Not a problem. I saw that some preview (whatever that means) of the pilot will be released, and I wanted a separate place to discuss it so people who don't want to know, don't have to be spoiled.

Will we need to put spoiler tags or warnings on our reboot talk posts in future, especially if someone navigates the last posts section on the board and risks being spoiled scrolling through?
I'm not sure what the policy is, but some fan forums take that seriously and set different rules. But I don't think it will be an issue, just ignore the boards or last posts section until you watch the episodes.

I've seen that one of the actors is yet to receive his script on social media, but Season Zero is surprised he got the script and will review it before the actor gets it.
Does this mean Season Zero may have gotten an earlier draft, and the true shooting script is a later version? I just find this very surprising that none of the actors have the script yet, but other industry people have.

At this point, keep spoilers here. If the show gets picked up, then new rules will be in place.
And since this forum is about our beloved show, I created a specific board for the reboot. So reboot talk should be kept here. And we'll adjust/evolve as needed.
If he has a script, I'm going to assume they might be doing some revisions a d whatever he has is not going to be 100% of what the actual first episode is. Even the pilot they film to try to get a show could still change. Think about Charmed. The pilot is not 100% the same as SWTWC.

I can't wait to see where they'll be filming. Do we know if the reboot is to be set in a fictional town? I'm hoping for a similar aesthetic to Grandview in Ghost Whisperer or Chance Harbor in the Secret Circle.

I wonder if the manor will be apart of the reboot? I guess the mother could have lived in it before she died. But If Madison is a freshman, she would have lived with her mother before she died. |

But we'll have to wait for the script previews for more proper details. I'm curious to learn more about the mother and details on the father. Is he alive? |

So we have 100% confirmation, not that many didn't doubt it. The reboot will be called Charmed.

I know its my namesake. But what if they called it Rebooted?
Like their Power's being Rebooted but its also a play on it actually being rebooted. It kind it makes it original and in line with how Charmed Episode titles were a play on popular culture titles, books, phrases, entertainment etc.
Does anyone know the name of the town?
I think that they will end up changing the name of the show. Just like Fuller House did, slightly.
Does this also mean that they are the Charmed Ones? or that they use the power of three.
Maybe the Power of Three is something they don't have straight away and they work towards building it when their bond strengthens.
Oh I could speculate for centuries

We don't actually know if the Power of Three or "Charmed Ones" are a part of that. I don't recall hearing those terms.
As for the town? All I know is that it is a fictional college town in Michigan.

Just finished reading. As I kept reading I get the sense this is so not like Charmed. It has a different tone and felt more darker with some humor but more Witches of East End.
But we don't know what script version this is. It might not even be the shooting draft. Especially if he got the script before the cast did.
But Harry doesn't appear to be who he says he is. So they are having him be the one pretending. Maybe the real Harry is dead and he is posing as him. I love this to be honest. But doesn't mean we wont get a true advisor later down the track. Maybe Ruperts role is only short term on the show. Who knows.
Madison doesn't sound exciting to me. But him saying she will probably become a fan favorite. LOL but then maybe some will love her, on paper she doesn't for me.
Interesting part I found that explains the show quickly for people.

Darker but funny - sounds like Season 4. Which I am ok with because I am a fan of Seaosn 4.
