Well, Brad Kern was scrambling for cash. Neither Sam nor Henry is featured in the family get together in the end. Was that because of money concerns?
Okay, I know some of you are going to object. Why should Sam be at the Halliwell family - past, present, future get together? Wouldn't his presence just piss off Victor? But, Henry? Surely he belonged there!

I thought Henry was at the family reunion in "Forever Charmed"?
Sam should have been there, but either Scott Jaeck was unavailable (maybe he was contracted to an off-broadway production while the finale was filming), or Kern simply didn't ask him back in order to "save money"?

I'll check again. But my impression is that Henry's last appearance was at Phoebe's condo when he and Paige explore the many and varied ways that okay can be used in a dialogue.

The Great One - You have such a hard time letting go that you said to me "Stop it, you've lost the fight" which is wrong, and that made me angry and to make it worse when I reply back to you, you continue it once again saying "You deserved the comment" No, I didn't deserve that comment. Stop this right now, and continue on with the discussion about Charmed. This is immature. If you decide to continue, I will ignore you. I didn't see Henry at the family gathering at the manor either. But hadn't Paige told him to stay away? That was my impression of it when they were at Phoebe's condo. There are other pictures of "another child" from the set. There's about 5 pictures including the birthday party picture but as they're private, I don't know if it would be okay for me to show them. All I'm saying is there are pictures of Wyatt and Melinda in Wyatt's nursery, Wyatt, Chris and Mel and another one of all three together. Again, if she wasn't their littlesister why was those pictures taken with Wyatt and Chris? If she had been Phoebe's daughter, wouldn't there have been pictures of her with her sister's? There are no pictures like that, only with Wyatt and Chris and Katie. The two pictures were called "Piper's adorable three children" and "Wyatt, Chris and Melinda - Piper's children" Both pictures are very good and all children look good  |

I haven't read this whole discussion, but here is my take on it.
Yes, I believe that the girl in the finale that was with Wyatt and Chris is Piper's daughter.
Although Piper did plan on naming her daughter Prudence Melinda (as The Great One said & showed a clip of episode 5x16), it seems Piper changed her mind. I can't answer why she did (it was never clarified on the show), but apparently she did.
The Book of Three Volume 2 (which is an official charmed book), said that Piper ended up having a daughter named Melinda. I personally am not sure why she decided against naming her Prudence Melinda, but she apprently did.
None of the names of Phoebe's daughters were mentioned were they? Correct me if I am wrong. It hasn't been mentioned anywhere that Phoebe named her daughter Prudence Melinda was it? I personally believe that this is an entirely different topic. Whether she named her daughter Prudence or not, I don't believe it's relevant to Piper's daughter.
Again, I don't know why Piper would have changed her daughter's name to Melinda rather than Prudence Melinda, so I can't really argue those points. Thinking about it, I personally would have liked it if Piper decided to name her daughter after Prue. But apparently she didn't.
The finale didn't mention little details like names of the children, so it doesn't really surprise me that they wouldn't specify that Piper's daughter's name was changed from Season 5.
This is just my take on the topic!

wait a minute i just realized something. that little girl who closed the door with her powers in the finale right? how could she be piper's daughter if piper was an old lady?! it must have been her GRANDDAUGHTER that we are all fighting about. correct me if i'm wrong but we are talking about that little girl right?

She closed the door on season 1 and her namesake closed the door on Season 8. How can we know it's Chris and Bianca's daughter? Her name is Prudence, no doubt, but Bianca was killed by evil Wyatt. Of course, in a new time line, without good Wyatt, Bianca could certainly be alive. However, would she and Chris have gotten together in that new timeline, she being an assassin and all (daughter of an assassin)? Just something to consider. |

It is believed to be Melinda's daughter, not Chris' and Bianca's..that's why I think Melinda's name is Melinda and not Prudence Melinda as many on here seem to believe. Why would The Book Of Three Vol. 2 write her name as Melinda and not Prudence Melinda, if Prudence Melinda was her name? It was never mentioned on the show.

Well, Prudence (Piper's granddaughter, who closes the manor door with telekinesis in the final flashforward of "Forever Charmed") could have theoretically been the daughter of either Wyatt or Chris or Melinda. They never really specified which grandchild belonged to which of Piper/Leo's kids.
Personally, I believe that little Prudence (the granddaughter whom Old Piper reads to, in the flashforward) is the daughter of Melinda and Melinda's oracle husband, Ezra.

Ezra wasn't on the show, he has been made up by people. I believe the granddaughter was Melinda's aswell, therefore it would seem odd for Melinda to be named Prudence Melinda, if she is calling her daughter Prudence.

You believe? Not good enough. You love Prudence Melinda because she's Katie, so you want her to be the mother. Definitely not a good enough reason.
First, you still haven't said anything that convinces me that she's Piper's daughter.
Next, IF she's Piper's daughter, we have no idea if the granddaughter's name was Prue--just like the little girl, she was never given a name, and no, it saying in the script or Katie or Katie's mother saying so still doesn't mean a darn thing to me--it wasn't said on the show, we don't know. Period.
Now I like to think that she IS Piper's daughter named Prudence Melinda. BUT we do not know if the granddaughter is Prudence Melinda's daughter.
I think she's Chris and Bianca's. And Chris named her after both his sister and his mother...she's Piper Prudence. And just like they call Prudence Melinda by her middle name, they call Piper Prudence Prue.
But it's just what I think. She could just as easily be Wyatt's daughter; she could just as easily be the daughter of Phoebe's daughter, who Piper raised after Phoebe died. We simply don't know, the reason why this argument will go on forever.
