I think Cole did lose the plot and the Charmed Ones were right.
I dont think it was character destruction.
I think Phoebe was to blame too and got away with a lot.
But I think the sister were always right to distrust Cole after they vanquished him as the Source.

I enjoy watching The Wedding From Hell and She's a Man, Baby, a Man! Both episodes are extremely cringeworthy but have a lot of funny dialogue. And they both look so outdated that there's something comforting about them. I also like She's a Man, baby. I laughed so many times during that episode because it's a guilty pleasure. I also liked The Wedding from Hell for the same reason. The acting is really bad but it actually made the episode entertaining. The scene where they devoured the stripper was hilarious. Unpopular opinion is that i actually liked the actor who played their father in season 1 over the actor who played the father season 3 and beyond. I found the first actor more mysterious, almost as if you could sense he might be a villain, whereas the second actor just seemed like a really bad soap actor who was just there to hug his daughters and console them during tough times. Boring. I also didn't like the the third degree the second Dad gave Leo in season 3 because of his hatred of White Lighters, which seemed silly since this was the same Father who had been mostly absent from their lives for many years, so instead of judging his new son in law he should have been trying to mend fences with his daughters and make up for lost time. Finally, i really don't like Grams. Whenever i watch the show with my Mom and we happen to watch a bad episode which Grams doesn't appear in, one of us always says while the credits are rolling, "well, at least grams wasn't in it" lol.

I also don't mind She's a Man Baby a Man. It's entertaining even if cringe worthy. The sisters are all hilarious in it.
Same with Wedding From Hell. Lots of parts I laughed especially Phoebe thinking Piper is pregnant and Piper's antics trying to get the wedding to run well.
Unpopular opinion but I wished Chris really killed Leo at the end of S5. Would spare me more Piper/Leo drama in S6-S8. The couple ran it's course once they got married and had the boys. They had nothing to gain and work towards. Their whole arc was up. Why I now wish they didn't marry in S3 but slowed it down. It's more rewarding if they had no kids until much later. As the unnecessary drama with them as a couple felt forced at times because they had nothing else to do with them.
On my last re-watch years ago. I found Morality Bites less enjoyable because it doesn't do anything in the grand scheme of things but set up Piper and Leo's arcs to want marriage and kids because they felt it was destined for them. And in doing that made their storyline predictable and boring. As I hated that it's brought up in so many episodes. What made Paige and Henry's marriage proposal bettee. As it was a real surprise to viewers. And the sister learned absoutely nothing from the lesson they learned in this episode even in later S2 episodes. Which is what I couldn't get out of my mind when watching. I think Morality Bites is better to watch if you are not watching it as part of a series or season re-watch but on its own. I'll try that next time so I can not think too much of what happens after this episode to make me not enjoy it as I used too.

The first Victor was definitely a better fit for a guy who didn't care enough about his daughters to stick around. I didn't believe that the second Victor would just leave them and not even stay in contact. He seemed like too nice of a person.
And Morality Bites, while it was all about learning lessons for their future, does nothing for them. They didn't learn from it at all outside of this one episode. And it really gave no alternative to Piper for her future. The minute she knew she had a daughter, it was done. There was no way she would ever do anything to have that kid not exist. She would have been so much better off without seeing that future at all.
I actually think Piper should have been the businesswoman in that future, and her goal then would be to achieve her career dreams without going overboard and losing herself in the process. Prue, meanwhile, could have taken Piper's spot, but I'd prefer her not meeting her future ex-husband or daughter, and instead just knowing they exist. That way, it leaves a bit of space for her to decide if she wants to pursue that path in life when they return to their own time.

I like the later seasons, particularly S6 & S7. I like Chris, Brody and Billie. I don't like S2 - Probably the biggest unpopular opinion, here LOL
