Classic Charmed stars offer their support to 'Elemental Charmed'

Rose McGowan, the actress who played Paige after the departure of Shannen Doherty in the Classic Charmed series, has given the go-ahead to the reboot. The actress has posted a message on Twitter "I wish everyone the best, I have no problem with the reboot, fly, girls, fly," the interpreter wrote.

Rose, revealed "Hearing that Connie is going to be involved, I feel the reboot is in good hands. She created the original story, I have full faith in her for taking care of her baby, and I'm so excited for a new generation to get attached and grow up with good role models for the world we live in today"

However, despite the fact that Rose McGowan was not opposed to 'Charmed', the actress supports her sister in fiction and, after the previous one, message has published another in the social network: "But I also fully support Holly Marie Combs about the feelings and honor of 'Charmed' ". But Holly Marie Combs (who played Piper Halliwell in the Classic Charmed series) has since changed her tune when she realized that the series was in the great hands of Connie Burge. "I got worked up because Charmed has a special place in my heart, but then I sooner realized that Connie and the original team are behind this project, and the reboot is much different than I originally realized and the concept is very good. Then Again, I've been known to get worked up over anything. (laughs) So I wish them well, and I truly mean that"

"I’m just glad that it’s here finally because we’ve been hearing about this reboot for however many years, what has it been, maybe four years now?” Alyssa Milano who played Phoebe Halliwell in the Classic Charmed series) mentioned in an interview. “And I feel like it’s either going to succeed or not, and if it succeeds again, a whole new generation will be exposed to the beauty of what Charmed was able to be for people, and if it doesn’t succeed, then we don’t have to hear about it anymore.”

“I think it's great. I think it's awesome,” Shannen said.

She also had nothing but praise for Constance. M. Burge. “I think second lives are amazing, so I'm all for it… I'm happy to see that a show back in the hands of Connie, that back then was all about strong women who supported and loved each other, is now coming back again in this day and age. Connie was so great the first time and I'm sure she'll be just as great the second time. It's about female empowerment again -- not that that's something new. Charmed originally was that too. I find the Elemental Charmed story from what I hear to be very interesting, and I especially like the take of making it about family and not just sisters. It added an interesting element that I think will allow it to stand on its own. I'm so excited for Connie and her team and wish them all the best."

A Classic Charmed Reunion: "20 Years of Charmed Special" begins filming in studio 

Shannen Doherty, Alyssa Milano, and Holly Marie Combs have all reunited for the first time since 2001 in the same room. 

Although the stars have feuded over the years, they’ve agreed to put that aside for the special as a thank-you present to the fans.
All three took to social media to post snaps of the three sitting inside a studio where the three to anchor an hour-long retrospective look at the Classic original series.

The three got along so well an insider revealed, even if Shannen and Holly are not on speaking terms these days. The two managed to put aside differences for the fans. "It was like a high school reunion" Alyssa remarked 

The three touched on the 'Elemental Charmed' reboot with praise. Holly who had been known to be a little against the reboot originally said she has completely turned around and was especially pleased that they changed the name and didn't just name it Charmed. 

'We did speak highly of some of the fun times we had on set' Shannen revealed. "Charmed means so much to all of us, and doing it for the fans feels like we're giving back to them. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't have a show"

But some moments not so positive. When Shannen mentions the words 'Wendigo' it sent Holly into a rant about how much she hated the experience of filming that episode. Then they spoke about one of the stars to come out of Charmed and do so well like Amy Adams (Superman movies), Mischa Collins (also now on Supernatural also on The CW) or Michael Weatherly (Bull). 

Also having filmed material for the special will be some former writers including Constance M. Burge, who will executive produce the 'Elemental Charmed series'


The one-hour special titled "‘Charmed’: 20 Years of Magic" will see the three stars reuniting and reflecting on the legacy of the series, the impact it has on pop culture, and just why now is the perfect time for ‘Charmed’ to return. The special will also showcase some previously unseen footage from popular ‘Charmed’ episodes, and will give viewers a deeper look into the making of “Elemental Charmed”, the new ‘Charmed’ reboot, set to begin the following week.

