True. They would be. I found that creepy. They changed things. As the impression in season 1 was he was newly assigned to guide them. Then it became he always watched over then meet Penny in the past as a young whitelighter. Dont get me started. Haha, I know, I feel the same. Like, when Patty just died, did they not think it would've been useful for Leo to go and protect Penny and the girls? Considering he was supposed to have known her in the 60s. Mess! Exactly. It made no sense, but again as we all know whitelighters were only suppose to be a first year thing, that the continuity just got messy as the seasons progressed. That makes me wonder who was Penny's whitelighter?

When Barry and Cisco travelled to Earth 2, on The Flash, they met their respective doppelgangers. They also met doppelgangers of their Earth 1 friends. The Earth 2 Caitlin Snow was a villain called Killer Frost.
Barry more recently travelled to Supergirl's Earth. However, none of his friends apparently existed there, even though there is a Central City.

I just wonder if everyone HAS to exist in all these parallel universes or not?

I'm beginning to agree with others that Whitelighters were more bother than they were worth for the show. Perhaps they SHOULD have kept them as a one-year thing, like in Sabrina when she only had a Quizmaster for a year. If they were that desperate to keep Piper and Leo together, he could've clipped his wings.

No, he didn't. Whether a Barry Allen even exists on that Earth is thus left open.
Apparently not. Barry tried to find the doppelgangers of Caitlin Snow, Cisco Ramone, and Harrison Wells on Kara's Earth and came up empty.

Yes to Leo being mortal if they desperately wanted to keep him. But keeping Leo was always a bad move as it meant whitelighters and elders played a bigger role, had he left as supppose too then we would of been freed of that mythology. If only.

In my story, World Of Darkness, Rex and Hannah met the doppelgangers of the Halliwell sisters in that world, but not their own. I left it open as to whether a Rex Buckland and/or Hannah Webster existed there.

You know, I’ve always wondered what happened to the Prue and Piper of the “Morality Bites” timeline. Assuming that world didn’t cease to exist when the prime timeline Charmed Ones were sent back, do you think they remembered anything their past selves had been up to that day, or would they suddenly have found themselves in the execution chamber watching Phoebe die with no idea how they’d gotten there? They probably could have gotten out as easily as they got in, but still, that would have been quite a mindscrew - to say nothing of being traumatizing, even if they did remember.
We also have no idea what the forces of evil were up to during all that. They obviously don’t want magic exposed, or they wouldn’t self-immolate when they die. So why let this happen? Because one of the Charmed ones murdered someone and was sentenced to be executed. It was one of the best things they could have hoped for: the Power of Three would be gone, and they wouldn’t have to do anything at all to make it happen. After that, I suspect they’d find some way of erasing the knowledge that magic was real from the world at large. (No, they wouldn’t try and manipulate the situation to kill off more witches. They want to kill the witches and steal their powers, something that state-sponsored executions wouldn’t accomplish.)
Theyd have no way of knowing that alternate timeline Paige would still be out there…
