Well, I'm excited about everything. I think the Finale will be great! I guess I am easy to please. This is the first show that I have followed from beginning to end, so it's very special to me. The only disappointment that I can comment on is that Charmed's fans are complaining and moaning about who there's, who's not and "who stole who's Malibu Barbie...."! haha. I know you (we) have every right to address our opinions, which is why I just addressed mine! It'll be nice to see everyone that's coming back. Plus on May 22, it's gonna be a sad, sad night. -C

lol that musta been embarassing, charmedguy.
btw i heard the final scene is gonna be phoebe's wedding. i was hoping the door closing from prue even if shes not there. but in spirit.
like ok the camera exiting the manor like in "all hell breaks loose" but with prues telekineses noise.
that'd be the best.
and of course the episode would have not to be crap. lol thats how i'd want it to end.

Where did you find out that it's going to end on PHOEME's wedding??? I hope to god it's not going to end on that crappy storyline, it should end on "Prue" closing the door once and for all.

Interviews to Kern about the finale in which he said the last scene being filmed will be Phoebe's wedding. I'm just hoping it will not be the last one seen.

I'm most upset about Prue not being in the finale but I'm most upset that Brad didn't bother to ask. That's low even for him.

Disappointments:
MAJOR: The absence of Prue. She was a Charmed One, that cannot be denied, no matter what Kern, or even that matter SD can say. She should have been asked back for the finale. I wouldn't want the show to be all about Prue, because she has been gone for 5 years, but it would be nice to see her when it all wraps up, and she would finally get to meet Paige, in person, so to speak and give at least a plausible reason she has not been back in touch, be it a whitelighter or whatever.
Ending the show with Phoebe getting married AGAIN. Sorry but I don't like Phoebe, I really don't even like Alyssa Milano and I never have. From her days as Samantha Micelli on Who's The Boss to Jennifer Mancini on Melrose Place, her acting has never impressed me, and to think the show ends on her wedding is really distasteful and personally disrespectful to most of the fans of the show. I mean no disrespect to her fans, this is just my personal opinion.
MINOR: Dorian Gregory not returning as Daryl Morris. He was a part of the show from the beginning. Although I am not a major fan of his, it would have still been nice to see him in the finale. He seemed to have more in common with Phoebe than any other sister I thought and if she is going to be married, he should have at least been on the guest list.
Julian McMahon not returning as Cole Turner. Although not another fave of mine, he was still Phoebe's first true love. He should at least appear to her, tell her it's ok that she is getting married, as she and he would never be able to. Even though Kern said he called in every favor he had for the 150th eppisode, it's still a shame not to see Cole at least wish Phoebe happiness face to face.
And so Charmed is "vanquished" so to speak, we will all miss it, no matter how we feel about the directions of the show, and how the characters and actors felt about each other. One thing is for sure, we have all had a blast on these boards and I hope that this site will remain active, even after Charmed is gone from us.

Interviews to Kern about the finale in which he said the last scene being filmed will be Phoebe's wedding. I'm just hoping it will not be the last one seen. I'm hoping for the same thing, maracev. When I heard that Phoebe was getting married (again!!) that was a disappointment because I have a weird feeling that they would make such a big deal out of it. I wanted the ending to be more equal among the sisters'... a final bonding episode for the series finale.

i guess, that's a good finale, considering it's been her fondest wish to have a daughter, and that Piper has leo, Paige has Henry, wouldnt it be just fair if Phoebe also has someone.
anyway, I just hope, cole is back

Phoebe has had guys aswell. She was married to both Cole (he's now dead now) and Dex, earlier this season.

I just hate that they have to have a man to be happy or fulfilled.

I don't think the wedding scene will be the final scene. I think they'll pan across the livingroom, kitchen, the whole manor - until they get to the attic and zoom in on the book of shadows and fade to black.
Sounds better than "You may now kiss the bride."

yes it does. I didn't watch for for the last scene to be Phoebe and her darn wedding.

^^^^^ you and me both.
if it does end that way, it would totally take away from the whole storyline of sisters being witches. The show was supposed to be originally focused on the three sisters.. not just the one t&a cash-cow.
The more I think about the way the show is going to end, the more ticked off I seem to be getting. I think I should just stay out of this thread.

I hate the fact that Shannen/Prue won't be back for the finale. But what I hate the most is the fact that Brad and Shannen won't call it truce and give the fans a spectacular finale. Alot of people want to see Prue back in the finale, but because they won't bury the hatchet, we won't get to see her. They are adults and they are acting like they're in fricken high school for crying out loud.... Truce? Brad Kern and Shannen worked together in coordinating several eppies including All Hell Breaks loose when Shannen was the Director....In fact Brad has praised Shannen's eye for detail and a Natural as a Director Brad and Shannen never fought, though he was as disapointed as everyone else when Shannen decided to leave Brad has stated several times he has never bothered to ask Shannen to make a guest apperence cause he knows (fears) that she would say no Ironically on the other hand Shannen has said she would consider doing a guest apperence if asked but since they never asked it is not likely to happen (ever, now) Example, She was on the 90210 reunion cause they asked her

Holly even said in an interview how angry she herself was about how they fired Shannen--by calling her lawyer and telling him while she was out of the country. Shannen did want to leave mid season 3 and was threatened with a lawsuit if she quit, but then they turned around and fired her. This has been confirmed by both her and Holly as well as others. She didn't quit.
