Here's another rediculous character, fortunately short lived, in the episode "The Day the Magic Died". Stanley the demon whose name no one could remember.

Yes, I remember her. Just about pegged the rediculous meter.

Boy, spiritkas, you've asked a tough one here. The Marks witch brought a needed amount of levity to Season 8. He was absolutely marvelous. But, I think you mean to ask who was the most absurd or perhaps miscast. And, that really is a tough category. I'll go way out on the limb and state uncategorically that the three warlocks in Thank You for Not Morphing had to be the most obnoxious warlocks ever. The dog had more acting ability that the three of them combined. And who was that dog?
Drake was a GREAT character. What a waste to keep him around for only three episodes!
Spell-check anyone? Or, are we only looking at rIdiculous RED-headed characters?

OK, so I didn't spell check, but yes the warlocks were pretty poor actors. This was also the first season and the early part, so the show may not have attracted bigger talents just yet.
Speaking of three characters who were a bit ridiculous, how about the three bad witches in The Power of Three Blondes.

Marcie! The warlocks in episode ''When Bad Warlocks Go Good'' - the whole episode sucks

For now, since I've only seen seasons 1 and 8, I can probably name a bunch of them just in those two seasons. First off, Jeremy in the pilot episode was a little creepy, and so was that Egyptian woman who was the keeper of the urn. Piper's boss at the Quake was a jerk, but I think the character that wins the waste-of-time award hands-down was Christy, Billie's older sister. I COULD NOT STAND HER!!!!!!!!!

Yes, christopher_panic, you've got a point. When Bad Warlocks Go Good is pretty gruesome. Thank god we never got the evil power of three. That would have been pathetic. But, these guys could act. Of course, there wasn't a dog in sight to provide stiffer competition. Priests don't count, even though they mind the sheep!

Actually, there is one ridiculous character I forgot about. She played her part way too tongue in cheek, as the saying goes. Remember the Seer? Not the original or the one played by Debbi Morgan. I'm referring to the one played by HMC's good friend Charisma Carpenter. Like many characters she wore nearly nothing but was paricularly silly in her representation as a demon wanting to become human (in season 7).

Come on, Spiritkas, I can't believe that you just wrote this. Charmed with Charisma was absolutely fantastic. She wasn't that skimpier than Alyssa ever was or even Rose, for that matter.

It wasn't so much the attire, but the attitude of the character she portrayed. Just too silly and didn't make sense, wanting to change from demon to human.

By that definition, then, Drake must seem equally silly. Besides, I thought that one of her motivations - apart from being alienated from her "family" of demons, a family who all seemed to hate Kira - was the coming threat. Better to be human and alive than demon and dead!

Me too, but a lot of Charmed fans loved his character. I guess he had his moments. It was just a little over the top for me.

I loved the character of Drake. He brought a strong dose of needed levity. Compare the Avatar story arc (however short) to the lengthy Cole story arc. After Cole came what, Lucky Charmed?!? Would you rather have had more Lucky Charmed or Carpe Demon? Bring it on, Drake!