Which results in Phoebe wanting to stay in a dorm overnight. Later, Patience tries to distract herself with work, and Paige goes to Phoebe's dorm to encourage her to come home, and Prudence goes to Piper's restaurant. Both Paige and Prudence explain how hard it was for Patience to have Piper and Phoebe sent away across the country, and although Patience never talks much about it, it still hurts. The two Warrens learn much more about the difficulty all of them faced. 

Both Piper and Phoebe eventually say sorry to Patience, and the three decide to arrange a mother-daughters dinner, just for the three of them every Thursday Night at 6 pm.

Paige meanwhile gets caught up trying to help two innocent children on a current case at SSS, not knowing that the two children are really both the Demonesses of Rage, who have lured Paige into a trap and also Prudence who was helping her. But they both end up getting out all of the buried rages they both have felt. When Patience makes the scene, she too feels the effects of the two Demonesses. 

It's up to Piper and Phoebe to save them before their rage will end up destroying them? 

Meanwhile, one of the most popular and favorite Wicca store clerks to Witches in Salem has a very strange encounter at her store with someone. At the same time, we see someone with a wallboard marking down every single witch in Salem but for what purpose?

I added a little hint of the plot that will become part of our season finale. Remembering S1 had no real story-arc, but the Inspector Rodriguez story was around for 3 episodes with hints. If you don't like this, take it out, I just added it in, but thinking it might not work? Love your input guys, and maybe this story should have been an earlier one in the season. I'm not sure?

I'm not as happy with this one than I thought I would be. So any suggestions would be nice.

Also was inspired by the suggestion of a story based on Patience and her daughters.

RUTH: I think maybe having a different villain might be better or I'd switch the plot so Patience is kidnapped and Phoebe and Piper resolve whatever fight they have fearing for her safety. Maybe even a plot with a homage to Power Outage. With the Demoness of Rage having them fight where they temporarily lose their powers. I don't suggest the second, just ideas.

Just a suggestion Sasha and everyone?

SUMMER: I think I'd change the whole rage part, we had the Banshee tapping into the family's unresolved grieve for Victor. This one doesn't seem fitting unless Peyton/Andrea uses the Demoness of Rage to get Paige away from her family when they are infected by rage and take it out on Paige, another part that gets her to become a warlock. 

I think a story needing to rescue Patience might be better, or here's a suggestion, A Enter the Demon body swap plot, where Patience switches bodies with either Phoebe or Piper, that way they can understand each other better. Just throwing that out there.

Although Piper says sorry to Patience, Phoebe doesn't, So Paige can't help but want to help her family, so she casts a spell so both can feel what the other does, it backfires and switches Phoebe and Patience's bodies.  

When Phoebe and Patience realize what Paige did, they decide to keep it on the down-low and fix the mess themselves, not wanting to get grilled at Prudence. 

Both Phoebe and Patience take a walk in each other's shoes and get a much better understanding of each other. Paige meanwhile gets caught up trying to help two innocent children on a current case at SSS, not knowing that the two children are really both warlocks in disguise using the appearance of children in order to get the powers of young witches or children who are yet to come into their powers, they lured Paige and her innocent into a trap and also Prudence who was helping her. 

Phoebe eventually says sorry to Patience, and she, Patience and Piper decide to arrange a mother-daughters dinner, just for the three of them every Thursday Night at 6 pm.

But before they can celebrate a newfound mother-daughter bonding experience, Patience, Phoebe, and Piper have to rescue Paige and Prudence, and can they fit the spell to put Phoebe and Patience back in their own bodies?

I added a little hint of the plot that will become part of our season finale. Remembering S1 had no real story-arc, but the Inspector Rodriguez story was around for 3 episodes with hints. If you don't like this, take it out, I just added it in, but thinking it might not work? Love your input guys, and maybe this story should have been an earlier one in the season. I'm not sure?

I'm not as happy with this one than I thought I would be. So any suggestions would be nice.

RUTH: I think maybe having a different villain might be better or I'd switch the plot so Patience is kidnapped and Phoebe and Piper resolve whatever fight they have feared for her safety. Maybe even a plot with a homage to Power Outage. With the Demoness of Rage having them fight where they temporarily lose their powers. I don't suggest the second, just ideas.

