I headcannon that she just never learned the trigger for regular Telekinesis. To be fair, we never saw her "try" to use Paige's other power besides orbing. Would've been SO cool the one who got Paige's powers actually had a witch ability Whatever Prue did to trigger it in the first episode. She needed to get mad. 😆 She needed to be annoyed with her sister and have a headache that chamomile tea couldn't cure. ISN'T THIS ASILE 3? |

Power Progression as done by me:
Prue Halliwell:
Telekinesis.
Levitation.
Blinking.
Piper Halliwell:
Molecular Deceleration: slow down time by 30 seconds or less.
Molecular Immobilization: freeze completely without harm.
Molecular Inhibition: freeze turning things into ice.
Phoebe Halliwell:
With Phoebe it's going to be a lot more complicated because there is so many directions to go in, however this is what I would do:
Precognition (see the future) eventually Retrocognition (see the past).
Intuition: this would be an extension of her previous powers since she'll be able to sense whether a situation is good or not.
Astral Projection: She'll be able to be in two places at once.
Astral Premonitions: a type of Astral Projection, she will be able to see into her premonitions both past and present, she will just be a spectator.
Paige Matthews:
Since in my version of Charmed she is the first witch-whitelighter hybrid, rendering the Marks' family nonexistent, this is what I would have wanted her to have:
Apportation (the ability to transport one object to another location without touching it) she will be able to conjure (this would be an extension of her power.)
Healing: starting with self healing (regeneration) then leads to healing others as the episodes go on, with Leo's help at the beginning.
Glamouring: changing ones appearance. (in my dream Charmed, you would need to have DNA to the person you are turning into).
Immortality: with her being half-immortal, she will be youthful forever however she will have to choose moving around the Earth or being an Angel full time when she is of age with the burden of living an everlasting life.
