I'll have to insert Time-Stamps for individual episodes, later was just eager to post this, so we can see all the varying TK-Orbing types, of Paige.

I wanted to point out some "one of kind" Miscellaneous TK-Orbing situations.

S5E17 "Lucky Charmed"

Such a cool looking TK-Orb moment that functions differently than what we see in S4E14 "The Three Faces of Phoebe" & S5E2 "A Witch's Tail, Pt 2". I love the quick wrist twist (tongue twister lol) movement Paige does. It's fairly unique to this episode, alone. You don't really see that replicated anywhere else.

It's the ONLY time Paige doesn't verbalize, yet Paige can still TK-Orb the sword in the stone.

Paige is in the process of TK-Orbing the plant but then stops midway when Kyra runs and calls for Leo. Even the animation goes, and I think that's quite unique, and we don't ever see her do that in any other episode except this one.

Just wanted to point out those particular Time-Stamps, as they're fairly unique and not easily replicated, in other episodes.

So, there's maybe like 9 different TK-Orbing incidences where I feel like are Paige specific and not something Prue could replicate.

1. S4E5 "Size Matters" - Paige TK-Orbs the quarter to flip to Tails instead of being on Heads. While, I believe Prue could try to get away with it, it's not as smooth as Paige's ability.

2. S7E10 "Witchness Protection" - Paige Mid TK-Orbing the plant but then stops. I've never seen ANY TK wielder pull this off. If they did, Billie wouldn't have killed her sister, but I digress.

3. S8E9 "Hulkus Pocus" - Paige TK-Orbs Agent Murphy's Chair out from underneath him.  Most things Prue TKs with other things beside it tend to go flying with it.  For example, the Snake Human with a good grip on Piper (S2E13 "Animal Pragmatism"), but Prue told Piper to hold on tight, as Prue TK'd the Snake Human, Piper went flying with it.  I think if Prue tries to TK Agent Murphy's Chair, he'd just go flying with it.  Instead of disappearing from underneath him, the way it was done with Paige's ability.

4. - 9. ALL THESE EPISODES SHARE THE SAME REASON!

Even back in S1E16 "Which Prue is it, Anyway?", ALL THREE of the Prues, together, didn't TK the statue as far as great a distance, as the situations listed below. Unless, we're talking future S2E2 "Morality Bites" Prue, even then that's more about exploding (which is Piper's power, for some reason) than actually moving things, but I digress. Paige is able to long distantly move things at a much greater distance than Prue.

4. S6E8 "Sword & the City" - Paige TK-Orbing the sword in the stone, up into the attic from the conservatory.

5. S6E19 "Crimes & Witch Demeanors" - Paige TK-Orbing the food cart "away" (destination unknown).

6. S7E8 "Charmed Noir" - Paige TK-Orbing Phoebe back to the Manor (home) from Magic School.

7. S7E18 "Little Box of Horrors" - Paige TK-Orbing Darcy with Pandora's Box back to the Manor from the Underworld.

8. S8E9 "Hulkus Pocus" - Paige TK-Orbs baby Ramone to the Nursery from the Conservatory & a hulked out demon from the Manor back to Magic School.

9. S8E15 "The Last Temptation of Christy" - Paige TK-Orbs Simon from one of SF's alley ways to across one of SF's ponds LOL

Otherwise, everything else seen in the video, Prue can do just fine, including some of the other Miscellaneous things, that I didn't list above.
