If they get Sheryl on for her S1 episodes I'll watch those in a heartbeat. Same if they get Shannen and Alyssa on so all three are together or any of the writers I like. But I have a hunch it might be hard given both Shannen and Alyssa are acting regularly in new projects (Shannen had a new movie that came out not too long ago). It'll depend on their schedules. That might be why neither had agreed to be part of this as regulars and why those three decided to do it together.
That's very true. I'm very glad to hear it won't JUST be those three on every week. That it'll be different guests each week. I might listen to the podcast version while I'm doing something else on my laptop.
Oh, man, if they could get Sheryl, that would be SO cool! But like many others, she hasn't had much to do with Charmed since she was part of the S8 DVD interviews. But if she would....oh, yes! If they get her for 'That 70s Episode' which she wrote, that would be SO cool!. But It'll be fun to see Finola or Jennifer on for that one too.

Having worked a lot with Brian and Holly in season 6 Drew obviously formed a close friendship with them throughout the years including attending conventions also.
He and Wes have also been good friends from what I understand.
Whether Wes appears will be determined by his schedule and whether he's filming anything like other actors who appeared on Charmed.
Of course, it would be lovely to see Alyssa or Shannen appear on a podcast though fans may want other people who haven't attended conventions much or spoken about Charmed rarely like Ted or Dorian. Even guest stars vocalize their experiences of working on the show.
Thank God Kernus is finished because I wouldn't like to hear from him knowing what I do now then.
I'm not sure if Rose would appear or whether fans would want her actually because of how vocal she's been on other matters, so we'd have to see there obviously.
Because seasons 1-3 are the most popular folks will wanna hear from writers and directors who were on the show before Kernus took over like Nell and Sheryl and yes even hear from Connie herself about what her overall premise would've been for Charmed had she not been kicked out overall.

I just listened to the second episode. Have to admit I got bored where they went off-topic at the start a bit. It got so much better when the guest "Johh T. Kretchmer came on. They all really did a good job with it.
I really think the guests are going to make this podcast the most interesting.

This podcast was a long time coming, and worth the wait. It's like having the convention panels weekly! I loved it before I even watched it. As everyone said, most we already knew, but looking forward to hearing more as it goes along. They have some good things planned to make it even more exciting.

Very cool. Very happy to see they'll have guests on and it just won't be those three on each week. Finally watched this. I really enjoyed John T. Kretchmer's comments on the behind the scenes parts of the first two episodes. What didn't impress me was they spent too much time talking about later seasons. Get on topic, guys (those seasons can be discussed when they get to S5 and S6). Also didn't appreciate them wasting time talking about tattoos for too long, so I had to fast forward through all of that until John came on as a guest. They completely ignored Ted and Dorian like they didn't exist at all. Hopefully they'll appear as guests later on. It has room to improve, so maybe it'll get better. Now onto the parts that were worth while: *Holly and director John talking about the feel of the show. Especially the lighting. That it was Moody and everything that they wanted. I'm excited to see if they explain why that changed after the show went on. I also found it interesting hearing that Shannen was a big part of that with the look of it and keeping it Moody, and was trying to help make sure every element added to the storylines. *I was touched when John asked Holly to give his love to Shannen and said she absolutely will. *Was nice to see John had such an impact on the cast and hearing all the wonderful things he said about them all including Shannen and Alyssa was nice. *Hearing the filming of Holly's part as Piper going into the church was great. *I liked when it mentioned how the show brought out elements from all three they didn't know they had before when working together. *Also hearing Holly talk about the structure of the show was fun. With the B storylines and the demon of the week A storylines. What was important and I agree with Holly here the important element was the humanizing aspect of the show. Wanting to make it clear they were good witches and that they were "sisters that just happened to be witches" and "not witches that were sisters".

I tried watching it and got bored. I REALLY like your transcript better, Katie Warren. Yeah, she keeps repeating words and I desperately want to edit it, but it's a LOT more interesting! Thank you for doing that, Katie. I doubt if I'll watch any more but if I get a transcript like this (without the boring off-topic stuff), I'll read it.

The guest for episode 3 is the actor playing OG Victor. I noticed the podcast Instagram follows John Cho and Danielle Harris now too. Sounds like the guests are booked for the next few episodes.
Sounds like we might not get any OG writers on. At least not yet.

Thank God Kernus is finished because I wouldn't like to hear from him knowing what I do now then. Regardless of him being finished...he wouldnt show up anyway. Holly dont like him and im sure the others agree.

i dont wanna be a negative input to this thread nor disrespectful to our charmed icons but i saw the first episode and im not impressed at all its like having holly and brian answering the same old panel questions over and over again and drew just tags along to gain some coins. If they had made the podcast before podcasts were a thing and before a thousand comic cons with holly and brian then i might watch but now its just another pebble in the sea. For now i'll pass till they bring rose so we can have some fresh views and new perspectives I'm proud of alyssa and shannen doherty still practicing their craft, acting, and book new projects, that's progress, instead of keep taking advantage of their charmed legacy in order to stay kinda relevant. If they call the three leads more often to guest then ill change my mind

I wasn't really a fan of the 3rd episode podcast.

I didn't enjoy the third podcast. I'm getting sick of them going off topic.
Brian adds nothing to the podcast really at all thus far. He admits to not watching the episodes to prep. Well then why even be part of it.
I personally think Brian and Holly should just let Drew take full control interviewing each guest since he seems to be the only one who seems to be watching the episodes to prepare for each podcast.
I'm hoping they improve. I really do. But I'm losing interest with the threesome. Unless the guests are good, I don't think I can keep up listening to those three. Unless they get it together and have a better structure to the podcasts
So far the second podcast was the best of the three.
John Cho I think is the guest for podcast 4. I will check that one out for him. Great actor and I liked Mark.

It's the same questions over and over. It's gotten boring. I'd be more interested in hearing from other voices and new perspectives. Like you, I tried to watch the first one and got so bored. As others have said here, the guests are really going to be the only thing that will make this podcast series worth while. I wonder if Holly even wants to act anymore. Unless, she just wants to be a mother to her sons and make them her priority not her career, I'd understand. She hasn't really done too much since Charmed ended apart from Pretty Little Liars, unlike Alyssa and Shannen who continue to book new projects all the time. She's a great actress.

The 3rd episode sounded like a sad man being selected to speak about 1 episode in his life that I feel he didn't even remember. Brian adds absolutely nothing. Drew tries to keep it on track a little I agree the 2nd podcast was the best with the director. I feel like Drew could do it without Holly or Brian. Brian didn't even ad anything to the first episode he started in - other than he thought he was supposed to be for Phoebe...which sort of did make sense.

I checked out the one with John Cho. Because I really love Mark and was curious. I loved hearing how much his time on Charmed meant to him. Holly and John have amazing chemistry. I see the love they have for each other even on the podcast today. Like they truly admire each other so much.
I agree with Holly when she said this was her first favorite episode of Charmed. I do think it was the best one from the shows first five or six episodes.
I got a kick out of Brian even admitting they had more chemistry than he and Holly ever had on the show. I'll admit as usual with the earlier ones I checked out, they kept going off-topic. So I had to fast forward parts. Honestly, as others have said, Brian is the least interesting person on the podcast. He adds nothing of value than a random comment here and there. Unless he'll talk more once Leo's role increases. At least he watches the episodes now before they recap. Sounds like Holly has moved to Seattle and has retired from acting or so it appears. But she did get offered a role on The Winchesters. Too bad she couldn't do it. Is this the first time we heard she has moved?
