Piper seemed to imply in her voiceover that Wyatt, Chris, and Melinda take over most of the demon-fighting.
Plus, even though we know Piper/Leo will live into their old age, we still don't know what kinds of adverse consequences their actions could have on Innocents or other mortals.
We don't know for certain how long Phoebe's daughters and Paige's children live. Their lives could be thrown into peril at any point in time, as could the lives of their offspring (the Charmed Ones' grandchildren).

i am trying to think like a WB Exec or a producer. in most cases, movies and spin offs dont occur when a series ends like charmed did

You mean the CW executives? (because I doubt the former producers of Charmed are currently involved with Supernatural)
I can see why. The CW doesn't have much going for it right now. Smallville, Supernatural, One Tree Hill...and that's about it.

Why would it be great for Prue to become a whitelighter? What is so great about being a whitelighter?  Why would anyone want to become one? To help people? A person can do that without becoming a whitelighter or a witch. Well, if we could have Prue back then thats what it would take. I meen i would love to see Prue on the show again. Not as a ghost like Grams and Patty, but as the Charmed ones protector. Prue was always that way when she was alive, and well i can actually see her as being a whitelighter. You see, the great thing about Prue being a whitelighter is because Prue loved being somebody who could protect people. And well protecting comes in all forms in this case. Whitelighters, Protect their charges. Witches Protect people. And Prue would have been great at that like she always was. And being a whitelighter would have made not just myself, but i'm sure ALOT of other happy. |

I Agree With You It Would Have Been Mint If She Came back As A Whitelighter Because She Did Die To Save An Innoncent And She Had That Episode With The Angel Of Death Because She Couldnt Get Over People Dying

I would like her to come back as a whitelighter because when she was alive she was the one who would do anything to save her innocents , so i would think that becoming a whitelighter would be great for her. Plus she could go to the sisters whenever she wants.

the wall would not have seemed too crowded at all, we the fans aren't asking for dozens of pictures of Prue but I do think that having the picture that we see in Season 1 of Prue, Piper and Phoebe would have been nice at least.
And why was Shannon cut after the third season was she pulling a diva act, was there tension between her and Alyssa, her and Aaron Spelling what happened??

Yeah I know. That's the bad part becasue she should've at least returned for an episode. If not maybe like ten minutes in an episode or something like that.

I think that since Kern is long gone and no longer involved in Charmed ( I hope he is) It's all up to Constance, since she is the shows "creator" she has every right to it, just a couple talks and negotiations from the entertainment industry to bring her visions of the Show she Originally Created (which is all about Witchcraft/Wicca), that would be it.
It's either she retcon after S3 and bring the story back to the original P3. (similar to The Sarah Connor Chronicles).

I hope she does have the rights and she should have. Hence she created Charmed. The same way that Shannen Doherty has the rights to the character of Prue.
