorted and sighed in frustration. "I have no idea what I am looking for, Leo!" he yelled out, wanting to see where that whitelighter was.


"Only family or charges can call for Leo and how do you know about him?" demanded Past Pheobe and Jake stared at her. "Hello?? I just came from the future...with YOUR future self."

Future Paige eyed them suspiously but Jake and Melinda curiously toddled over to Leo and Piper, Jake looking at Leo while Melinda looked at Piper and both looked at each other before looking at their parents with giggles and holding out their hands to be picked up. Prue smiled at the adorable scene and Prue looked at Chris. "Looks like we did manage to save him" she said soflty, noting Jake was in this future.

"I guess it really is you guys, sorry about the suspison, not everday your past sisters and nephew and brother in law pop in for a visit" smiled Future Paige as she helped up a dizzy Wyatt.

Past Leo orbed into the attic as he heard someone call him. He looked around and saw future Phoebe and Jake there, but he had no idea who Jake was. He looked confussed, past Piper looked at him and then at past Chris. "Chris, you have some explaining to do" Piper said and past Chris shrugged. Phoebe looked at everyone in the room and sighed, if Chris did not say something it was going to take a long time to explain.

(Sorry, I got Prue. I didn't mean to I was in another RP wich I play Prue and I got confussed or used to write Prue, won't happen again, lol)

Piper and Leo looked at Jake and Melinda and then picked them up. Chris laughed and looked at Paige. "Technically I am not past, I am future since, how old am I here 7?" He asked and looked at Wyatt. "Well something like that I guess" Chris then added and looked at his parents. Piper and leo were playing with Jake and Melinda.

Jake rolled his eyes. "Save it Piper, future consequences and all" he stated and Past Paige snorted. "Well at least we know you clearly know Chris in the future if he knows that expression." Jake slammed the book shut and looked at Past Leo.

"I swear to god Leo, if you do not make those three quiet, I will blast your whitlighter ass till you do, I am tired, grumpy and not in the mood to put up with any of this crap, so unless you can put your wife and her sisiters on a leash, I think I will take my frustration out on you!" he declared, leaving both Past Phoebe and Past Paige stunned, but Past Phoebe was catching on, this kind had traveled with Future Phoebe, he was stubborn, he couldn touch the book, he had Piper's power, he must be a Halliwell!

"You're six actually and quite a hand full I might add" stated Future Paige in amusement and Jake was happily looking at Leo as he was picked up. "Daddy, you gonna play dragons with me aren't ya? You promised!" he stated and Future Paige beamed gently and chuckled. "Now Jake, you don't wear your father out" but Jake looked at her as if she was insane.


"Daddy, doesn't get worn out, daddy is the best!" he stated in a very 'duh' like voice as if it was obvious and Prue raised an eyebrow in amumsent. "Oh really? What makes you think that?"


"Cause Chris said it and Chris knows stuff!" stated Jake and Prue's smile only widened, seemed Leo got the second chance he deserved with his kids.

Past Piper looked at Jake and rolled her eyes. She then looked back at Chris. "Fine you can go now" She stated, but Chris showed no movement of trying to orb out. "What now?" Piper said and turned to look at Chris. "Now you don't want to leave" She asked sarcastically. Phoebe looked at them. "Piper, I don't think this is a good time, Chris can you take Jake with you for a moment?" Future Phoebe asked and then looked at Chris, who nodded and went out of the room, he was in no mood for arguing.

Leo laughed at Jake's comment and then was surprised by what he said about Chris. Piper looked surprised as well, because she looked at Chris, who was red all of the sudden and looking at the floor. "Alright, aunt Paige" Chris suddenly said and looking directly at Paige. "Where is the rest of the family?" He asked.

Leo looked at Piper and smiled, apparently he meant more to Chris than he knew. "You're right about that, Chris knows stuff" Leo said to little Jake. Piper heard the comment and looked at little Melinda. "Do you agree with Jake?" She asked in a sweet motherly voice.

Melinda giggled. "Course! Daddy can do anything...cept cook yummy food, mommy is the best at that" she giggled and wiggled her nose playfully. Prue could not help but grin at the cute expression on the small kids face and she turned to Paige as she began to explain. "Well, Phoebe is busy at work though she should be off soon, Future Leo should be home from work at Magic School any minute now and Future Piper is busy mothering Chris since he had the flu last week" she stated and Paige eyed Jake playfully. "And I believe mister that it time for your bath isn't it?" she asked and Jake's eyes widened and he suddenly orbed out of Leo's hands and ran over and hid behind Wyatt's legs, clearly not a bath time fan.

