If they were going to be friends, it would be a different story. But if its not related, why did Prue, Piper and Phoebe using their powers on each other take away their powers and break the power of three? I didn't say it's not related. I did express it plays a factor, but as we all know Charmed likes to contradict, itself. Like the many occasions the Charmed Ones froze despite "good witches don't freeze" narrative. There's only one example of them using their powers on each other and it "broke the PO3". Prue TK'd Phoebe in S3E1 "The Honeymoon's Over", yet the PO3 didn't break. Or, Paige, TKing an apple in Phoebe's mouth, in S6E5 "Love's a Witch", but the PO3 stayed in tact. It's clear that there's still a little bit (key phrase here) of a difference between their sisterhood and the PO3 magic. Which, I gave many examples of it.

I gave my example too. Power Outage. The power of three is linked to their sisterhood. Otherwise a heated argument should not be enough to break it.

Got anything else for me besides S3E7 "Power Outage"? As many of the examples I gave contradict the one single episode that is S3E7 "Power Outage". S1E3 "Thank You for Not Morphing" S1E7 "The Fourth Sister" S1E17 "That 70s Episode" - Forgot to mention, little Prue used her TK on little Piper to block her, but the PO3 remained in tact. S2E1 "Witch Trial" S6E5 "Love's a Witch" S8E13 "Repo Manor" So many examples of the show contradicting itself lol

Witch Trial is a terrible example. It basically went against the fact that there is no power of one. Three of us as one - sisterhood equals power of three. And whether you think they contradict it or not, Power Outage is also canon. Since you're so anal on what is canon, you can't deny that the break in sisterhood in that episode broke the Power of Three.

Since you're so anal on what is canon, you can't deny that the break in sisterhood in that episode broke the Power of Three. To a certain extent, I agree S2E1 "Witch Trial" is not the best example, since it, too changed the S1E13 "From Fear to Eternity" canon away from Patty being the one flipping the pages of the book to Gram's. Just more proof of the show contradicting itself, but that's besides the point. My point being is S2E1 "Witch Trial" was first and before S3E7 "Power Outage". Same with S1E17 "That's 70's Episode" & S1E3 "Thank You for Not Morphing" that canonized "the PO3" as a separate entity from their "sisterhood", and I tend to lean towards the canon that was first. That being said, it's funny that you mention the "PO3" as three persons and not one because in some (not all) Christian circles, there's the belief that the Father, Son & Holy Spirit are three persons, but one God. And, there's a thread around here talking about Christianity, and I mentioned how Charmed tried to emulate that despite the "witch" label. At least, in the earlier seasons, but I dugress.

I want to add S1E1 "Something Wicca This Way Comes" credits Constance M. Burge (the creator of the show) as the writer, for the episode, canonizes Jeremy as Piper's boyfriend.
Whereas, S5E18 "Cat House" credits Brad Kern (the showrunner of the show) as the writer, for the episode, canonizes Jeremy as Piper's fiance.
Which one do we go with, if they contradict each other like that? Which is why I go with whatever was first and not later adapted.
EDIT: But, for the contradicting canon in the episodes in question, I accept it for that episode, alone. If S5E18 "Cat House" wants to have Jeremy as Piper's fiance, fine. But before and after that, Jeremy was never engaged to Piper.
Same with how I view S3E7 "Power Outage" & S6E4 "The Power of Three Blondes" making the PO3 power/magic the same as their sisterhood, for their respective episodes. Outside of those respective episodes, they're different things.
The same thing with the S2E2 "Morality Bites" lesson not being present in S6E17 "Hyde School Reunion". S6E17 "Hyde School Reunion" doesn't acknowledge the S2E2 "Morality Bites" lesson, as it wanted to tell a different story.

What Holly I believe said in the first version of the podcast or whatever episode it was on. Spelling wanted the show to be written and done so that it can be watched in any order. Viewers only needed a basic understanding of the concept and characters but didn't need to have seen the episodes prior. It's evident because the continuity never was consistent. Sometimes it wasn't and sometimes they did do it right. Or as Aaeiyn you said. New season, new rules. 😆 Out of interest. How many times WAS the Morality Bites lesson really referenced after the episode for fall-out on the famous words Phoebe said.

Out of interest. How many times WAS the Morality Bites lesson really referenced after the episode for fall-out on the famous words Phoebe said. S2E19 "Ex Libris", when Prue wanted to use the truth spell on Gibbs, the pawn shop owner, Phoebe said "no" because of the S2E2 "Morality Bites" lesson. In S8E3 "Run, Piper, Run", Piper explains to Billie they don't usually vanquish humans. Something Christy even says in S8E18 "The Torn Identity", I believe or somewhere in late S8, when Piper lost her mind in wanting to kill Billie & Christy just to get Leo back, but I digress. Christy does mention Billie & Christy's humanity, and how the Charmed Ones shouldn't commit murder, on them. I think Prue said something similar to Cole, in S3E14 "The Good, the Bad & the Cursed" via the first instinct shouldn't be to kill. Same with Phoebe telling Cole in S5E9 "Sam I am", the human beings that shot up the bar were human beings that didn't deserve to die.

But it has popped up throughout the years. Ah so nothing in S6 they referenced this. They really had a different story to tell that period and S7.