Just a suggestion Sasha and everyone.

This one doesn't seem fitting unless Peyton/Andrea uses the Demoness of Rage to get Paige away from her family when they are infected by rage and take it out on Paige, another part that gets her to become a warlock. 

I think a story needing to rescue Patience might be better, or here's a suggestion, A Enter the Demon body swap plot, where Patience switches bodies with either Phoebe or Piper, that way they can understand each other better. Just throwing that out there.

Classic Charmed stars offer their support to 'Elemental Charmed'

Rose McGowan, the actress who played Paige after the departure of Shannen Doherty in the Classic Charmed series, has given the go-ahead to the reboot. The actress has posted a message on Twitter "I wish everyone the best, I have no problem with the reboot, fly, girls, fly," the interpreter wrote.

Rose, revealed "Hearing that Connie is going to be involved, I feel the reboot is in good hands. She created the original story, I have full faith in her for taking care of her baby, and I'm so excited for a new generation to get attached and grow up with good role models for the world we live in today"

However, despite the fact that Rose McGowan was not opposed to 'Charmed', the actress supports her sister in fiction and, after the previous one, message has published another in the social network: "But I also fully support Holly Marie Combs about the feelings and honor of 'Charmed' ". Connie was so great the first time and I'm sure she'll be just as great the second time. It's about female empowerment again -- not that that's something new. Charmed originally was that too. I find the Elemental Charmed story from what I hear to be very interesting, and I especially like the take of making it about family and not just sisters. A Classic Charmed Reunion: "20 Years of Charmed Special" begins filming in studio 

Shannen Doherty, Alyssa Milano, and Holly Marie Combs have all reunited for the first time since 2001 in the same room. 

Although the stars have feuded over the years, they’ve agreed to put that aside for the special as a thank-you present to the fans.
All three took to social media to post snaps of the three sitting inside a studio where the three to anchor an hour-long retrospective look at the Classic original series.

The three got along so well an insider revealed, even if Shannen and Holly are not on speaking terms these days. The two managed to put aside differences for the fans. "It was like a high school reunion" Alyssa remarked 

The three touched on the 'Elemental Charmed' reboot with praise. Holly who had been known to be a little against the reboot originally said she has completely turned around and was especially pleased that they changed the name and didn't just name it Charmed. 

'We did speak highly of some of the fun times we had on set' Shannen revealed. "Charmed means so much to all of us, and doing it for the fans feels like we're giving back to them. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't have a show"

But some moments not so positive. When Shannen mentions the words 'Wendigo' it sent Holly into a rant about how much she hated the experience of filming that episode. Then they spoke about one of the stars to come out of Charmed and do so well like Amy Adams (Superman movies), Mischa Collins (also now on Supernatural also on The CW) or Michael Weatherly (Bull). 

Also having filmed material for the special will be some former writers including Constance M. Burge, who will executive produce the 'Elemental Charmed series'


The one-hour special titled "‘Charmed’: 20 Years of Magic" will see the three stars reuniting and reflecting on the legacy of the series, the impact it has on pop culture, and just why now is the perfect time for ‘Charmed’ to return. The special will also showcase some previously unseen footage from popular ‘Charmed’ episodes, and will give viewers a deeper look into the making of “Elemental Charmed”, the new ‘Charmed’ reboot, set to begin the following week.


“Elemental Charmed” will premiere Sunday, October 14 on The CW
with the 20th Anniversary special set to air the week before following the rebroadcast of the cult classic's premiere episode, 'Something Wicca This Way Comes', which will be the first ‘Charmed’ episode to be broadcasted in remastered HD.

Both Phoebe and Patience take a walk in each other's shoes and get a much better understanding of each other. Paige meanwhile gets caught up trying to help two innocent children on a current case at SSS, not knowing that the two children are really both warlocks in disguise using the appearance of children in order to get the powers of young witches or children who are yet to come into their powers, they lured Paige and her innocent into a trap and also Prudence who was helping her. 

Phoebe eventually says sorry to Patience, and she, Patience and Piper decide to arrange a mother-daughters dinner, just for the three of them every Thursday Night at 6 pm.

