(CHAPTER 19)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~AN UNKNOWN PLACE
Leo, still chained to the wall is overly tired, hungry, and depressed.
"Piper....Piper...," Leo mumbles to himself, tugging on the chains. "I don't know what I'm going to tell Wyatt and Chris...luckily I brought them to Magic School...," Leo says quietly, unsure if anyone is listening.
Suddenly something dawns on him that he hasn't realized before.
"Page...Phoebe....they were with Piper....Oh I hope their okay...," Leo then says, shaking his head.
Leo trys to sense them.
"I can't sense them...and usually anywhere I go I can sense them...unless....unless I'm in the underworld...or their in the underworld...but I must be...if Phoebe and Paige made it alive they will be able to find me!" Leo assures him self, however, going againest the demon they went againest was pretty powerful from the looks of the image the unknown demon showed him.
THE MANOR
"You guys I'm starting to get worried," Paige says slowly, looking at the unconcious body's of Piper and Chris.
"I know what you mean, it's been 15 mins and there is no sign yet...," Paige says.
"Don't give up yet you guys, Chris will find Piper," Prue says confidently.
"She's right, he still has 45 mins to find her," Linnea says.
Prue looks out the attic window and keeps her eyes transifixed.
"Something wrong, Prue?" Phoebe asks worriedly.
Prue turns and looks at Phoebe.
"No...not really, but I was thinking of something," Prue says slowly.
"What is it?" Paige asks curiously.
"Wyatt and Chris...where are they?" Prue asks, no one in particular.
"We figured Leo must have dropped them off at Magic School, but we hadn't had the chance to check since we had all those demon attacks," Paige answers, looking at Prue.
"But we don't really know that, do we? Leo disappered...and we don't know when," Prue says nervously.
"Your right...," Pheobe says slowly, starting to get scared for her nephews.
"Linnea?" Prue asks, looking at her.
"Yes?" Linnea answers.
"Do you think you can orb to magic school and find out if Wyatt and Chris are there?" Prue asks.
"Yes, I'll do that now...," Linnea, says then begins to orb then is interupted by Prue.
"Go there and come back quickly...find out if their there....if they are leave them there....then report back here because if we get attacked by any more demons were going to need healing," Prue then says.
"Certainly!" Linnea says quickly, then orbs out.
Prue turns to Phoebe.
"Grab all the maps we have, try to scry for Leo...," Prue demands.
Without questioning Phoebe walks over to a chest and opens it and takes all the maps out and takes a scrying crystal.
Prue turns to Paige then out of know where a figure appears behind the sofa where Chris and Piper lay. Right away Prue recognizes the dark clothing and the cross bow.
The dark lighter grins and points the cross bow at Paiges' back.
"What's wrong?" Paige asks quickly, seeing the horrifying look on her face.
"Duck!" Prue yells, then pushes Paige to the ground then gets shot in the arm by the dark lighter arrow.
"Prue!" Phoebe yells, as she drops the maps and the crystal on the floor.
PIPERS" NIGHTMARE
"Of all places mom can think of to have a nightmare she thinks of a drak place that gives the appearence of a maze," Chris says angrily.
Chris walks straight into a room where the demon hasn't gone into yet. He walks around the room looking for any doors or places Piper could hide in. Suddenly he notices a door that is ajar about an inch or so.
"Could she be in there?" Chris asks himself, taking all pre-cautionary steps.
He approaches the door and slowly opens it. Then an arupt sound of screams come from the small closet room.
Chris reaches in puts his hand over a mouth and pulls a women with dark, brown hair out of the closet.
"Shhh...shh...," Chris says softly, trying to calm the frightened Piper.
"Piper, it's me, your son, Chris!" Chris says quietly, still holding his hand over her mouth as she struggles to free herself from his grip.
Chris slowly pulls Piper to the ground and looks into her brown eyes.
Piper has tears sliding down her cheeks as she stares at Chris.
"Are you going to scream?" Chris asks Piper.
Piper shakes her back and forth.
"OKay then, I'm going to release my hand from your mouth and your going to say put and don't move, understand?" Chris asks, releasing his hand from her mouth.
Piper sits still, not moving a muscle.
"Please Mom, say something?" Chirs ask queitly, but soothingly.
"You can't be my son, my son died 2 1/2 months ago...," Piper crys.
"No....no...I didn't...well technically yes I did...but I'm back," Chris reassures her.
"Noo...No...Pai...Paige is dead....Phoe...Phoebe is dead, everyone is dead!" Piper crys, shaking her head violently.
"Please Piper stop, I'm very much alive, and so is Paige and Phoebe," Chris says, tears sliding down his face at the thought of her saying that they would be dead.
"Noo...Noo...," Piper says, then is interupted my Chris again.
"Listen Piper...your in a nightmare...a figment of your imagination...what ever the demon told you is a lie," Chris says.
Piper stops crying, and looks more closely at him.
Remember when the source kidnapped you and tried to make you give up your powers, and say you had no family, no powers?" Chris asks.
Piper nods.
"But how do you know that?" Piper asks, looking cautiously at him.
"Because Im your son, I'm from the future...I know everything Piper," Chris says.
Piper looks at him for a few seconds.
"Chris?" Piper asks slowly, looking into his eyes.
"Yes..Piper...it's me," Chris says, then cracks a smile.
"CHRIS!" Piper crys out, then jumps up and hugs Chris. "I thought I lost you!"
"I'm here now...," Chris assures her. "But we need to get out of here!" Chris says queitly.
All of a sudden they hear foot steps slamming into the granit tile, and it's not very far away.
"Hurry, come with me!" Chris whispers, grabbing Pipers' hand.
"Why do we need to get out of here...well of course I want to get out of here but can't we come up with a plan first?' Piper asks, running with Chris to the next room.
"Because now that I'm in your dream...I have only an hour to get out of here....or else I'll be stuck in here forever and my body will be left in a vegtable like state," Chris says nervously.
"That's bad...well, how long do we have?" Piper asks quickly, as they turn down another corridor and open a door and hide in the room.
"umm...well....," Chris says, then glances at his watch.
"A half hour...," Chris says slowly.
"Ohh noo...then we better hurry!" Piper says quietly.
"Shh...listen," Chris says quietly, then presses his ear againest the door.
PIper quiets down and listens also.
Moments later they hear the demon, then he happens to stop in front of their door.
Piper holds her breath.
Chirs looks though the key hole, he see's a small tortch and see's the face of the demon. The demon then continues to walk.
Chris gasps.
"What's wrong?" Piper asks, worry evident on her face.
"I recognize that demon....and I don't think this is just a nightmare anymore...which means we need to kill that demon in order to get out fo here and we only have twenty-five minutes to do it," Chris says worriedly, fear and mixed motions in the sound of his voice.
Piper, to shocked to say anything, looks upon Chris' feared face, for he doesn't really know what to do either.
