Coop is ok.but Cole is the man!If Cole was still alive he would have vanquished coop's butt along time ago.Cole was much better for Phoebe than coop ever will be.She really didn't even get to know him and up and married him like that.Cole might have been a demon, but he did truley love her. What do you guy's think would have happened if Cole didn't turn back to evil? Re: She really didn't even get to know him and up and married him like that. She explored some of her most intimately memories with Coop, that would have brought her close to him. And anyway there was no timeline given for how long after they vanquished the Ultimate Power they got married. It could have been a year or two, we don't know.

Actually I just found a great continuity event just now. I'm not sure if the writers actually thought about this, but remember in All Halliwell's Eve? When Phoebe had that apple test(you know, the one where it tells you the 1st letter on you true love's name) it turned into a "C". Of caorse it ment Cole at that time in Season 3 but if the writers noticed that event then we all know that Coop starts with "C" and maybe that was her true love all along. Tho I am a die hard Phoebe/Cole guy. I thought this little thing was pretty interesting. Nope, Cole was her true love, but she #!&$ it up because of her own issues with relationships, Paige's input on the matter, and more importantly because she was tricked by the Seer and blamed Cole for it and was brainwashed by the demon of fear (as much as Paige,Piper, and even Cole was) into thinking that it was a hopeless situation.......could happen to anyone. In Coop she finally gets a complaint Houseboy that will take all her Sh!t and still come back for more no matter how much she uses him when needs him (whether for emotional or physical needs) then tells um to take a hike when she doesn't much like Leo the Houseboy does for Piper, and Henry the Houseboy does for Paige. Phhht. I am sure Phoebe is very happy, especially since one of the things that complicated the relationship with Cole was he told her point blank (an in her face) that he wasn't going to be her Houseboy

Coop is a Cupid, and his powers consist of Teleportation with the Trademark Cupid's Heart leading the way, Thought Suggestion with a sorta Hypnosis added to it, Enchantment of the Cupid meaning knowledge of Love.
With the company of Cupids Magical Ring, He can Travel In Time. Traveling isnt always the most accurate, but it works. Stasis-Suspension or more well known as Freezing Time. Thats about it.

Well I think Coop is a sweet guy and I do think he loves Pheobe and all But I agree that Cole is Really the one for her..Demon or not he loved her and he did give it all up for her. Damn the SEER..I wish Cole wouldda came back and all but she is happy with Coop..
* ** *** **** *** ** * Has anyone ever thought that Coop may have fallen in love with Pheobe and used some of his 'powers' to give her that little push toward him?

That is the LAMEST thing i've ever heard. Coop loved Phoebe and he wouldnt ever force her to love him. She did that on her own.

no he wouldn't use powers to influence her to love him cause he was only there to help her with the inner pain that keeps her from letting love in. to influence someone to love someone else is against the free will that we all have been given.
Love and true love doesn't happened forcefully and any cupid knows that. Whether or not he fell for her he had to do his job. the fact she fell for him that happened on her own free will...he had nothing to do with it matter of fact she hurt him but she did that cause she loved him.

Coop was hurt by Phoebe pushin him away cause she loved and wanted to protect him. He would never hurt or force her to do anything but see what he was sent there to show her. Even then he was a gentleman about it, he waited for her okay before he started the journey. Nothing was forced on either of them, it just happened. Its called LOVE.

Coop seems like a nice guy, but quite frankly he and Phoebe didn't really click in my opinion. She had better chemistry with Cole, Jason, Drake and her ex-boyfriend, Clay. I think that Coop seemed just a little too perfect. And his romance with Phoebe seemed like some fairy-tale romance with a perfect ending that seemed unreal even for a fantasy show like CHARMED.
Instead of ending up in a relationship in which she would have to work at making it succeed, Phoebe ended up with some ideal version of Coop with a happy ending that consisted of three children and a perfect career. Because of this fairy-tale ending, Phoebe ended up being the most regressed character in the series.

First off they were forwarding it through giving insight of what happened to them and for them, we don't know exactly how long they were together before that fairy-tale wedding. They could have BEEN together just in enough time to really have that type of love.
Phoebe and Coop were not given the long run of time together on air cause the series was being cancelled. I suppose if it was to have gone longer with the two we would have seen more of what kind of magic love they would have been.

In a pickle. Coop is fairly attractive and so is Cole, who would you choose?

I never did like Coop. He shows up with only eight episodes to go and within what amounts to two months, he is hooked up with Phoebe in the big marriage event. Doesn't seem right to me.
For me, I would stick with Cole.

I don't care what you lot say, but Coop is the one for Phoebe! I mean come on may I just point out that Cole was a DEMON, no way was that gonna work no matter how much you wanted it to! (and believe me I did want it too!!!!!!!) but Coop in the end is Phoebe's ONE true love, NOT Cole! So get over it, move on!

nicely put hallie4wyatt
and Elder do you not understand that the time span on a show is different they can speed up the time and all. You can really judge how long they BEEN together on a show before marriage and you shouldn't.
The series was ending they had to speed up things to give a GLIMPS of what is to come in the charmed ones lives and answer some small questions on are they, will they have semi normal lives and so on. They were tying up lose ends before ending the series.

I prefer Cole over Coop as well. The explanation for him being sent to Phoebe was always so off to me.

I wouldn't want either of them. Cole and Phoebe had a pretty screwed up relationship, very co-dependent and to some extent abusive and I hated the reason for sending Coop to Phoebe. It was insulting that after all the years of crap the elders put Leo and Piper through, they then turn around and not only help Miss personal gain-I want a baby at any cost Phoebe, but send her her own Cupid with the blessing to have a relationship with him, no problems and no hurdles whatsoever.

What part do you not understand "COOP DIDN'T KNOW THAT HE AND PHOEBE WOULD BE TOGETHER OR END UP TOGETHER" both phoebe and coop were shocked about the "wyatt saying uncle coop" but if you were really watching you would have seen that but no you prejudged.

To be honest, I still thought the story line was lame. The elders sending a Cupid to help Phoebe find love, ends up falling in love with her. It also easy to see coming. And something else that bugged me was I didn't even really get to see their relationship build or develop.