But before they can celebrate a newfound mother-daughter bonding experience, Patience, Phoebe, and Piper have to rescue Paige and Prudence, and can they fit the spell to put Phoebe and Patience back in their own bodies?

Meanwhile, one of the most popular and favorite Wicca store clerks to Witches in Salem has a very strange encounter at her store with someone. At the same time, we see someone with a wallboard marking down every single witch in Salem but for what purpose?

DEADLINE | First things first, how were you all approached to join the 'Elemental Charmed' project?

PAUL: Connie admired much of my work I had done with the Season 9 Charmed comics and Novels. She admired my work and offered me the chance to join the series. It was such an honor to even be asked, that I couldn't say no.

SHERYL: I had a great relationship with Connie Burge in the original classic Charmed series. I always loved her vision for the original, and when she contacted me to be apart of the project, I didn't even hesitate to say yes.

CHRIS: When Connie asked us to be apart of the project, my only question was did she ask Zack too. (laughs)

ZACK: Chris and I always were a duo when we crafted many scripts of the original series, that I wouldn't have agreed to join without Chris. We just always work well together, and I couldn't have been more thrilled to return and be apart of the reboot.


DEADLINE | The episode ‘A Smart Spell and A Banshee...Are We Watching Classic "Charmed"?’ was a very fun episode, with plenty of nods to Classic Charmed. What inspired you to do this?

CHRIS: When Zack and I were in the writer's room. We brought up the idea of doing an episode that had a nod to Classic Charmed, but of course was its own story.

ZACK: I made the suggestion of the episode title. Everyone in the room started laughing because it was so perfect.



DEADLINE | Some episodes have many themes or stories based around Salem. Like the Harvest Festival or the Salem Convention Centre. Any inspiration here?

SHERYL: It was Connie who wanted us to focus on more than just the Witch Trials in Salem, and showcase a little more of the history of Salem with various events and stories. I know we have many more ideas and plots that may be inspired by real events. I'm just so glad we have learned to incorporate Salem and make it feel more real. A lesson we actually learned from Classic Charmed, when maybe the city of San Fransisco, could have been much more prominent than it really was.



DEADLINE | Warlocks seem to be much more central in 'Elemental Charmed' and we haven't seen too many demons so far barely?

PAUL: That is something that will continue to be a stable of the series. Warlocks will be the major counterpart to Witches, and will always be the major villains throughout the series.

SHERYL: Our series will only use demons very minimal and will also be known as the Demon of... or the Demoness of... and we plan to use more Demonesses in Elemental Charmed than Demons.



DEADLINE | I noticed we do not have any Whitelighters in the series?

SHERYL: That was a decision we all put our foot down on. We want our series to not have too many magical fixes, and we want to leave viewers on the edge of their seats wondering how our characters survive each episode. Prudence is a doctor, so her medical experience will become very important that she will tend to any injuries the human way.

PAUL: We loved what Classic Charmed did with whitelighters, but to make Elemental Charmed stand out. We didn't want to take every staple of the original and bring it over.



DEADLINE | The first half of the season almost had a small story-arc in the sense that focused on many episodes with Piper and Phoebe grieving Victor and adjusting to living in Salem.

CHRIS: What we all discussed in the writer's room, was not washing away everything Piper and Phoebe felt and suddenly make it like they have been in Salem and been Witches the whole time. They just moved to Salem. So an adjustment period felt natural for the sisters. Grieving for their father Victor and also adjusting living in the same house Prudence, Paige, and Patience. That was what we wanted to tell. We also wanted to show some struggles with the five Elemental Witches adjusting and finding their footing with communicating with each other.

ZACK: Also Patience needed to grieve for Victor, and we have lots of stories planned in the writer's room further down the line that might showcase some backstories on the missing years between Piper and Phoebe moving from Salem to San Fransico to them returning after Victor's death.




DEADLINE | 'Reflections of the Dark Kind' was a pretty big episode with Bloody Mary, as we learned that Paige had a child that apparently died, and Piper and Phoebe didn't know the real story.

