That's REALLY hard, since I count them differently for each season.
Prue is definitely my favorite sister.
S1-2 Phoebe, S1-S5 Piper (not counting her in "Oh, My Goddess!"--as my siggy shows, I HATE her in that), and S4/S8 Paige are all tied for second.

Definately Pheobe (cos shes both funny, caring and extremely charasmatic) and Prue (cos shes dramatic, caring and defining) , yet followed extremely closely by Piper (cos shes hilarious and down to earth)....they are pretty much all awesome, in different ways that works well together! ;D

Once she met Cole, she wasn't funny or caring except to Cole, until S5 when she was caring to nobody except for her current slampiece. I liked the original set of Charmed Ones best, too, and that's the reason. During S4-8, I missed THOSE sisters dreadfully! |

hmmm I would like to do what Es did and split them unto different seasons but that would take me to long. Season 1-3 : Prue and Phoebe Season 4-8 : Phoebe and Paige (Piper was such a bitch as older sister)  |

I understand what people are saying about Piper but i still love her character. She went through so much and was bound to have flaws thats what made her to me anyway so real.
My second favourite is probably going to be Phoebe, i love how she grew as the seasons went on and even though she had her freebe moments i still loved her.
