Maybe she should've been told but what if she thought that Phoebe was crazy and fired her. Maybe that's why they didn't told her.

I liked what the comics did with the story. Her learning it that way and the way they dealt with the events of Mortality Bites was great.
It was odd that she didnt learn. I was wondering when she would find out or be told. It would of explained the family emergencies and allow Phoebe to get away with them.

I personally wish that Elise had of found out. Maybe Phoebe could have told her about it in season eight - Elise could have perhaps taken Darryl's role in helping the sisters. After all, Elise probably had a lot of connections in San Fransisco, connections that could get information (reporters on crime scenes for example).
I'd like to believe Elise would have kept their secret. Phoebe and Elise had a lot of heart to hearts in the show - Elise seemed like a hard and tough woman but she was also very fair, kind, and loving. Both are true with Elise. Hopefully if these movies happen she can come back!