PAUL: That episode was a very big and important one for Paige's character. We wanted our viewers to learn about it at the same time Piper and Phoebe did. We didn't touch on any of this backstory with Paige and her child earlier on. Our pilot episode did briefly mention hints at this, but not enough to give a clear answer. It will be a much bigger part of later episodes or another season, and we will come back to this story. We just felt it made sense to bring it up now, and although Paige never truly confesses how exactly her daughter died to her nieces, we laid the foundation of a very crucial part of Warren history that we are going to come back too.

'Elemental Charmed' gets an order for full 22 episode first season on The CW

Following the airing of the show's first three episodes, The CW has officially ordered a back nine order of 9 episodes for the freshman fantasy drama series.

The CW President spoke at a recent press interview "I'm very pleased with the results of 'Elemental Charmed', it has connected with new and old fans alike, and has become a success. He said that he hopes the series can also connect with a much older crowd. We have a few older women among our main cast, and our aim is that the people who watched the original series will be able to relate and that their children might also be able to watch"

Burge couldn't contain her excitement when she got the call from the head of The CW himself. "I was nervous, when I got the call, I thought we were canceled already. So to get that relief really made my day." She said in an interview.

TBC5 who plays Phoebe Warren said she was blown away by the response. Noting that although she was too young to see the original series, she is so glad that the show has found a new group of fans, and that old fans of the Classic original series followed the new series.

Burge is already working with her writers on new ideas for future episodes and already has some big storylines for the back nine episodes. 'Had we not been given an order of 22 episodes, my plan of attack was to wrap up storylines with the thirteenth episode. I never intended to end the series on a cliffhanger. Although we are currently working on the eleventh episode. I'm so thrilled that our team will be able to produce many more episodes and we're all back in the writer's room pitching new stories for the back nine episodes now.'

But one of the most frequently asked questions is always when will the Classic Charmed stars appear. Constance M. I added a little hint of the plot that will become part of our season finale. Remembering S1 had no real story-arc, but the Inspector Rodriguez story was around for 3 episodes with hints. If you don't like this, take it out, I just added it in, but thinking it might not work? Love your input guys, and maybe this story should have been an earlier one in the season. I'm not sure?

I'm not as happy with this one than I thought I would be. So any suggestions would be nice.

Also was inspired by the suggestion of a story based on Patience and her daughters.

RUTH: I think maybe having a different villain might be better or I'd switch the plot so Patience is kidnapped and Phoebe and Piper resolve whatever fight they have feared for her safety. Maybe even a plot with a homage to Power Outage. With the Demoness of Rage having them fight where they temporarily lose their powers. I don't suggest the second, just ideas.

Just a suggestion Sasha and everyone.

I think the story just needs a little more. But that is what Team Charmed Cafe is here Sasha to help you.

SUMMER: I think I'd change the whole rage part, we had the Banshee tapping into the family's unresolved grieve for Victor. This one doesn't seem fitting unless Peyton/Andrea uses the Demoness of Rage to get Paige away from her family when they are infected by rage and take it out on Paige, another part that gets her to become a warlock. 

I think a story needing to rescue Patience might be better, or here's a suggestion, A Enter the Demon body swap plot, where Patience switches bodies with either Phoebe or Piper, that way they can understand each other better. Just throwing that out there.

I added a little hint of the plot that will become part of our season finale. Remembering S1 had no real story-arc, but the Inspector Rodriguez story was around for 3 episodes with hints. If you don't like this, take it out, I just added it in, but thinking it might not work? Love your input guys, and maybe this story should have been an earlier one in the season. I'm not sure?

I'm not as happy with this one than I thought I would be. So any suggestions would be nice.

Also was inspired by the suggestion of a story based on Patience and her daughters.

RUTH: I think maybe having a different villain might be better or I'd switch the plot so Patience is kidnapped and Phoebe and Piper resolve whatever fight they have feared for her safety. Maybe even a plot with a homage to Power Outage. With the Demoness of Rage having them fight where they temporarily lose their powers. I don't suggest the second, just ideas.

Just a suggestion Sasha and everyone.

I think the story just needs a little more. But that is what Team Charmed Cafe is here Sasha to help you.

SUMMER: I think I'd change the whole rage part, we had the Banshee tapping into the family's unresolved grieve for Victor. This one doesn't seem fitting unless Peyton/Andrea uses the Demoness of Rage to get Paige away from her family when they are infected by rage and take it out on Paige, another part that gets her to become a warlock.