Jake eyes turned to Future Phoebe and he frowned and he gave Past Leo a warning, slightly threatening look, deciding to take his frustration out on the man, which he chose at that second to blow up with his power, knowing he would re-form as he followed Chris out of the attic.


"Okay missy, spill it! I know you suck at keeping secrets because, well, you are me!" stated Past Phoebe and Past Paige gave Past Phoebe a confused look. "What are you talking about?"


"Hello?? That kid called for Leo and he heard his call, he can touch the book, he is stubborn, he has Piper's power and takes things out by blowing Leo up, he has to be a Halliwell!" whispered Past Phoebe as she looked at her future self. "Well??"

Piper laughed and looked at little Jake. She gave Melinda to Leo and approached him. "I'll have a deal with you, if you take a bath I will make you some hot chocolate, with those tiny marshmallows" Piper said and looked at little Jake in hope she'd convince him. Chris approached Paige and stood next to her, he did not want to around Leo well at least not that close.

Leo was holding Melinda and looking at her, she and Jake looked a lot alike.

Future Phoebe looked at her past self. "Yes, he is a Halliwell" She stated and looked at Piper and Leo. "But he doesn't know that" She then added. Past Piper looked at future Phoebe with a confussed look. "What do you mean he doesn't know?" Past Leo asked and past Piper looked at him. "Alright, I think I am the one that has to ask that question, he has my power" She said in a cold voice to Leo.

Little Jake paused slowly and listened to Past Piper and he finally nodded. "Kay, Mommy! But ya gotta pinky swear!" he stated and held up his small pinky, his chocltae brown eyes, identical to Piper's, looked up into hers as he held his hand out. Future Paige smiled slowly and nudged Chris gently in the ribs. "Come on you, cheer up, this is your future" she stated and as if on que, Little Chris orbed in with just his pyjays on. His brown, scruffy hair covered some of his green eyes as he yawned softly and Future Paige kneeled down beside him.

"Hey you, aren't you supposed to be in bed? You don't want mommy to become even more of a nervous wreck do you?" she teased gently and Prue grinned gently at the comment and Little Chris yawned loudly and rubbed his eyes. "Not...tired..." he said slowly and Prue gave an amused look at Little Chris's stubborness.

Jake pased back and forth downstairs as in the kitchen with Chris. "God! What is taking them so long! Maybe I should go eavesedrop" debated Jake as he turned to Chris, wondering why he had been so quiet so far.

Piper looked at Jake and smiled. "Fine, I pinky sware" She said and pinky swore with Jake. Leo laughed and looked at Piper, he then looked at Melinda who was still in his arms, he then noticed Chris went to the other side of the room. He sighed. He then saw little Chris orb in. Old Chris just watched his aunt Paige telling him to go back to bed. He then laughed. "Mom can not be more of a nerv wreck than she is" He thought and saw his mom, it was the mores relaxed he had seen her ever.

Past Chris turned to look at Jake. "You're not going anywhere Jake" He stated and looked at Jake, his green eyes wide open. "They need to talk and figure things out and they do not want us there, in this time they call it sister stuff on the future they call it grown up stuff" Chris said and yawned.

Phoebe looked at past Piper. "Hold it right there" She said and looked at past Piper and Leo. "Both of you, here we need to focus on the demons after Piper" Phoebe stated and past Leo looked at her. "But I thought that we were supposed to take care of Wyatt" He said and Phoebe sighed. "This is going to take long" She whispered to herself.

Jake smiled happily and nodded. "M'kay, mommy never breaks her promises" he stated and got on his tipy toes and hugged his mother before orbing back upstairs for bathtime.

Paige smiled softly, knowing Leo was saddened by Big Chris's reaction and decided to help Leo feel better. "Well how about you get daddy to put you to bed?" She asked as she slowly took Melinda from Leo and placed Little Chris in his arms, who instantly clung to his father, closing his eyes and pressing to cheek to Leo's shoulder as he cuddled into his father.

"M'kay.." murmered the already half asleep child and Prue smiled softly. "Go on dad, you go put your little guy to sleep, we will handle this for now."

"Oh, so suddenly you are mister privacy, come on, they are your family, you are meant to be nosey!" he huffed and folded his arms stubbornly. Past Phoebe, only just getting her empath power a while ago, was able to get a vague feeling of what Future Phoebe was feeling. "Guys...easy on my future self, this is complicated and she seems frustrated" she stated and Past Paige rolled her eyes. "Well so are we, we have enough future people in this house!"
