Issues with piper

Does anyone else have issues with her besides me? im just wondering?

hello Ksweet07...this issue board is not a new idea.believe me back when the show was on opinions about the life of the Charmed charactors was always a touchy subject.but one thing to remember that the charactors of the show are really the idea's and thoughts of the shows producers and writers. Piper was the favorite of most here only a few took a stand about her whinning about a normal life.if anyone here is not watching the reruns of charmed then this post won't work.you have to watch the show closed to get view points.lets get started...Pheobe when she's on the prowl hookers stand in the unemployment line and piper ? any guy that smiled at her she was in love with...and so it go's..

i think most of the gals on this board are diehard piper fans and phoebe bashers. so anything that was said about piper you normally get a country a** whippin over it. while it was ok to bash phoebe or paige. that's the only issue i ever had. i love piper but some days she was bossy to leo and on the hateful side. that's my only opinion

LMAO she was a bitch is my opinion. And she was whiny and...I dont know, I couldnt stand her. Of course they all get on my nerves, there just all sluts. Epecially Freebie.

Hallo?Piper?Mean?Are you kidding me?Although I watch Charmed since season three,but I saw Piper as the most generous big sister a person could never have.And please do not insult the Charmed sister,if you don't like them,why are you watching the show?

Yeah....I know, alittle off the present topic but felt it my duty and service to

Charmed Cafe to point it out. But as of the rules for signatures it states

one image where I see two banners in the sig here and a few others I

seen off and on. I don't mean to be a sticklier but rules are rules should

be obeyed by all members.

What issues do you have with Piper. I realize that she is very popular on this board, but . . . let's face it, she was not perfect. So, what was it about Piper that annoyed you?

I definitely see how Piper's personality changed after Prue's death, but I think it sort of had to. After losing her only big sister and best friend, Piper couldn't really remain the sweet, slightly perky, soft-spoken woman she was during Seasons 1 through 3. She had to develop a snarkier, tougher, more noticeably sarcastic edge to cope with the loss of Prue and the arrival of Paige.

Personally, I found the change to be for the better. Tons of priceless one-liners and fantastic memories that the more assertive Piper provided us with.

Among them:

- Piper getting mad at her sisters for summoning her into The Seer's cage with them in "Womb Raider"

- her skittishness toward pregnancy in general, and repeatedly complaining about the symptoms all throughout "The Eyes Have It"

- after harnessing the powers of Excalibur in "Sword in the City," when Mordaunt welcomed Piper to her new destiny and Piper rolled her eyes and muttered, "Oh, crap"....

- her altered personality in "Oh My Goddess!" toward her sisters, Leo, Chris, the Elders, and the Titans (i.e. "Well then that must make me the Goddess of Sanity...")

- standing up to the Angel of Death, and an Elder, and an Avatar, and the Angel of Destiny all in the same episode ("Vaya Con Leos") when she was about to lose Leo

Also, whenever Piper would say "Hi" to someone while using a tone that screamed "You're in trouble, mister/missy!"

I agree Whitelighter Tony.

I found Piper to be the most realistic character on Charmed, whining is normal, getting moody is normal and putting your foot down when you believe you are right (whether you are or not) is normal. Prue was also a good realistic character, Phoebe and Paige were way too even tempered.

I agree Whitelighter Tony.as well Piper was the strongest sister and is the most favorate sister

Piper was the heart of the family up to Prue's death. And then she became the big sister. Who had to keep things straight. Piper was the most strongest, comforting, understandable sister of them all. As said before if you dislike any of the sisters then why would you be 1. watching the show and 2. A Charmed Cafe member? Because this is obviouslly for Charmed Fans.

I completly agree with the person above me i mean i absolutly love Piper shes the best in my opinion but i also liked things about all the sisters thats a charmed fan because whats the point of watching a show when u love one of the charecters and HATE the others theres just no point and not to mention how rude it is to bash something that clearly a lot of people like

How were the sluts and why do you take Phoebe's past and set it forward your as bad as that chick at the reunion.You think you know everything but you don't.Just because they were able to have more dates then you have doesn't make them sluts' in my opinion they were all different in their own way's and that doesn't make them cry babies,sluts' or mean they are just supposed to have there character like that!

Some of the characters were acting toward that direction and it's a fan's right to state that. If we all agreed on characters and how they were, then it wouldn't be a very successful board or show.