I think a story needing to rescue Patience might be better, or here's a suggestion, A Enter the Demon body swap plot, where Patience switches bodies with either Phoebe or Piper, that way they can understand each other better. Just throwing that out there.

Sasha, I like your foreshadowing, but I wonder if we should wait and fit it into one of the other episodes – Summer’s edit with her “But before they can celebrate a newfound mother-daughter bonding experience, Patience, Phoebe, and Piper have to rescue Paige and Prudence, and can they fit the spell to put Phoebe and Patience back in their own bodies?” is just *so* dramatic (especially after a slight Es-edit, hehehehe), I really think the extra paragraph takes away from that. So for the time being, I’m going to take it out. If you really want it to remain, I’ll put it back in.

Along the same idea, I agree with you that this story would work better earlier in the season when Patience and her daughters are just starting to get to know each other better after her daughters grew up on the other side of the country,  but that sort of shuffling will have to wait until we’re done with our 100 episodes. Again, Sasha, if you want to keep your last paragraph, I’ll put it back to Episode 21, right before the last episode of the season.

Later, Patience is tasked with helping out an intern who wishes to become a forensic photographer one day for five days of training but is also not who he appears to be. He's really a warlock, and when he hears about one of her co-workers, he offers to help this co-worker out to benefit them both, the new intern will be hired full time and replace Patience, and the co-worker's work will finally get noticed. He sabotages Patience's darkroom and does something to the chemicals in her dark-room, now whenever Patience develops a photo, but she's also under some trance, so she starts taking photos of members of the Salem Police department, nobody wants people to see and some photos developed are of events not yet happening, that Patience is yet to act out?

Phoebe is on spring break and has opted not to accompany her friends to Boston due to getting sick at the last minute. Now recovered with three days until spring break concludes, she decides to get out of the house and go for a jog around the neighborhood upon feeling better and notices one of their neighbors taking his rage out on his two young children. When she tells Prudence and Piper what she saw. Prudence has a premonition of one of the young children being killed by a car.

They ask for assistance from Paige who uses the SSS database and discovers that the father is widowed following the death of his wife, and reports have said he might lose custody of the children if he doesn't control his drinking. Now the Warren's set out to save the children.

But with Patience under her trance, she has no control of taking photos of the father beating his children, which the warlock uses to his advantage, in order to get Patience's co-worker catching her invading privacy of people, and him being able to arrest Patience. But the warlock does something more extreme, one of the photos Patience develops is of herself killing the young boy with her car?

Will the Warren's be able to stop Patience from doing what she has no control over? Can they save Patience's reputation as a forensic photographer and help a troubled family and rescue a young child?

I took out the bit of Patience taking pictures of things that hadn't happened yet because I don't know how that could happen. The other is bad enough.

SUMMER: I like this story. I think what is happening is worse enough and perfect for our story. 

I suggested a tagline and added it to the press release above. Feel free to change it back, if needed?

PRUDENCE: Looks much better Es.

The tagline I think might need more work maybe and less long. Something simple like maybe will Patience lose everything important to her.

Something like that maybe? I'm not great at taglines. But making a suggestion.

SUMMER: I hope you continue to do more stories Prudence. Yeah the taglines maybe just need to be simple. 

Looking at the stories so far. I've forgotten Andrea has made her debut appearance in the other universe only. Unless of course she's present at Victors funeral briefly and we're to assume she's present but a press release doesn't mention that of course. 

I feel a story based around Patience and her daughters should be a focus of a S1 episode for one of the last few press releases we write up. I know we've had moments throughout the season. I just think one all around their relationship should be a key focus in a story. 


RUTH: I'd assume she would be at the funeral.

I like the sounds of an episode based around those three. Not sure what plot though.

When their grandmother, Prudence Warren (TBD1), who has been living on the other side of the country in Salem, MA has a premonition that a warlock who she had presumed was dead is back, and is going after Piper and Phoebe, she rushes to their rescue. With her are her older daughter, Piper and Phoebe's mother Patience Warren (TBD2), and her younger daughter, their aunt Paige Warren (TBD3). They three are too late to prevent the warlock from murdering Victor. Patience reveals to her daughters that their true last name is Warren just like hers, her mothers and her sisters, but the girls grew up with the last name of Bennett to hide the fact that they are witches with bound powers. Their mother gives them the choice to have her unbind their powers.

