I really wish they would fix those audio issues that make the episodes almost unlistenable to me. I listen to other podcasts where the hosts record remotely on their own and they don't have those issues.

Just started listening to 70s Episode podcast. I smiled at Drew putting that 70s Episode in his top 3 after Dead Man Dating and one other. Holly mentioned 70s, The Witch Is Back and Dead Man Dating are in the top 4. Drew mentioned later Dead Man Dating, Something Wicca and 70s are the top 3 for him. The episode really got to Drew. He cried twice during it, as I'm sure most of us fans have before. Drew and Holly loved the opening with clips for the 70s. Holly wants to get Sheryl on the podcast to ask her questions about the writing. I hope she manages to get that to happen. She thinks some lines were rewritten by a another possible male writer. Drew got annoyed Holly and Brian spoil stuff for him. Drew loves the Phoebe dynamic with Patty. And they loved that it expanded on the sisterhood. They loved the interactions they had with their younger selves. Holly felt the emotional moments and grounding of family made the show so special. The only thing dislike Holly didn't like was the effect of The Halliwells going out the door by Grams. But it didn't bother Drew who enjoyed the scene as a viewer. Holly loved Alyssa's performances with Phoebe's emotions with her story. She thinks it was very well done. Drew loved Alyssa's performance also. It was so good with her thinking about the loss of a parent. I'm not used to Finola's british accent at all. I'm so used to her American accent as Patty. Finola took one of the windows in the manor when the show ended and uses it in her house bathroom. The casting for Finola was discussed. The producer from her previous show for Spelling asked her in to discuss the role. They explained the part to her and offered her the part. She didn't have to audition. Finola mentioned her first day of shooting being nervous and Shannen made Finola feel comfortable on set. Holly mentioned that Shannen adores Finola. Finola was told the part would lead to more episodes but her busy schedule always prevented her doing episodes over the years. I think Holly said this was one of the better episodes of S1 but I couldn't understand her as she spoke too fast if that is what she said. Finola liked the costumes and hair for her and Grams in the 70s. Her first scene was coming down the manor stairs. Finola and Holly loved the casting for the kids who played Little Prue and Piper. They were so cute on set. Finola remembers the Diner scene. She loved the moment where she went outside and bumped into Phoebe. She loved that scene. Finola loves the family aspect of Charmed. Holly mentioned that Shannen recognised that Finola was being quiet on set and told the others to let her be to make her feel comfortable on set. Shannen and Alyssa looked at the producers and said they're putting her In a van because she's sick and to go home. Holly mentioned how at this time they were all supportive and looked after their cast and guests. Finola appreciated that Shannen, Holly and Alyssa had compassion and empathy for the actors coming on set. Thanks for the recap, West! I just might decide to listen to this one when I have a chance. It's been forever since I did. I do hope they get Sheryl on. I wonder if it'll be for 'All Halliwells Eve'. Since I have a hunch they'll want Misha Collins on for 'They're Everywhere' and Antonio Sabàto Jr. for the Bane episodes. |

I love hearing how much this episode touched his heart and he cried twice during it. Finola was great. I'm smiling that the moment she remembers the most and loved was when Patty and Phoebe meet outside the diner. Oh, is that one of my own favorites. Please Holly, get Sheryl on. I really hope she can make that happen. Like summerreading pointed out, she might get lucky for AHE. I'm betting my bottom dollar they'll want Antonio Sabàto Jr. for the Bane episodes and Misha Collins for 'They're Everywhere'. They may even get Shannen for Ms. Hellfire since it's pretty Prue centric, and I believe Shannen said in the past she loves that one. So no surprises if its Shannen on for that one. |

The Smallville one is better produced and they couldn't get her on. I don't see the Charmed one having too much luck. She's also way too big of a star now, I just don't see her coming on. |

I wonder what happened. Maybe they've fallen behind on recording. Since I imagine the ones released this year were recorded last year already. Hopefully, they'll be back soon. On patreon, where you pay a fee, the next episode has come out, Out of Sight. However on Apple Podcast and Spotify they haven't been uploaded there. I'm wondering if they are trying to keep content backed up for when they go to the Paris conference |

yeah this is why i speed it up to x1.5 to get passed all their rambling. I like Drew taking it seriously though. Brian gets caught up in his character a lot too and I feel like he focuses on that way too much. Interesting how Drew rated this, 9 very high and was interested in how the exposure raised the stakes - I wonder if he has seen AHBL. At this point Holly and Brian annoy me and I would rather a fan and Drew be reviewing the episode more critically. |

I wish they hadn't. I think you're right. It's clear neither Holly and Brian make any effort for the podcast. I'm betting its Drew who puts in all the work and is the one running all the promotion and social media accounts. Holly and Brian just turn up and half-ass it. The fact they grill Drew on being so organized for each episode while teasing him doing so. Also Holly loves to rub it in and spoil future plotlines for him. He's better off without them. |

The "they" that has some background folks pushing for this podcast. As per always, "They" are always in control and manipulating things. The Marketing just trying to jump on other show actors making a podcast. Someone forcing folks to participate...do they not know what's happening? But I guess the "average" fan (if you're still at The Cafe, we're not average fans) just likes Piper, Leo and their kid!!! Don't care the content, just want them. |

I find it borderline offending how she always makes fun of Drew for actually preparing for the recording and making an effort in general. |