I think s6 was different but s7 it was interesting and I was reminded due to the point of contradicting canon. But in Death Becomes Them, Piper is forced to vanquish innocents to protect her sisters - its not punishing the guilty, don't get me wrong but its like Death Becomes Them and Something Wicca This Way Goes forces them to do everything they ever swore against.

Those innocents were zombified versions of the lost innocents controlled by the Necromancer. Piper did feel guilt when she said please forgive me. I don't know what they could have done to save them. They were already dead and they were now resting in peace.

Thanks. Still not near the amount of times I thought it would be. But it has popped up throughout the years. Ah so nothing in S6 they referenced this. They really had a different story to tell that period and S7. I still take issues with it: S2E19 "Ex Libris" - Prue can't cast a "Truth Spell" (though, Paige did this to the truck driver in S8E10 "Vaya Con Leos", but I digress) on Gibbs, the pawn shop owner, but they can conspire with a ghost to scare him into confession? S3E14 "The Good, the Bad & the Cursed" - Sutter already was on the run, but Prue still TK'd him after telling Cole his first instinct shouldn't be "to kill". Granted, she didn't kill Sutter but still her TKing Sutter was a bit extra. S5E9 "Sam I Am" - Yes, those bad guys at the bar shot up the place but did we forget that Cole is HALF-HUMAN? I HATE S5 (mostly S5A) for NOT helping Cole, like they should've. S8E3 "Run, Piper, Run" - Despite Piper saying they don't usually vanquish humans, they still scared Nance into confession (just like Gibbs, the pawn shop owner in S2E19 "Ex Libris"). Late S8 - Despite Christy calling out the Charmed Ones for losing their way, she still manipulated Billie into being a hypocrite because in order to equally "stop the Charmed Ones", they have to break that vow of the Charmed Ones' humanity, just as much. I mean, BOTH teams were trying to kill each other... I guess they focused more on NOT trying to kill them rather than doing magical things to them like Phoebe turning Spencer Ricks into a Turkey/Pig in S6E7 "Soul Survivor". Or, Piper turning the reporters into rats in S8E6 "Kill Billie: Vol I". But, I'll give Paige credit for telling Piper to turn them back. Even then, Paige still tried to scare that one reporter away in that same episode (S8E6 "Kill Billie: Vol I"), from coming to the manor, by posing as the ghost of Carol Flowers. So, it all seems moot.

S6 could explain how they got to their S8 selves & Christy being correct about "losing their way". I still disagree that they "lost their way" in S6. I do believe Piper lost her mind, in S8, but I get it, she just wanted Leo back. You do bring up a good point about S7E21 "Death Becomes Them", though being a S2E2 "Morality Bites" reminder.

Oh I didn't hate s6 too much until Chris-Chrossed and Hyde School Reunion just crossed all the limits to me. It's not a comfort show for me so I couldn't stand it.

Oh I didn't hate s6 too much until Chris-Chrossed and Hyde School Reunion just crossed all the limits to me. It's not a comfort show for me so I couldn't stand it. I totally get not liking every single episode, in a season. In fact, despite S1 being my favorite season, I don't love every single episode in that season. S1E14 "Secrets & Guys" can go kick rocks. I understand why some (not all) love that episode because it's VERY Prue centric, good for them. I (personally) cannot with that episode. It's not "Charmed", for me. But, I don't think it's fair to hold back an ENTIRE season because of one or two bad episodes. I'm sure S6 has more "bad" episode than what you mentioned, as I (too) don't care too much for certain episodes, in a season. But, the ones I do like, I like A LOT like the following: S6E4 "The Power of Three Blondes" S6E5 "Love's a Witch" S6E7 "Soul Survivor" S6E9 "Little Monsters" S6E14 "The Legend of Sleepy Halliwell" S6E15 "I Dream of Phoebe" S6E16 "The Courtship of Wyatt's Father" S6E17 "Hyde School Reunion" (IK not for you or anyone else, but I accept the story the writers wanted to tell, here and accept it as canon for this episode, alone) S6E18 "Spin City" That's still A LOT of episodes that I like, that doesn't hold back the season, for me. An episode I'm starting to like more (though, maybe not you or anyone else 'cause Phoebe does bail on her Charmed duties to talk to Jason, doesn't help Paige is encouraging her, but I digress) is S6E13 "Used Karma". It utilizes original Warren powers & the threat is a PO3 threat. It's not the best episode to showcase my girls Phoebe & Paige in the best light, but Piper is actually quite tolerable, here and is very focused on the threat, at hand. Despite all that, I still do like Phoebe & Paige, at the beginning of the episode because of that cute double date dinner scene, that's about it, though LOL

When, they told Dr. Williamson that he was hurting people (even if those people were criminals).

I think the only ones I liked are Little Monsters, The Courtship of Wyatt's Father and I do also like Used Karma. I also like the finale and Gideon being the big Bad despite the once again focus on Wyatt but I love the idea of an Elder being evil while thinking they're doing good. It's interesting since we were talking about Morality Bites but S6 does kind of show that through Gideon (wrong thing done for the right reasons is still the wrong thing) but also contradicts it with Hyde School Reunion.

TBH, I'm not a big fan of the the show's premieres nor finales, so IDK if I'm the best judgement call, when it comes to the show's premieres and/or finales LOL I want to like it, but I don't.

I like when they're having dinner dates, parties or anything that has them at a table eating and celebrating. Which I have to say seems to happen more in the Paige era than Prue era.