I added a little hint of the plot that will become part of our season finale. Remembering S1 had no real story-arc, but the Inspector Rodriguez story was around for 3 episodes with hints. If you don't like this, take it out, I just added it in, but thinking it might not work? Love your input guys, and maybe this story should have been an earlier one in the season. I'm not sure?

I'm not as happy with this one than I thought I would be. So any suggestions would be nice.

Also was inspired by the suggestion of a story based on Patience and her daughters.

RUTH: I think maybe having a different villain might be better or I'd switch the plot so Patience is kidnapped and Phoebe and Piper resolve whatever fight they have feared for her safety. Maybe even a plot with a homage to Power Outage. With the Demoness of Rage having them fight where they temporarily lose their powers. I don't suggest the second, just ideas.

Just a suggestion Sasha and everyone.

I think the story just needs a little more. But that is what Team Charmed Cafe is here Sasha to help you.

SUMMER: I think I'd change the whole rage part, we had the Banshee tapping into the family's unresolved grieve for Victor. This one doesn't seem fitting unless Peyton/Andrea uses the Demoness of Rage to get Paige away from her family when they are infected by rage and take it out on Paige, another part that gets her to become a warlock.

I think a story needing to rescue Patience might be better, or here's a suggestion, A Enter the Demon body swap plot, where Patience switches bodies with either Phoebe or Piper, that way they can understand each other better. Just throwing that out there.

SASHA: I did say I wasn't as thrilled with what I came up with. I'm glad someone took mine and edited it better.

ESMERALDA: I agree with all of you - fantastic idea, Sasha; great editing, Summer!

Sasha, I like your foreshadowing, but I wonder if we should wait and fit it into one of the other episodes – Summer’s edit with her “But before they can celebrate a newfound mother-daughter bonding experience, Patience, Phoebe, and Piper have to rescue Paige and Prudence, and can they fit the spell to put Phoebe and Patience back in their own bodies?” is just *so* dramatic (especially after a slight Es-edit, hehehehe), I really think the extra paragraph takes away from that. So for the time being, I’m going to take it out. If you really want it to remain, I’ll put it back in.

Along the same idea, I agree with you that this story would work better earlier in the season when Patience and her daughters are just starting to get to know each other better after her daughters grew up on the other side of the country,  but that sort of shuffling will have to wait until we’re done with our 100 episodes. Again, Sasha, if you want to keep your last paragraph, I’ll put it back to Episode 21, right before the last episode of the season.

SUMMER: Thanks Es. I like this foreshadowing, but I agree with Es. I think it might fit better earlier in the season. Half wondering, if 'Reflections of the Dark Kind' would make a better fit as Episode 21, and 'A Warren Family Feud' being moved as episode 8. The revelation of Paige's child and Piper and Phoebe learning this would make a great end of season story.

Sasha, if you really like that last paragraph, we could work that into one of the other S1 episodes that we felt didn't have a dramatic last paragraph, and just switch them around. Unless you can find a new story that might fit better with it, then we'd have a new press release.

Later, Patience tries to distract herself with work, Prudence goes to Piper’s restaurant while Paige goes to Phoebe's dorm to encourage her niece to come home. Prudence explains to one of her granddaughters while Paige explains to one of her nieces about how hard it was for Patience to have Piper and Phoebe sent away across the country, and although Patience never talks much about it, it still hurts. The two youngest Warrens learn much more about the difficulties the three older Warrens had to face, things they’d never really thought about before.

Although Piper apologizes to her mother, Phoebe turns her back on her aunt, still wanting to stay in the dorm. Feeling like she’s failed her family, Paige casts a spell so both can feel what the other does, but it backfires – it switches Phoebe’s and Patience's bodies.

Having seen so much through her mother’s eyes, Phoebe eventually says sorry to Patience, and she, Patience and Piper start planning a mother-daughters dinner, just for the three of them every Thursday night at 6 pm in the private dining room at Piper’s restaurant, but her manager will do all of the cooking and serving so Piper won’t have to.

But before they can celebrate this wonderful newfound mother-daughter bonding, the three of them have to rescue the other two Warrens. Will they be able to adapt the spell to put Phoebe and Patience back in their own bodies, so they can properly use their Elemental powers or will these two Elemental Witches be unable to use their own power forever?

Later, Patience is tasked with helping out an intern who wishes to become a forensic photographer one day for five days of training but is also not who he appears to be. He's really a warlock, and when he hears about one of her co-workers, he offers to help this co-worker out to benefit them both, the new intern will be hired full time and replace Patience, and the co-worker's work will finally get noticed. He sabotages Patience's darkroom and does something to the chemicals in her dark-room, now whenever Patience develops a photo, but she's also under some trance, so she starts taking photos of members of the Salem Police department, nobody wants people to see and some photos developed are of events not yet happening, that Patience is yet to act out?

Phoebe is on spring break and has opted not to accompany her friends to Boston due to getting sick at the last minute. Now recovered with three days until spring break concludes, she decides to get out of the house and go for a jog around the neighborhood upon feeling better and notices one of their neighbors taking his rage out on his two young children. When she tells Prudence and Piper what she saw. Prudence has a premonition of one of the young children being killed by a car.

They ask for assistance from Paige who uses the SSS database and discovers that the father is widowed following the death of his wife, and reports have said he might lose custody of the children if he doesn't control his drinking. Now the Warren's set out to save the children.

But with Patience under her trance, she has no control of taking photos of the father beating his children, which the warlock uses to his advantage, in order to get Patience's co-worker catching her invading privacy of people, and him being able to arrest Patience. But the warlock does something more extreme, one of the photos Patience develops is of herself killing the young boy with her car?

Will the Warren's be able to stop Patience from doing what she has no control over? Can they save Patience's reputation as a forensic photographer and help a troubled family and rescue a young child?

Spring Break according to me googling I found in Salem it is between March 15 Friday Spring Break starts and March 25 Monday Spring Break ends, Classes start), so we can easily adjust the episode placement when needed to episode 16 which has an air date of April 7th. 

I'll let you guys title and tagline it. I can't think of anything at the moment.

But one of the cops who has always been jealous of Patience's accomplishments and who resents that his own work as a cop has gone unnoticed for 30 years, sets out to ruin Patience's reputation.

Later, Patience is tasked with giving a forensic photographer intern for five days of training but is also not who she appears to be. She's really a warlock, and when she hears about Patience's coworker, she and the coworker join forces to make the new intern the full-time photographer, replacing Patience, while the co-worker's work will finally get noticed. The warlock sabotages Patience's darkroom, adding a potion of her own to the chemicals in her darkroom. Now whenever Patience develops a photo, smelling the potion in the chemicals puts her into a trance and she takes photos of members of the SPD that nobody wants the public to see.  Developing those pictures just makes things worse. In the meantime, the warlock takes the perfect pictures that also highlight the cop's work.

Phoebe is on spring break and has opted not to accompany her friends to Boston due to becoming sick at the last minute. I took out the bit of Patience taking pictures of things that hadn't happened yet because I don't know how that could happen. The other is bad enough.

SUMMER: I like this story. I think what is happening is worse enough and perfect for our story. 

I suggested a tagline and added it to the press release above. Feel free to change it back, if needed?

PRUDENCE: Looks much better Es.

The tagline I think might need more work maybe and less long. Something simple like maybe will Patience lose everything important to her.

Something like that maybe? I'm not great at taglines. But making a suggestion.

SUMMER: I hope you continue to do more stories Prudence. Yeah the taglines maybe just need to be simple. 

Looking at the stories so far. I've forgotten Andrea has made her debut appearance in the other universe only. Unless of course she's present at Victors funeral briefly and we're to assume she's present but a press release doesn't mention that of course. 

I feel a story based around Patience and her daughters should be a focus of a S1 episode for one of the last few press releases we write up. I know we've had moments throughout the season. I just think one all around their relationship should be a key focus in a story. 


RUTH: I'd assume she would be at the funeral.

I like the sounds of an episode based around those three. Not sure what plot though.
